The Hampton Inn on Hull St. was just what we needed- a nice place to stay while in town for a family event. The staff was wonderful and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to shopping, without being right in the more congested area. Will stay there again when in town!

Hampton Inn Hull St. is a great starting point for visiting Richmond and/or all of the surrounding areas. The staff, especially Joslyn and Jamal, are knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt, and the rooms and facilities are clean and well cared for.

Facilities are very nice, but the staff...90%...appear uninterested in performing their jobs. As a HHonors member, I felt if they were doing me a favor. Just a very weird experience for a Hilton property.

I book many different hotels for my team as we play all over. The Hampton Inn Richmond-Southwest Hull Street was one of the best places we have stayed as a team. Accommodations were very nice and very clean. The staff from the housekeepers to the front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located. Breakfast was good, had a good amount of selection. I had a question about my Hilton Honors points, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful...really went out of their way to give me the information I needed

Staff was helpful and friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Offered Bereavment fee. Rooms were clean. Lobby was cozy. Breakfast was good. Pool area and fitness room (only 2pcs of equipment) could use an update.

Great hotel. Staff is excellent.Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean. Had nice soap in bathroom . Everyone was very nice and helpful. Nice proximity to Ruby Tuesday. Plenty of parking and free parking. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

We were in the area to visit family and this hotel was right around the corner from their house so it was the logical choice. The hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent as it was included in the rate.

Hotel was excellent and the bed was sooo soft! Love it and will stay every time I travel. It was convenient for the event I attended and the service was prompt and kept me aware of my reservation. Check-out was easy breezy!

I left my Company ID in my room and was notified by the General Manager Cheryl Hultquist that she had my Badge. She sent it to me via Fed Ex very promply. I have left items in many hotels in the past and have never gotten a call from the hotel informing that an item was found. Cheryl went above and beyond, and I really appreciate that and will always use the Hampton on Hull for all of my stays when in town. My room smelled like an ashtray. Found out it used to be a smoking room and converted to a regular room. They need to replace drapes and carpet. We were with a large group, and I knew other people in the group that had the same problem.

Great location for lacrosse tournament Very close to all field locations- staff were helpful and accommodating. Would stay again. Pool water was cool (June) (Indoor pool). Small for a Hampton, but good choice.

Hampton Inns are usually predictable - this one excelled in the comfort of the beds and linens. Room very clean - we had a large King Suite - nearly an apartment ... very comfortable and bathroom was huge!!!! Huge vanity very nice touch in bathroom. We did not want to leave! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel located in quiet area - no road traffic.

The hospitality of the desk clerk was very pleasing and proper upon arrival. As Hhonors members we were given a snack each to relax with, coffee, tea,was provided in the lobby. Security was positioned I the lobby area in plain clothes. I was never sure the room was ever cleaned. The beds were not made to the specifications I have experienced at othe Hilton hotels. The trash was in my room was not emptied until it was over flowing bid was the bathroom cleaned during my stay

Along the busy Hull street in Richmond, there is a little diamond in the rough. A pleasant quiet place to stay over night. A place to wake-up refreshed with a full breakfast waiting for you. Give it a try. I am glad it did!

Great customer service and clean room. What more could you ask for? The front desk staff is amazing. Valeria and Billy during the day and Chris at night. They rock! This staff makes sure that you are satisfied. The lady serving the breakfast is very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for a lacrosse tournament. It was close to everything. Billy was so helpful and friendly. He gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation. He also helped us arrange for late checkout so my daughter could get a quick shower before our four hour at ride home.

Hampton Inn never disappoints! Always very fresh and clean rooms. As always, a professional and friendly staff! It would have been nice to have a better protein selection, such as hard boiled eggs regarding the complimentary breakfast, as I do not care for sausage.

The Hampton Inn in Midlothian, VA on Price Club Blvd was very clean and comfortable. My family and I were in town for a family reunion. Joslyn Alpaugh and Billy was very professional, receptive and open-minded to our needs during the complete stay. The women that work the breakfast area were fantastic! I will definately stay there again.

Stayed at your hotel. The people were very friendly. The front desk excellent. The rooms were clean.vthe only complaint was the pillows. They were very flat had no cushioning to them. I came home with bad neck pain. Last year when I stayed. The pillows were different. I would change out them for new ones. Other than that so would stay there again. I give it 4 stars. It would have been 5 if the pillows were better

My family and I came down for our family reunion. This hotel was perfect after a long hot day of traveling and spending time with the family. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. We didn't participate in the free breakfast, because when we go south we love to visit one of our favorite little dives Waffle House for breakfast; however based on how busy the breakfast area was I assume that it was good.

We enjoyed our short stay, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. I loved the shower I could have stayed in the shower forever lol... The water was awesome! Next time I'm in the Midlothian area I will be staying at the Hampton Inn.

There was a lot of noise on the floor in which I was staying. I asked the front desk to assist after listening to these rude people all night throughout the week. Staff was very irritated when contacted and gave the response that they couldn't knock on every door. I explained that the problem was coming from a group gathering in the hallway. No resolution provided.

outstanding, would definitely lodge here again. The room was very nice, the availability of breakfast was a plus. The linen smelled really fresh and the parking was great. The proximity to local restaurants and shopping as well as dining was a plus as well.

Had to attend a funeral on 9-7-16. Made reservations for two rooms for the 6th of Sept., one needed to be handy-cap accessible. They gave us a special rate because of the funeral. When we checked in the young lady at the desk was very nice and very helpful. When my wife and I went into our accessible room the only helpful thing was one grab bar in the bath tub. We have family that live about five minutes away! The location is perfect! The staff is very hospitable and the breakfast coordinator is a ray of sunshine for so early in the morning!!! We make frequent trips and it is nice to know we don't have to worry about accommodations after an 8 hour drive!

Superior customer service; the staff was attentive and did not hesitate to respond my my needs. I found this hotel while driving through Virginia. It was centrally located of Hull St. and the airport a few miles away. I can't wait to return. Great place and a great value.

This was not one of our best stays at a Hampton. The front desk was not professional during check in although the one person on duty was helpful in changing our room. The morning breakfast lacked some items but when my husband went to check the availability of the items; i.e., bread, he found the breakfast person manning the front desk. Bed was comfortable.

Location: Fairly convenient. Service: Hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes indifferent. Cleanliness: This is where it really suffers. This hotel is very standard for the Hampton Inn chain. The staff is friendly and was helpful when I needed anything. The breakfast was average during my stay. The room was clean and the hotel was also clean. The fitness room had no weights, but did have cardo equipment.

The service was excellent and the food was great. We were there for a memorial service and to visit family. Hotel close to church. Employees were very friendly . Our room was cleaned and made up each day. New towels and bathing products. We did not have time to enjoy the pool. Had handy cap parking for us.

The room smelled like exhaust from the elevator shaft. The bathroom ceiling had cracks and water damage. The room was also dirty along the floorboard. The breakfast area was not kept clean and the breakfast was terrible. For example the boiled eggs tasted like they were made five days ago. The pool area was also dirty and old looking. Basically this hotel was not up to the standards of a regular Hampton Inn.

Hotel was very clean and staff was efficient. Good value for money. Close to everything if your doing Sports Tournaments in the county. Recommend this location for those coming from out of area. Close to Route 288 and easy accessto 95 North or South 65 Est or West.

This was a decent hotel close to the rivercity sportsplex. There is a mall nearby and plenty to do in the area. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Bed was comfy and beyond hearing the neighbors doors slamming shut it was a quiet hotel.
