The 10-story Boardwalk Resort and Villas is located on Virginia Beach's famous Atlantic Avenue, approximately 25 miles from Norfolk International Airport. This location is also one mile from the Virginia Beach Fishing Center, three miles from Virginia Marine Science Museum, 17 miles from MacArthur Center Mall, and 50 miles from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

Hotel amenities include the indoor heated pool, fitness center, Jacuzzi tubs, and Rock Fish Bar and Grill (with fresh seafood, pasta, and steaks, as well as Beatles memorabilia throughout). The hotel also offers laundry facilities, dry cleaning services, a parking garage, and 24-hour front desk service.
