Here for the US Finals at VA Beach Convention Center. This place is perfect for any convention center event. Big rooms, nice beds, indoor pool, soft towels, clean bathrooms and good water pressure. But lobby bathrooms not good, carpet could be updated, most of dollys were broken and they say nothing about non-handicapped people parking in handicap spaces. All were taken yet half of cars were actually handicapped and guess who needed a spot. We did!

Resort is a stretch, more hotel with kitchenette. Doesn't have on site restaurant, thus no complimentary breakfast. Though, 21st seafood restaurant next door is good (fresh seafood and pizzas). We actually visited their sister hotel alot, across the street and right on the beach! It also has a nicer rooftop, indoor pool. One con, no late check out (after 10am), unless you pay a fee or refer a # of ppl.

The resort is a time share and they rent out rooms/suites which are not occupied. I must say I was very happy with the stay. I was a bit cautious since it was a time share hotel. Each unit is a suite with a small alley kitchen, spacious front room and spacious bedroom. The kitchen has a stove, frig, etc. and it is stocked with all the kitchen ware you would need. Note: There is no room service. However, used towels (towels are very nice and plushy to begin with) are easily exchanged on the 1st ... Read more

First time staying here although my family has spoke highly of it for years. Although I arrived late, the staff (Brianna) was polite and very helpful as well as every day since. She's even suggested local flavors from breakfast to fun and a lot in between. Located a few blocks from the beach is preferred for me so this is ideal. Although it looks like a small simple place, combined with other properties it comes with a lot of amenities; indoor pool, jacuzzi, tanning bed, bikes, saunas, more poo... Read more

The resort was a great spot to stay.. 10 minute walk to the conference center, and 5 minutes to the beach. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was in the lobby area, so the noise from there was easily heard in the front part of the room... otherwise, no complaints.

we recently visited our son who is stationed in the Navy in the Virginia Beach area. We always like to try to stay at the beach so we can enjoy all the pleasures it has to offer. Boy did we ever get lucky when we found the atrium Resort! Everything about it was top-notch. It was clean, comfortable, and in close proximity to All Things Virginia Beach. Will definitely stay here again and tell everyone about it.

I stayed at the atrium on vacation for a weekend. The hotel itself is very unique. I like how the pool sits directly center of the hotel. The rooms give a "home" feeling. I wasn't a fan of the shower, the water head ran extremely slow. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. I will definitely be staying again really soon.

The Atrium is a very nice condo hotel, near the beach. It was clean and well managed. All the staff members were pleasant and helpful and requests were dealt with immediately. The room was spotlessly clean. Laundry facilities are available for guest use and were clean, also. The pool in the lobby is a little odd but truly appreciated when the weather was cold and rainy. The sister resorts were friendly and you did not feel like a second-class citizen when you visited. The best part of the re... Read more

I recently stayed at Atrium Resort for a 9th wedding anniversary weekend getaway on July 9, 2016. We choose the resort because it was close to the beach. I was very disappointed, grossed out, and scared during my stay. To all future guess this so called resort is very old and dated. It looks like something from the seventies. Nothing is modern. There is a pool as soon as you walk in the door which makes the entire place smell moldy and there is no privacy. As my spouse and I settled in for... Read more

I reserved adjoining rooms here as my granddaughter had a dance competition. The whole place had a sour smell, the pool was never clear and sparkly, we found the bathroom faucet to be caked and not clean, the couch was uncomfortable and grungy looking and if you walked barefooted your feet got dirty! There was always bags of laundry piled outside of the laundry exchange along with carpet cleaning machinery in the hall. Other than the wonderful staff, I cannot say one nice thing about this place.... Read more

My family and I are RCI members and this was the only place open for July that was available so we jumped on it. We stayed in a one bedroom with pull out sofa in the living room. The room had two big tvs, a small kitchen , big refrigerator and a big table to sit at. The staff was very helpful from the moment we got there. We ended up switching rooms because the ac was not working properly and the staff was worried about our baby. The one maintenance man could not fix it even though he tried very... Read more

We visited Virginia Beach for a basketball tournament and received a great rate during peak season. The staff is very welcoming and the resort is well kept. The resort is centrally located at the beach and you can walk to dining, shopping and of course the beach. Also being located two blocks from the beach might sound bad but at night it's a lot quieter than staying on the boardwalk.

We are timeshare owners with RCI. First off I'm not really a fan of the RCI points program. I say that for me and my vacation needs. I just feel that the availability is way to small unless booking 2 years in advance. That being said we just finished up a great week at the Atrium. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always very courteous to help in anyway. While staying this year we contacted Dan Rhodes with VSA resorts. We bought our original timeshare off of Dan. He is a very frie... Read more

Great location, clean, awesome staff! Little details attended to in the rooms, soap, towels, dishes, coffee. Television in bedroom and front room. We were traveling with young teen age boys who needed their own space. This fit our needs perfectly. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay even better. They do not have maid service, but I feel that improved the security. I liked knowing that no one was in our room during the day. They have sheet and towel exchange and trash disposal ... Read more

Stayed here for 5 nights recently for a nearby conference. Was certainly easy to get to right off 264 entering VB. Parking was plentiful and included. Check in was pretty easy and the staff was friendly. One of the first things I noticed when walking in was the noise level. Lots of screaming kids in the pool. Due to the design of the building, the noise carries right up to the rooms. The room was like a one bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, bath and a large bedroom. It was v... Read more

So if you don't know by now this is a timeshare hotel, and you must attend a meeting to get the discounted price. This was our first time in Virginia beach and we had a great time. The hotel lobby wasn't nice to me. The pool is right in the center of the lobby so you have to smell chlorine during your stay and it burns my eyes so I didn't like it at all. The rooms are nice full kitchens with supply's. They don't clean your room. The timeshare meeting went great it took about an hour. It was grea... Read more
