Good stay for the price. Location is cumbersome. Several minutes off the hwy. You wouldn't think it was enough parking until the front desk clerks tells you how to get to the additional parking in the hospital lot.

The staff are very friendly and always helpful. They remember me by name now and always welcome me back to the area, Would not stay anywhere else. The Breakfast has a very wide variety and friendly staff in the morning. Location has many things with in walking distance. Very nice location. Parking is limited in the front as well locally.

I was very pleased with my stay at this Hampton Inn location. It is directly beside a local medical center and is perfect for those who may have family members currently in the hospital. Also, it is very conveniently located if you are in town for sporting events of any kind. My room was very clean, and comfortable. Also, the staff was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn. The Breakfast was very good, in my opinion. There was a large selection to choose from including ... Read more

I had a 5:30 hospital admission and live 1 hour away. For $86 this was very convenient. The hotel has a well lit walkway right to the hospital parking lot. My family stayed a second night and walked over to visit me. So convenient.

I try to support hotels with EV charging and chose this hotel for that reason. They have four charging stations, but they were all blocked during my entire visit. Staff was not interested in enforcing the one and only "electric vehicle only" spot. Now we have to drive rather conservatively to try to reach another charger in order to make it home. Very disappointing. The problem is that the hotel has two very small parking lots, which fill up quickly. We ended up parking at the hospital next door... Read more

We were met at check in by attentive and gracious employees who made us feel welcome. The room was well appointed, clean and with very comfortable beds. The breakfast and lobby area were inviting. The breakfast selections were above average. The only minor drawback of the property is the parking which is spread out and in different areas. We would certainly would stay at this inn in the future.

Noisy a/c, cold shower, and a hard bed. If you are looking for that combination then room 202 should be the one you ask for. Not really up to Hampton inn standards in my opinion. The new Hampton on the other side of Salem would be a better choice.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Offered great fliers and magazines and menus for local area and places to eat at all hours...they even delivered at 9pm--which is great for exhausted kiddos. Graciously offered a few toiletries we'd forgotten and provided plates and plasticware for our dinner. Grateful they has a government rate. Pool is outdoor and not heated. The GM Mr. Smith runs a tight ship. This place is new, clean, safe, and the staff is happy to be at work. Everyone treats us like we're truly welcome. The parking lot is small, but it works. You won't have a problem unless you're driving a monster truck. It's well lit at night, and as a guest we felt safe. We'd come back over and over.. The breakfast was over the top. Good coffee, fresh fruit plus all the other stuff you'd expect. This is as good as it gets.

Stayed here on a stopover driving from Philadelphia to Tennessee. Got the best night's sleep here: comfortable bed, different types of pillows, comforter that provided just enough warmth. Coffee was great the next morning, and the price made this a good value. This property wasn't visible from the interstate but was easy enough to find using Google Maps. This is the reason I marked location as very good, because you do have to drive a little to get there.
