We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, when we checked in the staff explained the hotel amenities and location of pool, food, etc. when we arrived in the room -very comfortable then we recd a call to see if we were pleased with the room and if anything we need! Great Customer Service skills! The hotel is centrally located to restaurants, however you can eat in the hotel. I will be staying here again and highly recommend a great place to rest ! Job well done

Modern, clean rooms. The woman at the front desk upon arrival, (I think her name was Suba), was everything a hotel employee should be; friendly and informative. Pool and gym are a great addition. There is a cafe and bar on premise. They offer an office/internet area.

Not only is this property clean and convenient to I-95 and Quantico, the staff has been extremely helpful the past three times I have stayed there. For example, I left my sport coat in the closet and the housekeeping staff returned my call and promptly FEDEXd it to me. The dining staff kept the kitchen open when we squeaked in at closing time, and the desk managers have been courteous and helpful with my wife and kids. Overall, this is our favorite hotel in the area.

Everything about our stay was very nice and comfortable. The service was beyond anything I've experienced at a hotel before, including the 5 star ones. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and you can tell they take pride in doing a good job and seem to enjoy their work. The rooms were great with all the amenities you could want. They were also very large rooms in both the room and the bathroom. Very clean. I really liked how the microwave and frig were set up behind a cabinet with a nic... Read more

Nice location and close to The Marines Quantico Base. You have to drive for about 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping mall., not bad! There is a Bistro on site with some food if you don't feel like driving. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner but you have to pay for it not bad. Facilities are good and very friendly staff... Definitively will come again if I have to. Recommend it đ???

The Courtyard Stafford/Quantico is by far the best Courtyard I've ever stayed at. Due to my work, I am at various hotels at a minimum of once a month. What set Courtyard Stafford/Quantico aside from the rest is the customer service. The customer service exceptional. I felt like I was being treated like a king. One of the highlights was the "Bistro" employees. I want to specifically recognize Clarissa and Amber (breakfast). These two will start anyone's day to a perfect start! They were the k... Read more

This is a brand new, super clean hotel. The rooms are very nice. There is plenty of room in them. The bathroom is nice. Showers are spacious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a great stay. The hotel is very close to the base. If you're looking for dinner the Mexican restaurant Pancha Villa at the bottom off the hill is excellent.

I recently stayed here for 1 night during a business trip. It is very clean. Staff was nice and professional. There is a bar and little market (snacks and drinks) on site. I went to the hot tub, it wasn't as hot as I thought it would be but still relaxing. I have no complaints. If in the area I would visit again. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Loved this hotel. Very clean. Room has everything you could ask for. Mini fridge and microwave. Comfortable. Bathroom is beautiful. The maid service is excellent and keeps a low profile. My room was cleaned to perfection everyday. Hotel has a great court yard to relax, read or eat. Many restaurants near by. Starbucks inside. Small workroom and pool area.

We have stayed here several times ..... our son has attended both OCS and TBS... it's super convenient for both, and its a nice, new hotel with great rooms and amenities. I would recommend this hotel who is visiting their marine... it's less than 1/4 mile from one of the gates on base.

This is a nice hotel. No complimentary breakfast, though. My family chose this hotel after checking trip advisor. We stayed for the past 3 days and leave tomorrow. Yesterday we chose not to have house keeping but we asked for more towels. Today we thought we would have housekeeping but no one came by. Therefore we had to ask for more soap and now toilet tissue. I'm quite surprised by this. I asked the front desk worker if they didn't have housekeeping on Sunday's. She took our room #. Other than... Read more

I have stayed at this location numerous times while traveling for work. I will choose this hotel whenever I can because it is fantastic. Upon entering, I am always greeted by everybody working there. The hotel is newer, and is kept extremely clean. The beds are comfortable, and the workspace is quite sufficient. I recommend this hotel to anybody traveling in the Stafford/Quantico area.

Outstanding Customer service! My spouse accidentally left a favorite shirt there and Walter the Manager sent it to our home!!!! You don't find this high customer service very often. I can't say enough about him, he was gracious when I called and immediately called me back to say they had the shirt and he sent it out that day! The site is a new Courtyard with beautiful furnishings and is exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was a USMC reunion going on while there and... Read more

I really enjoyed my stay. I'd called ahead to see of I could do early check in since I'd been arriving before standard check in from an overnight flight, and they put the request in and let me know it would be subject to availability. When I arrived they had everything ready for me and I got to take a shower in the lovely, clean, white shower and sleep in the comfortable bed. I liked the design of the room, the view of trees from the window (with both blackout curtains and sheer curtains), and t... Read more

