My wife and I made a last minute reservation for Virginia Beach for the Memorial Day Weekend and had a very nice experience. We arrived at Noon and were pleased that our room was ready/no waiting. The building was painted well inside and out, including the halls and rooms. The bathroom was clean and had granite counters and the room had a microwave and microfridge. The staff was very polite and accommodating during the entire weekend visit. The Hotel is truly Oceanfront and has a free breakfast.... Read more

Perfect location on the beach for shopping and food. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. LE friendly. Breakfast in morning wasn't the best. No bacon or sausage and no waffles. Just muffins, mini bagels, cereal, yogurt, bananas, eggs. But it's free, better than nothing. Anywhere on VA beach you will dela with the sounds of jet fighters flying over the beach all hours of the day and some at night. Not hotels fault. But it's LOUD!

Booked this room at last minute and was very pleased. The hotel is clean. Felt safe. Staff was friendly. They have smoking rooms. Breakfast is included which saves you money. The only draw back was the pool was to cold. They need a heater for it. There is a frig, microwave and coffee pot in room.

Overall great experience and will stay again. My concern was regarding to pool. We had to go through the parking lot to get to it and there was no keycard access so anyone (even non guests) could get into the pool area. Staff was friendly, and I needed to receive a fax while there and they accommodated my need. We loved opening the sliding glass and listening to the ocean. So nice and relaxing.

Upon arrival I was rudely talked to at the front desk. I figured it was just someone having a bad day which happens. I could not keep a wifi connection during our stay and house keeping didn't make up our room until we found someone and asked them to do it (there was not a do not disturb sign on door). Location was good, right on the boardwalk and price was affordable so overall it was an average experience. Next time I will pick another hotel and perhaps something slightly more expensive to... Had a great stay at the Days Inn Virginia beach oceanfront. The views of the ocean and beach were amazing from the 4th floor balcony. Satisfied in all aspects. The parking made me a little uncomfortable being across the road from the hotel and somewhat on a back alley. I worried about my vehicle all night but after the first night, I was able to park right at the hotel so it wasn't too bad.

This is the 5th year my family has stayed at this hotel for our summer beach vacation! Older hotel, nothing fancy, no frills, but budget friendly, clean and right in the middle of all the shopping, entertainment and eating! I also love that a continental breakfast is provided, as this is one less meal we have to worry about. We park our car when we get there, and dont move it until we leave!

The absolute ONLY problem we have with this hotel is that there is not enough bandwidth to support their free wi-fi. We keep going over our data usage while staying there because the wi-fi is only acceptable in the middle of the night. During the day, everyone is using it and it is crazy slow and basically unusable. Wish they fixed that. The rooms were clean. Proximity to everything is awesome. Parking was never a problem for us, not even one time. Staff was amazingly courteous and helpfu... Read more

This is clearly not luxury accommodation, but it has a great location if you want to be right in the middle of the Virginia Beach action. We stayed here over Fourth of July weekend and during the Sandstock festival. The main stage for the music performances was right outside our balcony, which was fine for us but would've been a disaster for anyone who had babies or small children, as the music went until 11. The staff seem to be trying hard, but I witnessed people at the front desk being prett... Read more

We arrived well before check-in and the man behind the desk was able to find us a room that was available within a few minutes. Only 2 small complaints - no light on the balcony (but to be fair, I don't think any of the balconies has lights) and the a/c was plugged in on the floor near the sliding glass door to the balcony and we had to plug it back in a couple of times. The proximity to the door made it easy for us to keep unplugging.

Our room had a nice balcony and view of the ocean and boardwalk. We could rent bikes and umbrellas easily right in front of the hotel. This was a nice beach hotel and was in a great location. Walking distance to everything because it was pretty much in the middle. It was a little dated and the parking lot was very small (had to park across the street behind another building...but we had no problems...there was probably less chance of getting door dinged or backed into over there). We stayed for four nights in August 2016. The hotel location is oceanfront and right behind the music pavillion (if you stay on a weekend expect to go on until 9pm). The breakfast had good variety to choose from so we were not bored. Internet was not high speed. Stuff were very friendly! It felt like the bed sheets were moist. Maybe because AC unit doesn't dry the air in the room. Not sure :/ Overall we would stay there again.

Balconies could do with an overhaul as could the indoor pool - it's NOT like in the photo, more like part of an underground parking lot. I stayed in this hotel during a business trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great . All rooms have a beach/ocean view. The building is a bit dated but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic . Overall good value for the money but the building and common area carpeting may need some upgrade.

I love the fact that this hotel's only room option is oceanfront! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The only negative remark I have, is that the parking lot is too small. We were very pleasantly surprised when we woke up on Saturday morning and the Halloween marathon was going on right outside of the room on the boardwalk. It was a great trip for the night and a reasonable cost for an oceanfront room.

Front Desk Receptionist "Conrad" wasn't very friendly or welcoming. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned in the room. But the rest of the room and hotel was good.

Some hotels were already closed but not the days inn. Reasonable prices and good service made our staying perfect.

The location and view and price were fantastic. It was a pleasure to wake up seeing the ocean. However, we did not appreciate the clogged bathroom sink and ants on the counter where the microwave and coffee pot were.

The staff was courteous and the room was large and clean. The breakfast was well done.It was a great value for an off season room.

Average in most areas...the location was great as it was right on the oceanfront but the hotel was less than clean. The elevators operated but appeared to be quite old, shaky and noisy. The staff did what they were supposed to do but did not seem pleased to be there. I think there is room for improvement at this hotel and I probably would not return since there are MANY hotels to choose from along the oceanfront!

The staff was great except I made reservation and payed threw Wyndham and when we checked in there was a difference in price. Got everything settled. Will be staying with them again as always..

Stayed this past weekend. Main room was clean, but bathroom felt dirty. Was not impressed with the continental breakfast, most of the pastries were dry. They had no hot water for tea, had to microwave the water. Given the price, it was an ok stay, but personally I'd spend a couple extra bucks and stay somewhere nicer next time. We were in an end room and the wifi was barely usable.
