I love to stay at Hamptons. The experience is always great and the rooms are always clean, updated and comfy. This particular stay was a bit disappointing because the room was a bit dirty. Food on the floor in several places and a dirty bathroom.

While farther away from Ft. Lee than I would have preferred, I have to say I enjoyed my stay here. I was in the area for 2 weeks, and every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the amenities were more than satisfactory. The only two things I would change is the pool is outside and therefore was closed. I would prefer an indoor pool. Also, I had to reconnect to the internet every day, which isn't a problem for a short stay, but became annoying after ... Read more

This hotel is conveniently located just off I-95. You do not have to drive into town to stay here. There are a number of restaurants within easy driving distance, and the morning after your stay, you can be out of your room and back on the freeway in 5 minutes. It is a clean and standardized Hampton, with a friendly, helpful staff and close in parking. I think this is a much better, less expensive option than finding a place to stay in Richmond. Moreover, if you are headed North, when yo... Read more

We come to this area once a year for the "BUG OUT" (VW show) and we always stay at this hotel. It's clean, the beds are so comfortable and the breakfasts are awesome (sausage gravy/ bagel toppers) Coffee is always good and complimentary, warm cookies.

Upon entering our room, we were hit by a strong smell of Febreze/some other air freshener. Other than that, the room was fine, service was good, breakfast was good for Hampton. We only stayed for one night. One positive note was that the hotel was in very close vicinity to many restaurants of many cuisines, so you shouldn't have a problem finding what you want to eat.

Visited this hotel headed down to Disney! Not bad for a stop over spot! Although the beds were very hard and the carpets could definitely use a good cleaning the pros outweighed these cons! The front desk staff at check in and check out were super friendly and helpful and the woman in the breakfast area was super sweet and attentive to our every need! The pool was a plus after a long day of driving too!

Our stay was one night while travelling south. The hotel is located directly off 95 so it was very convenient. Clean, inviting environment. Very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. I have to say the ladies on the breakfast crew were some of the friendliest, nicest hotel employees we have encountered in our travels. Great assortment of hot and cold breakfast foods starting at 6am. Comfy beds too! Great overnight stay!

Hamptons are very dependable in that they are clean and well appointed. Our room and I think every room has a refrigerator and microwave. We had to be on the road before 6 A.M. so I went to the breakfast area thinking I could get coffee only. However, most of the food was out and the woman preparing it was kind enough not to say anything as I hepled myself to toast and rolls and cookies and, of course, delicious coffee.

Overall, the hotel met and exceeded my expectations, with staff service and the morning meal standing out. The housekeeping staff needs more consistency in replacing stock items, such as mouthwash, soap, coffee - all too frequently, material used was not replaced. Front Desk staff could, and did take care of these issues

Everything was excellent, room, service, complimentary breakfast. One problem was in our room was the price. We only needed it for one night and we felt we could have had a better price. This hotel is in need of major upgrading: after being moved for hair in the tub and sink and12-16 inches of dust on the baseboard behind the bathroom wall to another room things got worse. There were grass clippings beside the bed and near the air condition, but the main "breach" was the water running down the wall from the bathroom directly above us. Apparently has been going on for a while as the sheetrock was pulling lose from the ceiling!!!

It looks like some updates have been made to the property. For example, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a new counter top, but this is an older property and it's evident just how old by the looks of the carpets and drapes. Had brown water in the shower, sheets that didn't fit and were very scratchy and hotel staff that didn't care about it. The breakfast staffer was super nice and helpful. She was the only worth while employee.

This was the most horrible hotel that I have ever stayed at the room was dirty the tub that I paid extra money for did not work there was exposed metal coming out of the wall and the fridge made an obnoxious knocking noise I called the front desk and they offered me no solution other than an apology and then when I checked out they told me that they do not honor the the Hampton hundred percent guarantee

Clean and welcoming place to stay during a recent vacation. Breakfast food was good and served in a well kept area. We slept well in a quiet suite. Will stay here again. Easy access from Interstate 95.

Top notch service. All of our needs were met. Clean, comfortable rooms, A very varied breakfast. I would certainly patronize this location again. It was convenient to local businesses and shopping. I look forward to checking out the pool next time.
