Stayed here overnight. Room was is disrepair. Light socket hidden behind small dresser was sticking out from wall with wires visible. Hand rails in shower loose and mold on shower ceiling. Not what you expect from Hampton Inn. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Hotel was an all around great experience!! Staff were very friendly. Guests were also very friendly. Bed is very comfortable. Nice pillows and comfortable bedding. Great shower. All very nice and clean. Good breakfast and tasty coffee!!

Very clean, helpful desk staff, good breakfast. The afternoon cookies were a nice treat. Close to eating and shopping. The workout area is very small and with not much equipment. Other than that, all was very good. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. Good value

The staff on duty when we arrived were the best yet in a long string of Hampton stays - the motel was consistently good as usual. It's location - while convenient for those traveling on I95 - does have road noise to contend with.

Weekend stay was very pleasant. Indoor pool was excellent and made a rainy weekend doable with the grandchildren. Great beds. Clean. Super food. High standards of hospitality and customer service. We will return. One negative..... Extra charge for laptop friendly wi-fi $4.95 nightly

After traveling for 11+ with 3 young kids, it was great to arrive to this hotel. Clean, staff were all friendly, would stay here again. Check in was short and easy, bfast was good, kids had a great time!

After driving for 11 hours it was very nice to find this hotel right off the exit. It is very clean with very friendly staff. The room was very clean with comfortable beds, refrigerator, and microwave. The hotel has a pool but we did not use it. The breakfast was not that great. Not a lot of selection. I would stay here again if in the area.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was well presented. The pool is small, too small to swim laps. The staff were very helpful. We would happily stay there again. Everything worked well and there is attention to detail in upkeep.

My brother lives a mile from the hotel. My family from Ohio and I meet there often. (I live in Florida). The staff is always courteous and the rooms are comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. Thanks.

Great indoor pool. Great staff willing to help and go the extra mile to make the stay special. The staff knows the best local/regional places to eat, and will help you get there. This hotel needs a lobby where people can gather and talk.

Very clean and accommodating. Booked literally 30 minutes before we arrived through Hilton Honors and room was ready and waiting. Great for business as well as travelers. I would stop again. Room was clean with easy temperature control. Always a pleasure with the breakfast as well

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean. The location is convenient, and you get a lot of value for the money, including complimentary breakfast, newspaper, pool, and fitness center (although the fitness center is tiny). Highly recommend and would stay again.

This was by far the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. Every single employee regardless of position was friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. I would highly suggest this location as a place to stay if you are traveling in this area.

Our room was damp and moldy. The bathroom smelled strongly of mold. We were in town for a funeral and cut our stay at this Hampton Inn short because of the damp moldy conditions in the room. We had originally booked a two day stay but left after just one.

Great breakfast buffet. Very helpful front desk staff. Centrally located for easy access to I-95. Trip Advisor requirement that this field be120 Character minimum really more of a nuisance than anything else.

We chose this hotel because it is one of the few Hilton properties in the area that are pet friendly. We were very happy with our choice. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with their four legged family members.

Property was nice and clean. Staff was attentive. Room was clean. Would've preferred a small kitchen area, otherwise nice. Had 2 dogs with us. No fee charged which was very good. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

On our way to Va Beach we stopped here for one night. We arrived late but no problems checking in. The room was very modern and clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom very clean. Being pet friendly, this Hampton is rare. Very friendly people, very clean, and even though there were a number of pets staying at the facility, it was quiet, and a very pleasant 4 days. My sister and I were there for a dog show at the Richmond speedway, which was just mins away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Richmond/Mechanicsburg area.

Excellent staff, stay and refreshing delight! Excellent area to stay! Enjoyed the indoor pool, after 10 hours on the road. Enjoyed hospitable staff & refreshments @ ā??-in, and superb morning breakfast complete with waffles, sausage and fresh fruit! Even had a surprise "travel bag of goodies", to take on the road.

We drove from FL to RI and stopped for the night after 950 easy miles. The hotel is a hour south of DC. Great location attracted us first, friendly staff, clean rooms and pet friendly keep us returning to this stop whenever we make the drive!

The room was very musty smelling and not real clean I have stayed here before many times and it seems to have a change in the staff maybe that is the difference in the quality not what it used to be does have a nice indoor pool it was very noisy didn't quiet down until after 1 am so not much sleep

The Hotel and Staff were wonderful. I was a little concerned coming to a hotel that accepts dogs, even though we needed one, but this hotel was very clean. Soon after checking in, our phone rang to ensure everything was alright. We had a fantastic experience, and our dog was very much welcome!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The temperatures were in the upper 90's that weekend, and the air conditioner in my room worked perfectly. I enjoyed my stay.

Alisha checked us in, she was very sweet. Even came outside to check the way I parked the truck/trailer was ok, and was able to put us in a room directly above it. The following morning, the waffle batter dispenser had an issue, and I spilled batter all over.. The girls were no phased at all! (I felt horrible and used lots of napkins to try and clean it up.) The room was very nice, but the staff made our stay PERFECT!

