Each bed has 250 thread count sheets, complimentary pillow menu, duvet covers, feather pillows that are non-allergenic, and a name brand bedding and sleep system. Black-Out curtains provides a peaceful, dark room so you can get the rest you need. Rooms are connecting, with an adjustable thermostat, and all rooms are non-smoking.  Telephones are auto wakeup, two lines,  and have two phones. Name brand bathroom amenities are available including a hairdryer and curved shower rod. A newspaper is supplied Monday-Friday, along with tea/coffee making facilities, a mini refrigerator, and a microwave. Laundry Valet Caddy and self-laundry are offered, and an iron/ironing board is accessible.  The rooms have an automatic door closer, electronic locks, electronic smoke detector, a safe, and a secondary locking device.

You can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Great American Grill, an onsite restaurant at this hotel. Room service is also available, and a delicious menu is at hand if you need an event catered.

It's a Hilton Garden Inn so you know the room is going to be clean and the service is going to be great. This particular stay we chose to eat breakfast in the hotel because their buffet and cook-to-order is a great value. Today what made the experience go from good to great was our server Keisha. Very clean, provided a crib for our 7 month old, bed was very comfortable. Loved that they had a fridge and microwave, so I could eat leftovers. It was a little pricey for the area, but definitely worth it.

We are Hlton Honors members, so we stay at one of their hotels whenever we travel, and we are never dissapointed. This one is Lynchburg is especially nice, and lives up to their reputation. The breakfast is expecially good, and always hot and fresh. Even spending an hour at the bar at night is enjoyable. My husband used the pool and spa at 6am, and really liked it...I slept in becasue the beds and pillows are SO GREAT.

I stay here whenever I'm in the Lynchburg area. The staff is so nice and I really love that I can sit and relax at the bar and have dinner. It makes traveling for work effortless and even fun. Be sure to say hello to the great bar staff!

The entire experience was great. Was greeted nicely when I arrived. Gave me waters and keys with a smile. Ate breakfast and worked in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not over the top.

Was very clean motel. Rooms nice. Roomy bathroom. But had to constantly ask for towels. One day we were left with no toilet paper at all. I did complain after many issues and was given free breakfast one morning, but I expected more from this brand hotel.

I have stay at this property numerous times and I always been pleased. However this time I left my laptop charger in the room and when I called to ask if it had been turned in I was told that it had not. I called a second time and was told the same thing. I know I left the charger therefore I am disappointed that housekeeping did not recover it.

Stayed here while my nephew was participating in the HS sports festival at Liberty University. Location was close to airport & sporting events. Hotel staff were very friendly & accommodating. Room was a nice size, furniture was comfortable. Good happy hour specials. Didn't get to check out pool or fitness or business centers. Would stay here again if I were in town again.

The staff is always friendly. Having stayed so many times I will miss a few of them. The fireplace is always inviting and great to relax at. They go above the norm for ensuring your stay is comfortable. They are quick to respond to the issues I've had. Breakfast is nice and cooked to order for gold and platinum Hilton honors.

The Good: Clean and Quiet The Bad: Rock hard mattress. Spongy pillows. Insufficient number of towels. Thermostat that swung from frigid to sweltering. This was by far the most uncomfortable night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and quite cozy. Very quiet. There is a train that comes through every now and then. Hotel lobby was clean. Loved the sitting area with the fireplace and TV. Check it and out was easy and fast. The breakfast staff was a bit slow. Ran out of buffet items. Took long time to replenish. House keeping staff was cordial and quite helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very responsive and worked to make our stay at at the Lynchburg, VA Hilton Garden Inn enjoyable. For the duration of our stay, breakfast was always hot and fresh. When we needed extra towels, someone was always there within 15 minutes to assist.

My expectations for great service, cleanliness, updated/modern decor and comfort were definitely met and even exceeded!! Kitchen staff went through 2 garbage bags twice in order to locate my son's retainer that he had wrapped in a napkin and left on the table. You won't find many places that will dig through trash and food waste. I will always use Hilton Garden Inn for my overnight stays.

Our family stayed 2 nights. The Select comfort beds were so worn out that even on their firmest setting they sagged, giving my wife 2 nights of restless sleep. Every time the AC came on, it roared and vibrated like a locomotive in the room, and could be heard even in the shower with the door closed. I love the Hilton Chain, but this was my first time feeling like my room wasn't properly clean. The staff at the front desk were good and even allowed us to stay in the room much later for an extra fee. Housekeeping was suspect. We were very impressed with this property for a casual stay. It has all the amenities a business or leisure traveler needs. As noted by others, the beds are very hard. They have some sort of purported adjustment valve, but it didn't seem to do anything.

I travel a lot for work and I try to stay at HGI properties when I can. The Lynchburg HGI is a nice property. Rooms are clean , good A/C nice front desk staff. The restaurant is pretty good. Chicken, burgers, steak and flatbread are cooked to order. Plus a full bar

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is located close to many shopping areas and restaurants; however, you need to drive to most of them. If you like to walk or run from hotel, I would not recommend. There are no sidewalks from the hotel to the local restaurants. Ward road is very busy and not very safe to walk or run along. You can walk through the local business parking lots along the hotel side of the road.

