We had a lock out unit that consisted of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths w/full size kitchens and washer and dryers in both sides. 1 King master bedroom w/garden tub and 2 twins in 2nd bedroom. We had both sides and we could leave the doors open between the units because of the lock out entryway. Condos had been redone. Very nicely decorated and they are spacious. Each side also had a sleeper sofa. The pool area was beautiful although we didn't have time to use it w/all of the other activities we ... Read more

Wonderful resort, great amenities, nice staff, clean, large accommodation! Spent a long weekend here in May 2016 with husband and children. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom top floor condo. So much space to spread out and relax! Our unit, as many others, backed to woods - so very peaceful and tranquil. Kids loved having nice flat screen tv in their room and their own full bathroom. Nice size sun-filled kitchen allowed us to make breakfast in the unit and have wine and snacks one night. Kids love... Read more

This is a great timeshare close to so many places to visit. We had a lovely 2 bedroom suite and balcony came with everything you needed including a washer and dryer. Due to flight problems they allowed us to stay an extra day with a small charge .The front office was very helpful and friendly. It is close to downtown Williamsburg, Jamestown and York town and many lovely plantations. Would for sure stay there again.

My family only stayed overnight but we felt like we were at home as soon as we walked in. There was plenty of suave fir everyone to spread out. We are a family of 6 so the 2 bedroom was perfect. It was cool outside so the indoor pool came in handy. The kids played foosball, basketball and golf. We will be staying longer next time.

We have stayed at this resort several times and during different seasons. We love the resort, the resort grounds, swimming pools, mini-golf, play grounds for kids. It is a nice, quiet and relaxing family resort and our family enjoys staying here. On one occasion, however, when we stayed at the resort there was a big loud party going on in the apartment below us. So loud that the walls were shaking! We tolerated it for a while, but since we have children, at about 2 am I had enough. Securin... Read more

The Greensprings Vacation Resort was like having a home away from home. This little resort is a gated community which added to the feeling of safety and prestige. The apartment we were given was spacious and clean. It had a dining area big enough to seat 6 without feeling cramped and allowed us to still have family deals together. Most of your stores were only 5 minutes down the road and the Bypass (where the outlets are) where about 15 minutes out. The location of the resort allowed for ea... Read more

We stayed only one night and had no problems with the room. It was clean and the kitchen had all the amenities, including a corkscrew and wine glasses which came in very handy. It is not too far from grocery stores and restaurants just make sure you a have your key card handy when you come back because it has a guardhouse. Check out was easy, just leave the keycard in the mailbox located outside the guard gate when when you leave. One note: this is a timeshare and you will be compelled to listen... Read more

We stayed here because we wanted to see Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown in 2 days. The location was good for us, as we had a car. But it is kind of away from everything. Loved the outdoor heated jacuzzi! The rooms/apartments were huge, but with a funny smell. It was good on the wall in the bedroom (probably from smashing a mosquito) but it takes down the impression. They were also a little pushy with some times share introduction, which we didn't go to. Even though there were things bring... Read more

Spent one night with family in a two bedroom townhouse. Having stayed in numerous communities within Williamsburg in the past (Kingsmill, Ford's Colony, King's Creek, Parkside), was pleasantly surprised to find the unit was up to par with the townhouses at these other locations. Pool and activities areas were very good and easy to use.

Stayed here for 5 days doing the tourists things and Busch Gardens. We used the pools inside and out. Large pool outside was mainly 2-3 feet in depth so it was perfect for small kids. Staff was overall super and way friendly, always asking if we needed anything else. Easy to get pool towels. We stayed at building 12 which had a great view of the 16th hole. Rooms and condition of living area were very clean, furniture was a little stiff and the bed was comfortable. About 10-15 minutes from... Read more

Don't get me wrong -- the units themselves are lovely and I got a huge deal through Priceline. But the staff are pushy, rude, and so desperate to make a timeshare sale that they don't treat you as a guest but as a mark. The pool was also very crowded and the grounds not much to look at. I liked having a balcony but since it overlooked the loud AC units, it was hard to really enjoy my morning coffee out there.

We had a lovely time at this resort. I highly recommend it! 19 members of my family gathered from all over the USA and converged in Williamsburg. We had 4 4-bedroom units all in the same building. We cooked meals in the kitchen, we sat on the balconies and we enjoyed the playground and pool. Very convenient to Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg.

