Very accomodating. Gave us early check in when my husband wasn't feeling well. Clean spacious 2 room sweet with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette and pull out sofa. Makes it very nice when one person wants to rest, the other one can be in the living area watching tv. Very nice staff.

The Hampton Inn on Richmond Rd. Was a great escape after the holidays. We planned our trip to visit Busch Gardens/Christmas Town. It was a great location close to good restaurants, The Yankee Candle Shop, a great place to visit as well. We would definitely come back. They offer an AARP rate which is nice.

Great location and great staff. Close to all attractions in Williamsburg and Outlet Malls. The breakfast had a wide variety of items both hot and cold and fruits that were great for snacks when out sightseeing.

My two college aged daughters and I went for a getaway for the holiday. We always enjoying visiting Christmas Town after Christmas to extend our holiday. We always vacationed in Williamsburg when they were younger. Busch Gardens is our go to theme park. Hampton Inn is our go to hotel. The room was clean, the lobby was decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was a nice treat and the coffee is always hot and available.

Check in was good. Check out never got a receipt printed or email. Rooms need updating terribly. Mold in corners I have pictures of and headboard had something that had ran down it and dried have picture of that also. The tvs were horrible and very small and the satellite tv kept going in and out which made watching tv a struggle and internet was slow. Breakfast was until 10 yet at 9:30 a.m. Nothing out to eat unless bananas apples and boiled eggs. For a Hampton it is definitely over priced and ... Read more

Overall the Hampton Inn and Suites was pretty good. We stayed in the suite. Had lots of room. A kitchen area and separate sleeping area. The coffee maker in the room makes horrible coffee. Don't bother with that. The coffee downstairs is better although it can use improvement too. The room was quiet for the most part. There is a train nearby but if you're a deep sleeper, it's fine. The breakfast depends on your expectations for breakfast. If you just want to grab a fruit, yogurt or make a waffle... Read more

Overall, the hotel was fine for the amount of time we were in the room. It was a great size! We were in the bottom floor close to the elevator, so it was noisy in the am. Ceiling needs attention. There was a huge water mark on the ceiling. The bathtub could use replacing. Everyone raves about the comfort of Hilton beds. This bed was average. The hotel was about 20 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg. Not too bad. In my opinion the hotel is overpriced by about $30/$40 a night due to condition and ... Read more

Chose this hotel as we had stayed there previously. We booked a queen bed suite with a living room and kitchen. We were traveling with a 3-month old and the room was great. Plenty of room in the bedroom for the porta crib and as the kitchen had a dishwasher, it was perfect for getting bottles clean. Took advantage of the 4th floor laundry to clean a load of baby clothes too. Soap/softener prices were very reasonable. Only $2 each for the washer and dryer. Staff was very friendly and accom... When I arrived at this Hampton, there were two large busses pulling in behind me. That usually causes me to pause and dred who might be arriving. I got checked in quickly and got to my room which was spotless and well appointed. Good internet connection and services. The next morning, I went to breakfast and the room was crowded with kids. The bus crowd! They had come in from Pennsylvania for a class trip. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel handled the crowd well and never m... Read more
