I booked this through a supplier on Trivago. Do NOT trust suppliers like this for accurate information on the hotel. I had booked and paid for a King Non-smoking room only to find out upon check-in that they have no King beds. This was not the hotels fault. However, the room needed tending. When you walk in the sink looks like it's falling apart. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and a couple lights were out. In addition the tub did not drain well. If you want a both there was no stopper... Read more

Very clean. Separate Breakfast room with full continental breakfast. For families this is a great place. Our first night there we were tired from travel so we ate a Sal's Italian adjacent to the property. You should also know that this property is about one half mile from the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center were you buy tickets and your Colonial Williamsburg Adventure begins. You are also just down the street from a Pancake restaurant for breakfast. Be sure to ask for frequent dinner ... Read more

We were looking for a room at a discount price after spending some of our travel budget on more expensive rooms. We had two couples and stayed in two rooms. The experience was the same. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good service. The owners appear to be making a number of improvements. Don't go if your looking for a lot of extras but if you want a good nights sleep at a very reasonable price this is the place to stay. Keep in mind there are several Econ-o-lodge motels in the area and we ... Read more

I decided to book a night in Williamsburg at the last minute, rather than drive the kids back an hour after a late night. The suite type hotels were booked, so I got 2 rooms to hold all of us, for roughly the same price. Search around online, though if you want to book. As cheap as it was, I discovered it would have been cheaper online. The rooms looked clean enough, and I could tell some work had been done. One of the room A/C units did not work, but the cool weather saved the day, and it... Read more

Hotel is in a great location, literally 3 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg VA, just down the road is tons of resturants. The price we paid was 50.00 which included breakfast. The staff seemed nice and accommodating to our requests. The bad ? The shower.. What appeared to be nice had a slight moldy smell to it, we did see one black spider which kind of gave us the jitters. While the price is cheap, the location is great, and the staff are friendly.. The mold smell and spiders makes this a 3 sta... Read more

Got this place for a good price thru my Choice Hotel account (advance purchase). It's in a quiet location, and good access to everything. WiFi worked well. Pool is small, with leaves and some debris in it, but it was okay. I've been in it the past 2 days, and we were the only ones there. Had only 1 lounge chair at the pool. Beds are a little firm, but I slept okay. Our room had a small microwave and fridge, with a large flat screen tv. Bathroom was clean and smelled fine. Continental breakfast w... Read more

This hotel was at least somewhat clean or at least the poor lighting led us to believe so. However, not much else good to say about this stay. The decor is very dated and all repairs to walls, ceilings, plumbing etc have done been so to function but there is no attempt in making it blend in or to match paint at all. Not sure why there were only small travel size pillows (3) on the king size bed in our room and in our friends room with whom we were traveling. This made for an awkward attempt a... Read more

We spent a week at a timeshare in Williamsburg and wanted to stick around an extra day to do some shopping at the outlets. While shopping I booked this hotel for $80 figuring we would just sleep there one night and be on the road in the morning. When checking in before dinner I noticed a small bug on the writing pad so I pulled the mattresses back from the wall. There were multiple small white and black bugs in the seam of the mattress. I went back to the front desk and informed the nice lad... Read more

Great place in williamsburg VA and staff is so friendly. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good too. Also pool nice and clean. And the best thing is that bush-garden and water country is 10 mins from this motel. And colonial williamsburg is walking distance. We like this place and we will come back again.

Convenient to historic Williamsburg, fomfortable, friendly, reasonable rate. This was a one-night stay on a long journey, so I only wanted a bed for the night. Not sure about pool or any other amenities.

We spent 3 nights here. The family loved the pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very close to Colonial Williamsburg and an easy drive to other attractions. There are several family friendly restaurants just across the road and you can walk to DQ. Breakfast is adequate but heavy on carbs. The rooms are a little run down but we were happy to be there because the room held 6 people for a great price. They even gave us a free crib for the baby.

This is a nice little hotel. It's our second stay there and the staff is always very friendly. We were also pleasantly surprised this time by the HD TV mounted on the wall instead of the "fat back" TV'S that are on most economy hotels. The room is clean, the a/c works great, the bed is comfy and the water pressure is good. They also give you plenty of towels so you don't have to keep asking for more. The wifi workwd great too. The only problem we had was very minor. The toilet paper holder came ... Read more

The bed was unbearable the first night and they let us switch rooms and the bed was a little better. For the price and because it was one of the few remaining hotels with smoke rooms we stayed. But the wfi wasn't strong enough and someone needs to clean the very small pool! weak continental breakfast of cereal and store donuts. Coffee was good and located close to everything.

This Econo Lodge stay was better than I expected for a low to mid price range hotel. Room came with free wifi, fridge, and microwave. No freezer in fridge was a little disappointing but to keep our ice packs cold we just cranked the fridge to max cold. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom was small and as a larger person I felt very cramped. Sink had a large counter and was outside and separate from toilet/tub which was great for when 2 people are trying to get ready at the same time. Staff was very... Read more

We have stayed here before a few years ago and came back just for an overnight stay. We had a King no smoking room and it was just fine. There was a microwave and small frig in the room and that was nice. We carry a lot of our own food when we travel. The bed was comfortable and the h/a worked just fine. It is not the most updated place but if you are looking an overnight or a short stay on a economic level this is the place to stay. It is very close to the Visitor Center. The breakfast i...