Stayed 2 nights with our young children - 1, 2, 7 - and enjoyed the pools, mini golf, and spacious room. The pools were not overly crowded during our mid week stay. Our room had been updated and though the paint and trim wasn't perfect, it didn't impact our stay. It was nice to have a washing machine and dishwasher. My husband found a millipede, however, the complex is surrounded by woods and has a balcony making it difficult to keep all insects out. The unit was very clean and contained pl... Read more

Although beds, linens and towels were great and our condo was clean, updates are needed. Also think that many people take advantage of the 3 night discounted plans (have to hear a time share presentation) and are not familiar with how to behave in a condo unit. Our unit suffered from the pounding/stomping on the second floor...called security 2 times about it. Also the washer/dryer unit is very noisy, especially if someone is sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Master bedroom received all the noise fr... Read more

This is a very nice, well maintained place. We were only here for a few days, so we did not get to use all of the facilities, but what we did use we liked very much. if you like to have a kitchen and lots of amenities, this is a very good choice. Main complaint was that the sales pressure was very high to come and listen to their sales pitch to buy a time share, which was annoying. Good water pressure and wifi.

I have stayed at this resort 3 different times. I love that it's so clean an I feel safe there. It's family friendly with a nice pool and activities planned each day for children. I feel the price is reasonable for what you get. When I visit Williamsburg this is where I choose to stay!

Our family from PA met us here! They had another family emergency and had to leave in the middle of their stay to tend to a family member in John Hopkins Hospital, so our grandson stayed here with us. He is 7 and had a great time. He absolutely loved the outdoor pool as most of the swimming area was shallow enough for him to walk in. This was my first experience with a poolside movie and it was awesome. He stayed in the pool for the whole movie. The chicken strips from the poolside Cabana ... Read more

I read many reviews before booking this place. I was a bit skeptical considering I am used to staying at Marriott's and Hilton's. Needless to say my whole family and I were very please with our stay. There were 8 of us and we had a 2/2 - PLENTY of room for all, plus more room if you wanted to bring blow up mattresses. A/C worked well, place was very clean, bathrooms were large, master had a huge tub and shower, staff was friendly. Plus, there is a lot to do on property: indoor and outd... Read more

Rented a 4 bedroom lockout unit and had a blast. Basically it is two units side by side with a private hallway dividing the two. The resort is big so if you dont get a unit near the activity center you may need to drive to pool area. Speaking of the pool area, it is nice and clean with lots of chairs and tables. A big plus in my book was the cabana. You could get a cold drink and a snack while enjoying the pool. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The mini golf course is in great shape an... Read more

Check in ~ was greeted by a nice young lady, quickly checked us in, told us about what the resort offered. What an awesome find!! This hotel is actually a timeshare place that sells it's "empty" places via travel websites like Tripadvisor, Expedia, etc. We were looking for a quick weekend getaway not far from Northern VA / Wash DC metro area. PERFECT! We walked in to our 2nd floor unit and were just thrilled. Almost 1000 square feet of space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Master with nice flat-screen and black-out curtains. This resort has nice sized and appointed rooms. It was a great place for two different family vacations. One of the only drawbacks is it is fairly spread out, but only has one truly good pool area. Thus, you would want to request a room closer to the pool area if you will be using it. Most of the employees were nice and helpful, but I was very put off by one of the employees at the pool on our final day. That aside, we enjoyed both stays here, and were out of the resort doing things in Will... Read more

My family of 5 recently stayed in a 2 bedroom 1st floor unit near the pool. Williamsburg has so many condos/timeshares that I was just expecting a basic type of unit. But Greensprings was beautiful! Very large rooms, comfortable beds including the sleeper sofa and nice crisp white linens. I would definitely recommend staying in a building close to the salt water pool so you can walk there. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room was spacious and clean. As a smoker I appreciated the outside deck all rooms seemed to have. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities. Rooms were large/oversized. Dinning room could accommodate 6 easy making for a big family dinner if you were traveling with another couple and kids. Add the outside deck and this place makes for the perfect site for a family reunion. Washer and dryer in the room makes for long stays easy

Williamsburg lands itself to extended stays. It's not a coincidence that most attractions price things that way. If you're staying for the week the last thing you want is to bankrupt yourself eating out every meal. This location is not a hotel, it's condos. You can go to one of two close grocery stores and live like you would at home but with much better options.

We stayed here for a week and were impressed with the rooms and property. The customer service was very good and the staff was attentive. The condo was nicely done and had been renovated recently. You may want to verify that your room is near the pool, there are some properties that the pool would be a very long hike. If you are planning to do any work or internet use, be advised that the internet and phone service is terrible... my husband ended up going to a coffee shop to work for a day ... Read more
