The Embassy Suites at Tysons corner has always been a good experience each time I've stayed at this location. I‚??ll definitely be referring my family and friends to this location. This Embassy Suites hotel looks and feels just like the Embassy brand. The hotel was clean! The rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good and they had a lovely breakfast area! All of the staff was exceptional! The manager and team should be commended! The only negativity is that the hotel is old. The rooms could use a refresh.

I was not informed of an enforced rule to charge 100 for a change in reservation. Being active military this is a toxic practice that forces me to leave Hilton hotels. Changes happen all the time. On check in I told the front desk I may have to leave early and WAS NOT told that i would be charged this fee. The online check in failed and did not allow me to choose a room. Additionally the bar was floor ked with unauthorized personnel who weren't hotel members but kept old keys. I heard groups ... Read more

The staff was excellent. The drawback is the room. For an Embassy Suites, it was the smallest we've ever experienced. Very cramped with no towel bars in bathroom. Bedroom lay out wastes usable space. Only a tiny closet.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton at Tysons Corner, VA had great atmosphere, helpful staff, good food and cocktail hour. I would highly recommend it and I will definitely come back there again. It is close to the Mall and other places of interest. Not far from DC, either.

Beautiful place with outstanding complementary breakfast. Also includes complementary evening drinks and snacks which together makes this a great overall value. Located a very short walk to the Metro station for easy commute to DC. Only problem incurred was that hot water in the shower ran out after first shower (apparently a problem with the water heater since others were heard mentioning the same problem)

I spent two nights at the Embassy Suites in Tysons Corner and it was a very nice hotel. I always enjoy Embassy Suites and this one was no exception. It's a great location for tourists and business travelers. There's Metro station (Spring Hill) within easy walking distant. And the staff allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel after I checked out. The Spring Hill Metro Station doesn't offer parking. Also, Dulles airport isn't too far away. Located one block from a metro heading straight into DC, this is a convenient location for families with a pool and great breakfast. We could tell the staff were a little overwhelmed over Memorial Day weekend - our room service tray sat outside our room for over 24 hours. But they were doing their best and were extremely friendly. A solid four stars .

Stayed overnight in May and found the place up to the Embassy Suites standard - a good place to stay, clean, very friendly staff and a substantial breakfast. Oh, BTW, I saw a noted NPR radio show host of Prairie Home Companion coming out. Like I said, a good place to stay.

It's hard to put into words how wonderful an experience we had while staying at the Embassy Tysons Corner to visit DC. From the helpfulness with reservations/front desk before we got there to the pleasantness of the employees during our stay, this was a first rate experience. We didn't have to pay for parking, they upgraded us to a larger (corner) suite (a first for us), the manager's reception, the fantastic breakfast where items kept changing, free wifi because we booked through Hilton, etc.... Older hotel with only two elevators made for frustrating waits. Rooms could be much cleaner. Dust ruffle was soiled and bedding was worn. Dust and dirt on carpet in corners gave feeling of uncleanliness. Hard to get out of parking lot in the morning due to heavy traffic. On a positive note, location was within steps of food, carry out restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating. Loved the amazing breakfasts every morning and managers cocktail over every evening. Close to everything we needed. The ice machine on our floor didn't work, but there was never a sign put on it, and the many times we reported it to the front desk, they acted like this was the first they had heard of it. We enjoyed the food and the hotel was clean, modern and friendly, all the things you expect from a Hilton! I only wish they had more drawer space. For an open atrium, the room was remarkably quiet. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I plan on using this hotel again when in the area.

My wife, two granddaughters (11 & 12-1/2 yrs old) and I really enjoyed our 7-day stay at the Embassy Suites in Tysons Corner from Saturday July 30 to Saturday August 06. The suite comes with a microwave, refrigerator, safe, two wide screen TV‚??s and plenty of outlets for all our iPhones and iPads. The granddaughters slept on the pull-out sofa bed. I probably would of rated the hotel higher if the Internet worked better and if the charged more a more reasonable price for wifi access. However, the price was reasonable, the location was perfect and the breakfast everyday was great. Pros- The staff was friendly and helpful. With pricey hotels all around for only a bed and a bathroom, Embassy Suites has them all beat. Full suite is so nice to have, especially on extended stays. I stay for a week at a time on business. The staff is friendly. Fitness Center is more than adequate. And I'm sorry, but if you're passing up a hotel with a free happy hour and made to order breakfast? You're nuts. It's the most economical stay in the area and worth every penny.

I thought the bed linen looked "slept-in" and a bit wrinkled. Other than that, the accommodations were wonderful. Loved the frig and microwave. Absolutely loved the manager's reception (we came in on a Friday to catch up with friends). We sat in the lounge until 10:00 and had such a great time. The service was marvelous. The Embassy Suites Hotel was an excellent hotel with the exception of the television in the bedroom that did not work.I met my inlaws for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and visited the gift shop during my first day. I had planned on visiting the work out room and swimming pool, but I didn't return to the hotel until late at night and I went directly to bed or at least to the couch to watch television.

I like the digital key service to avoid lines at check-in, though this apparently prevents early check-in EVEN if you have status with Hilton (so I was told) even by just half an hour. Ordered water and fruit via the app to be in the room (despite the minimal c. $15.00 spend to do so) and it was not delivered. Breakfast, to be generous, was barely edible. All fat bacon, dried out sausages etc. yuck.

I stay at a lot of Hilton properties including Embassy Suites. The name Suites in this case is supposed to have a meaning of a bedroom separate from the living/work area. Room 424 in this location is certainly an exception. It was a single (tired) room. It also included what seemed to be a strange connector hallway, yes hallway, to an adjoining room.
