I was one of the first people to stay on this amazing new property! The hotel open the doors to the general public on June 8 at 2pm! The overall staff were amazing. The smell of new was welcoming! The beds were sooooo comfortable, clean rooms, spacious rooms. The breakfast fresh and declicious. I would come back again

Never stayed in such a new property before. The room was updated with nice amenities. I liked being able to charge phones and iPad with only the cables leaving outlets for other things. Tv had direct tv and the remote had a guide button to easily find your favorite channel. Pool was small but nice for my daughter to enjoy. Bathroom was nice and we liked the faucet. The simple pleasures! AC unit worked well and was easy to control. Hope they keep this property up because we will likely stay here ... Read more

There are no dressers to put cloths in. Rooms are very modern and that seems to be the way they are made now. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am and one day we were there for breakfast at 9:30 and there was practically no food and they didn't want to bring stuff out for us and thought that was rude of them since we still had 30 minutes. They also closed the breakfast area doors at 9:55. Another problem was the shuttle bus. They said it's until 10:00 pm and we were stuck at the metro waiti... Read more

Very new hotel-and a far cry from the "older" Hamptons. If this is the new style of rooms-a big thumbs up from me and my work collegues. The comfort, decor and layout of this hotel are superb!!!!!!!! In a real busy area of Falls Church/Seven Corners, but the rooms are so quiet.

We were there four mornings and only had a quality breakfast one day and then, in part, only due to patience. The hotel is new and the room was great. The breakfast were disasters. The hotel had booked tour groups that would descend on the breakfast area in mass and the staff was ill prepared and could not recover. Everything was empty for 20-30 minutes. My judgement is the breakfast kitchen and serving area are too small for the number of rooms in the hotel. Bring something in from a local groc... Read more

We likely will stay there again when we are in the area, as the accommodations, amenities and rooms are very nice and new. It's not next to a metro station, but the van driver provided courteous service to and from. They ran out of some breakfast items, but we went at the tail end of the breakfast time.

I only spent about 5 hours in this hotel as I had a cancelled flight from IAD & was rebooked out of DCA. United wouldn't pay for the hotel, so I was on my own and needed something in between the 2 airports that had free parking (renting a car was cheaper than a taxi would have been. One of our best stays at a Hampton Inn. The hotel was new, the rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was typical Hampton Inn quality, but, the biggest difference was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. Exceeded our expectations. The hotel was close to DC - cost of an UberX to/from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) was approximately $20. I recommend this hotel for the price and free breakfast. For families going to Washington DC it is a little out of the way, but their shuttle takes you to the "M" station and the M will take you to the heart of DC. If you are looking for something away for the hustle and bustle of DC this is a great place. I will say that there are very limited places to eat that are in walking distance. My Hilton Honors reservation rate was not honored at check out. For what should have been a $900 stay I was charged $1,600 and still trying to resolve. Beds were too hard for me and my wife. Breakfast was ok but coffee tasted burned or over roasted.

This is a new Hampton Inn, located 7 miles west of Washington, D.C. in Falls Church, VA. Our stay was outstanding! The rooms were very nice, and kept very clean. We requested an accessible room, as our mother uses a wheelchair. The staff was very helpful with this when we made our reservations. The breakfast had a wonderful selection, and varied a little each day. Unlike some other hotels that we have been in, the internet service was excellent. I appreciated being able to pick up a comp... You will not be disappointed with a stay here. Everything is top notch, give it a try. I really enjoyed the room bed duvets are wonderful, pillows are soft and fluffy, mattresses are firm, but not too firm enough support to provide great comfort. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The fitness center was small yet adequate equipment for a great workout.

We have traveled cross country this year & have stayed in Hampton Inn's all across because we love it. Including that, every year we take a trip to D.C. & stay at a different Hampton Inn in the DC area. This one is visually nice, rooms are great, everything is new. However, they are the only Hampton Inn I have encountered to not give free water bottles to Silver members, which isn't a big deal, but they should post somewhere on their site, that THIS one does not honor silver members. We're a family of four and stayed here for four nights and just loved it! The hotel is still newish, and very well kept. The low priced king suite was perfect for us--roomy with a kitchenette and separate sink and toilet/shower areas in the bathroom. There was a pull out couch for the girls to share and the king bed for us was super comfy. The hotel is brand new, which does wonders for the often tired look of most Hamptons. It still looks like a Hampton, but has a few modern features (a more modern bathroom layout, plenty of outlets and USB ports for all the electronic gadgets, modern black-out window blinds instead of the usual drapes, etc.) Our room was very clean. I'm always happy with Hampton Inn - it's a great value, with excellent beds, a pool and gym, and free breakfast. Those are the standards and the reasons I like this chain. I was very impressed with this hotel, however, because of its staff. They were helpful and proactive. When my normal hotel was sold out up in Tysons, I booked a good rate for a three nights stay at this brand-new property down the road and was glad I did! As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a large studio suite and enjoyed the stay. One caveat is the lack of decent restaurants within walking distance (I was relying on Uber to get to work); the outdated Italian place up the road was dismal. Underwhelmed by staff; breakfast was cold, distasteful and practically obsolete. Other than having a room across from the pool, it was a mediocre stay. What you need to know is that this new hotel has not yet properly trained their staff to handle a variety of situations. This led to someone entering my niece and nephew's room unannounced at 7am one morning. Instead of an apology, my family was interrogated by the staff. It's a nice new place, but wait to stay here until they work out their service issues.