Tried to check in at 12:00 was told to come back, because it will take two hours to clean the room. Came back checked in and left again to my function. Came back for the night to take a shower and there was hair in the tub, hair on side of tub, hair on floor next to sink, hair on floor next to toilet, lots of hair on left side of sink, pubs on floor. Moldy, dirty AC. Room smelled musty. There were black chunks coming out of the AC onto the floor. Once we looked, the AC filter was visually very dirty with black chunks of buildup / mold? We didnā??t notice until morning when we saw black spots on shoes and legs from when I was sitting at the desk. Wanted to complain during check out but the front counter was packed and checkout was slow so we left without stopping at the counter.

Pet friendly location on the way to OBX. Located .7 miles off 295 with a bonus gas station on the corner for a quick fill up on the way out. Arrived in the evening during a storm, so happy to have known it was located behind an IHOP as it was difficult to see from the road. Hilton Garden Inn shares a parking lot if your group needs to split up. Hampton Inn breakfast always a plus!

This is not a typical Hampton Inn. It is poorly managed with no oversight of services. Our room was not cleaned between the two days we were there, the food was poorly prepared, the floor was sticky along the breakfast bar, the internet did not work properly in our room, there was a strange smell in our room.

Rooms and hotel conf room had musty smell, hotel staff had family running wild at hotel and seemed to be more concerned with themselves than their guest. They was doing their personal laundry their and feeding their families from breakfast bar. Cooking in kitchen all day for them. Hotel guest check in crowded all the time with their family.

Needed a pet-friendly place to stay off the highway after driving 8 hours. Got there early and they let us check in early. The room had a lot of space and was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby...we went to the Waffle House which was also very good. If you need a place to sleep after a long drive, this would suit you fine.

The staff was amazing - everyone I came in came in contact with was friendly - the rooms were clean and inviting - room air not so much! - it was like having a humidifier in the room - was here for business and it was nice having a goody bag in the morning to take to training class, it included a bottle of water, fruit, granola bar and a baked bread - came in handy for sure - a nice touch - overall it was a very nice experience

I usually get 2 bottles of water and a welcome, this time it was only one, but it is not that big of a deal. The problem was that room 301 was extremely humid. the air smelled horrible and I tried moving to another room but it was worse. I am a Gold Member and stay in Hilton properties all of the time. The location of the hotel was good and plenty of nice restaurants in the area, WIFI signal in the room was unusable and breakfast starts at 6AM but is not fully stocked until 7AM. If you want a good breakfast that is served on time consider the IHOP located next door.

Virtually all rooms stunk - really stunk - of mildew or the air "freshener" used to mask it. Seems to be Coming from poorly maintained AC Units. Only reason we stayed is that we are dealing with a family emergency in area. Hilton Honors member who has never had a bad experience like this. Moving out after 2 days of the stink!!!

My husband was on the road from Florida picking up our puppy and needed a place to sleep on the way home to Leesburg, VA. I called to make a reservation and Maxine was wonderful! I've stayed at this hotel numerous times in recent months on business. I'd seen others' reviews about some negative aspects & had to agree that there'd been a downturn in the condition of several rooms. Made reservation the night before and arrived very late (3am). No problem with check-in and the complimentary breakfast was available late into the morning (10 am). Clean room and convenient to highway.

Touted as accepting of pets, when the dog was whining when we left to go have breakfast, we didn't want to disrupt guest next door and took him down to sit in a corner away from other patrons and food and were told we could not have the dog there. This never happened at any other Hampton Inns in NY or VA that we stayed at. Heating and AC runs constantly and makes too much noise to sleep comfortably.

Allows pets, clean rooms , great staff and good location. Good restaurants near by. I have stayed here multiple times without any issues or problems. Quiet location and sufficient parking. Breakfast is fair, Hampton Inn could update their breakfast menu and quality of food.

Place is not very well kept anymore. Rooms smell moldy, which doesn't make the room feel inviting. Carpets have large stains and are very sticky. Front desk staff is not very accomodating. Not really sure if wi-fi works or not since it keeps cutting-out.

Very new, modern design. Perfect for a quick sleeping break during a long road trip. Everything was easy and quick. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Carpet was super clean. Great for a road trip break in a quiet area away from Richmond but close enough.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for one night. I would not have stayed two! The room smelled musty and felt damp. We ran the air for several hours while we left for dinner. When we came back the room still smelled musty and felt damp. Like high humidity. The shower curtain was torn and stained. I was just so disappointed as most all of my stays at a Hampton Inn are great!!! This one needs some money put into it. The staff was great though! Very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed with Hampton for over 20 years. We are pet owners and the pet friendly accommodations can be critical as our pets mostly travel with us. Have stayed at others when necessary but have never found a good reason to leave Hampton.

Don't eat at the "IHOP" next to the Hotel. Otherwise, ALL was pleasant. The employees were willing to please and were diligent of their duties. The pool had just been maintained and the water was cold not heated warm. Breakfast was superb!

The front desk agent made sure to tell me it was her last day and she was having a good day because if it!!š?¤? The room was confortable but it's definitely time for an upgrade. The breakfast attendant was nice.
