Cable was out for half our entire stay (hotel wide issue). Housekeeping skimped on simple things like adequate bath linens- had to call daily for more than 2-3 towels per room (we had a reservation for four people). Pretty property and nice staff but no better than any metro DC Westin I've stayed in (but 4-5 times the cost).

Over the weekend, my friends and I stayed club level at the Ritz in Tyson's, and received the most wonderful service and hospitality by Shema. She exuded a warmth and professionalism that made our experience phenomenal! Many kudos to her, and her amazing ability to exceed guests' expectations!

After my mom and I's horrific 2 hour stay at the Gaylord Hotel at National Harbor. We decided to stay at the Ritz-Carlton at Tyson's Corner. Which for all you frequent shoppers is the perfect place to stay, due to its literal connection to the tysons galleria. As soon as we pulled up the bellman were very respectful and were the image of what great employees should be. At the front desk, the man was very informational and nice which is always a good factor. The room was by far perfect in every ... Read more

From the warm greeting you get when you pull up to valet park your car to the friendly front desk staff that welcomes you and takes care of your requests without hesitating, this hotel is my favorite in the DC metro area. The rooms are spacious and comfy, the food in the lounge is always scrumptious.....you will love it here. I have also booked special events in their ballroom and the food and service is outstanding. A must stay if you are in the area.

Okay nothing outstanding but the staff is above par. Bed fluffy and comfortable but the bedding had snags/holes in the comforter. Not a big deal but surprising for a Ritz. Housekeeping was really attentive and polite. Front desk very friendly and accommodating.

Love spending my birthday weekend here each year! They shuttle you to the main mall and the hotel is connected to the smaller mall. The beds are so amazing and we get treated like royalty for the weekend! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended!

I thought I would treat myself and stay at the Tysons Ritz. The place had some nice features, but overall nothing special. I was disappointed. I doubt I'll opt for the Ritz again. I picked the Ritz because Marriott listed the Ritz at the same price as my usual go-to hotels in the area. I'm a loyal Platinum Marriott customer. So I thought, why not the Ritz?! I anticipated the Ritz would make this business trip special. Although I admired some aspects of the Tysons's Ritz -- such as the ... Read more

This was my first stay at a Ritz. I'm a Marriott Platinum Member and noticed the Ritz when I looked for a Hotel in Tysons. "Wow!" I thought, I can stay at a Ritz for the same price as the nearby full Marriott. I should have opted for the full Marriott. Don't get me wrong, the Ritz was OK. In fact, the main floor was impressive. But beyond that, it was average at best. Here are some specifics: - Long wait at check in - Nothing special about the room. No offer to upgrade for loyal Marriott... Read more

Have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 10 years. The waiters never forget my name or the drink that I am served. We use many rooms to meet our needs during our stay from large conference rooms to small board meetings. The Hotel is within the mall and it has other restaurants to select for diverse tastes. The shopping is exquisite.

spent a Friday night in January with my family to do some shopping. the hotel reached out in advance and we communicated our desire for a crib and connecting rooms which were accommodated and all set up for us when we arrived. overall the facility is great. they have added a jazz band on certain nights in the bar which made it a fun spot for a drink. we enjoyed the generous breakfast that came with our room package in the restaurant. we had the indoor pool to ourselves and I took advantage ...