My family and I stayed here on our way through Virginia ....I had booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed, for myself, my wife and our two teenage daughters.... Much to our surprise the sofa bed is only a twin size mattress, and no cots were available, so our 13 daughter had to sleep with my wife and I and none of us got more then 3-4 hours uncomfortable night to say the least. I would consider it false advertising that the room specifies it sleeps 4... The staff was very ni... Read more

Spent several days at this hotel for a visit to Quantico. Overall, looks like many of the newer Courtyards, and that's great. But it's a bit quirky. For example, room service did a pretty good job overall, but it seemed that the tile just inside the door to our room was sprayed with Pledge or something and I almost ended up on my backside. Ordering from the cafe downstairs, for us, with three attempts, resulted in a 100% incorrect order rate. The first day, for breakfast, the person at the ... Read more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel while visiting the Museum of the Marine Corps, which is located near the Marine Corps Base Quantico. This hotel is close to the museum and the base and is a good value for those wanting a convenient location in northern Virginia. The hotel is very clean, has a friendly and helpful staff, and plenty of parking. Attractive property, perhaps the cleanest hotel I have seen. Friendly staff, nice fitness center. Check in and out was quick and problem free. The only negative is that free breakfast would be a bonus.

My wife and I spent four days (07/28 - 31) at the Courtyard Stafford Quantico while attending my sister's funeral. The service provided by the hotel staff, all of the staff, including above all, Mr. Walter Burton, was the best we have experienced. The hotel check-in person welcomed us with a gift bag, containing something sweet and something salty. This action made us feel welcome. Our check-in was handled with great professionalism. The young lady checking us in did so with a constant smil... Read more

After we moved from Virginia to South Carolina, we ALWAYS stay here when we come back to visit. Walter Burton (General Manager) and his staff are just like family. They remember your name, are always asking what they can do to make our stay pleasant, and are always smiling. This is not only a great place to stay, but also must be a great place to work. EVERYBODY SMILES!! Thanks, Walter, for making all our stays extra enjoyable!

Our family stayed here while attending an OCS Graduation on Quantico Marine base and our stay was fantastic! The hotel is very close to the base gate so we were really glad we had booked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in and check out was easy, and the rooms were very clean. We had 5 couples that were staying at the hotel so the lobby and sitting area was nice to have so we could sit and catch up. The best part of the hotel was the amount of couches and seating areas ... We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Stafford for two nights and were in town for a graduation at the FBI Academy. The customer service at this hotel is top notch. They are genuinely friendly and helpful. This hotel couldn't be any cleaner! Lobby, dining area, lounge and room-A+ with a special mention to housekeeping, keep doing what you do! Our room was modern yet cozy and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! Hotel is located close to great dining & shopping areas.

Came up for a quick weekend and booked two rooms. I had no idea just how nice this property would be. Only three years old, the rooms have a nice modern flair, are clean, and everything worked!! We had a King room with a large crescent love-seat/couch and ottoman, a very comfy bed (somewhat firm), and soft bedding. The bathroom offered a shower only (no tub) but it's large and roomy enough for two should you so desire. There is a hidden microwave and refrigerator in a cabinet and a hairdry... Read more

New Marriott with convenient access to Quantico and good rates. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The café in the Marriott is good but there are also plenty of choices to eat for the road warrior nearby. A Subway sandwich, Mexican restaurant and a nice teriyaki joint that I ate at least three times during my week trip are adjacent to the property. Access to DC airports are fine but if you leave during prime traffic hours make sure you have a FastPass or plan accordingly for the traf... Read more

Room was clean, very comfortable and larger than expected and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay there again. The only drawback is that I thought the café menu was more limited than I would have liked so I only ate a couple meals there. However, the meals were prepared well and there are some nice restaurants very close by as well to choose from.

The staff was polite and pleasant. This was my first stay and the facilities seem quite modern and welcoming, so I was extremely disappointed when a few hours after checking in I discovered my room had a severe humidity problem. By evening, all my clothes were damp and the hotel said they was nothing they could do about it. They couldn't even provide me with a small dehumidifier. I hope they fix this issue but I don't think I'll chance another stay again.

Fairly new Courtyard in the Quantico area. The hotel has pool and whirlpool and well appointed gym. All the rooms have a microwave and a mini fridge. The hotel is set back from the main road so it is quiet.

I read great reviews for this hotel but was left a bit disappointed. I expected a room that was nicer and clean given the price. Unfortunately, I found pieces of clothing from the previous guest left in the room. On a more positive note, the room was quiet, the lounge comfortable, and the staff friendly.

Visited here over Thanksgiving. The rooms and lobby are fully remodeled to the bistro and what I call the 'big couch' look. But these are newer than others with cool nightstands that now have plug ins for both USB and 120AC (no more groping for the socket) as well as along the wall near the desk. And the fridge and microwave are now in a trendy closet, which reduces noise from the fridge at night. The staff was great - the bistro was closed Wednesday when a family came down and the front de... Read more
