The good: Very comfortable bed and clean room. The Internet was actually pretty fast & reliable. Big shower, good water pressure. The shuttle seemed to be right there when you need it. Indoor parking ($6), or there are a few spaces outside. Keurig in the room is pretty nice. Plenty of light. Other than this, I was hoping for an easy-walking distance to food and Metro. Apparently, I headed the wrong way, walking across a highway intersection and through some grass - there sure must have ... Read more

From the check in to check out, this hotel excelled. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety and also offered eggs to order. Eddy at the bar made an excellent martini (a bit pricey)...and he made sure my snack bowl was always full. A great place to stay...quiet, clean and modern.

Checking in the hotel was seemless. The staff was amazing friendly and helpful, and always had a smile. The room was always clean and the complimentary wifi was a plus. I wish the good menu had more choices, but i enjoyed the salmon, mash potato and asparagus and Ny cheesecake. Checking out was a breeze

This garden inn was perfectly adequate for my needs during a recent business trip. The staff was attentive and room clean. A weird highlight is that this was a franchised Hilton (not owned by Hilton corporate) that didn't run any of the obnoxious OS-like software on the TV. Oh, and the gym was remarkably open. No competition getting to weights or the treadmill.

Staff seemed negative when I walked in. Food and beverage manager I felt mentioned girls being "beautiful" way too often and inappropriately. Nice decoration. I would not recommend anyone to stay here just from first impression. I definitely will not be back. There are many other better hotels in the same area with better people.

Stayed 3 nights with tour group. Small, quiet hotel not far from DC. Décor is done in soft, relaxing colors. Bed was wonderful. A good bed was my top concern after spending all day touring. Very clean. Linens changed every day unlike some hotels. We did not interact with staff much but what little we did was very pleasant and professional. The breakfast buffet is ample and delicious with lots of choices. We ate dinner here twice. Lovely service and very good quality food with nice choices. If I... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel several times on business and not had a problem. This time I checked in as usual and had no problems with anything at all. After the first night, I woke up with what I thought were 2 mosquito bites on my left wrist. I had walked outside the day before a little bit so I dismissed it. But then on the morning after the 2nd night I awoke with six more of these. It was then that I realized that they were bedbug bites! I checked my room and the mattress in my room was... Read more

We stayed here for one night. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean so no complaints there. We did not eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on the quality. My biggest issue will be the exit from the garage. It's a narrow open after a sharp turn, it's unfriendly to SUV's and trucks. It's a design flaw that can't be fixed so just be aware, take the exit turn very wide and it's fine, but when not prepared for it, the mirrors are getting dinged, but it's a blessing to have parking in Tysons... Bad services but good location and proper room. We got bad luck during our stay. We tried to communicated with the night staffs but they just cannot have proper attitude. The location is close to two shopping malls and two metro stations. There is a shuttle that will take you to either of the shopping malls or the metro stations. We had breakfast each morning and the customer service was great. The rooms are clean and there is coffee and tea available in the morning. After 10 am, there is ice tea and water available in the lobby. I was able to visit Washington DC for the day just by using the metro. Very convenient.

The front desk staff was very nice and the shuttle drivers were very skilled and polite. Clean room and an above average pool. They also had free iced tea in the lobby. If I had to label a criticism it's that for the price it was a bit high because we had to take a shuttle from the metro-I could understand the price for a night if it was walking distance from the metro but it wasn't so close to $100 for a night was a bit steep.

Is what I'd expect from this hotel chain. Clean, comfortable, with a good staff. Parking was free but street parking if you have an oversized vehicle. Located near a metro station, although in walking distance, we took the free shuttle which they will pick up anywhere within a given radius from the hotel. The hotel wasn't particularly busy, I finally decided to use Hilton points, they gave us a low room. Not sure if that's SOP if a loyal customer uses points for two night stays.

I spent one evening here and was impressed, given it's location in busy Tysons Corner, how quiet it was in the rooms. The hotel sits back off of route 7, and it's not the most convenient / easily accessible location, but I think it works to the hotels advantage in this case.