Elevator broke down. Had to walk 8 flights of steps which made my chest hurt. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold until the next morning. Two jets didn't work in the tub and the lady at front desk was rude.

I chose to stay here after visiting Hilton's website. The rate was on special which made the decision easy. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and thanked me for being a Hilton Honors member. The room was very clean and spacious - the only thing missing was a mini-fridge. The restaurant staff was very helpful upon my departure and I'd gladly stay here again.

My overal stay was very nice until the very end. All I ask, if checkout is @ noon, please don't start cleaning the room for the next guest until noon without knowing 100% if the previous guest has left the premises. If you're not sure if a guest has left the premises before noon, give that guest the same common courtesy you would expect from that guest if that guest wanted a later check out time. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Hilton Garden Hotel. The morning after arrival the front desk phoned twice waking me up both times, and hanging up after only 2 rings and according to the front desk that's the number it's set to so if you aren't standing on the phone waiting for it to ring by the time you pick it up on the 3rd ring it's too late. Bed adjustment on the bed in our room would not work properly making the bed stay in its most firm setting. I needed a softer/plush bed for my lower back issues and bed rible to sleep on due to the fact of it not being able to change comfort settings. Due to late arrival and lack of time available we had to make due with what we had as we had to leave very early in the monring. Hotel was great but bed left me with terrible backache..

Overall it was a fine hotel. There was alot of construction going on around the hotel and parking was extremely difficult. The staff was friendly but did not go out of the way at all. We had to ask a lot of questions, such as is breakfast included, internet access, how to get to the room, etc. as no information was freely given upon our check in. We stopped here passing through on our way home from vacation. I'm a Hilton guy and I usually stay in Hampton Inns. But there was a deal with this so we thought it might be a step up. The rooms and whole place was very clean. The rooms were comfortable though a tad smaller than I expected. We had vouchers for breakfast (normally $10.95?) as part of our deal. The food was good with omelets made to order. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall-recommended.

This is the third time that we have stayed here - our son is a sophomore at Liberty University. This hotel is an excellent choice when staying in Lynchburg - very close to campus and local dining. We would not select anyplace else in the area.

The Desk staff and Manager were especially helpful with a future event to be held at this hotel as well as accommodating us with a reasonable price for this stay. It allowed us to cancel a reservation with a Holiday Inn brand that we made earlier. I think the desk person was Melena. She was very personable and cared about her customers.

I've stayed at this hotel a minimum of 70 nights over the past 14 years and can honestly say 95% of those stays were fantastic...this visit was very different. Stayed over Labor Day weekend while visiting family in the area. The place was packed which is a great thing! The issue was with the front desk staff and maintenance guy. A very nice property and highly recommend it for a stay in Lynchburg. I had checked in on-line so a quick couple of minutes at the desk to get keys and onto the room. Went for a week enjoy it thoroughly. The value is is worth the money and the service is excellent. Each person you meet is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and that saying alot because I'm very picky. Actually I only stay at HGIs because of there standard of cleanliness.

We stayed here for a Liberty football game. The staff was very friendly even though they were stressed somewhat because the visiting football team stayed late and caused many rooms to not be ready until after 6pm. The lobby area was nice, the room was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. We walked to the stadium in about 20 minutes. Overall, we had a great experience here.

NO remote and NO response to fix the issue regarding the TV. Poor drainage on shower standing in water. NO follow up or compensation from staff or management. Rather indifferent about the issue. I frequently stay at Hilton properties and this is NOT what I expect from the facilities and staff at one of their properties.

The cleanliness of this hotel was far below the Hilton standard. A large Stain on a bedside bench, stain on the mattress and dirt in jets of the jacuzzi tub. I would not recommend this property to others. There are many other hotels in the area that are better.

Check in was welcoming and informative after a long day. Lobby is clean and well appointed. Room was clean and comfortable though shower curtain needs a good bleaching. Location is fine but will need to drive to more downtown areas. Breakfast was very good and economical. That said it was a bit confusing and could be better organized or staffed. Table next to me became a holding spot for dirty dishes. Would certainly stay again.

I have stayed at this Hotel at least 5 plus times and was a guest the year it opened. It appears to not have been updated since opening and that is a shame. The location is great but the mattresses needed replacing, the internet does not exist, the Ethernet connection was outdated for any modern computer and the air conditioning was incredibly loud and cycled often. The Hotel seemed understaffed. At $205 per night, you can do better.

This hotel charges extra for breakfast but does a very good hearty breakfast which is nice. The pool is small and they do have a nice size hot tub; however, jets do not work and one was very sharp. Hilton Garden Inn is my preferred hotel to stay where ever in US I go when I am on business. Lynchburg does have one of the finer quality hotel than what I am used too. However, they do not have an elliptical at their gym. The food is a bit more expensive than other metro areas. Not sure why that it is like this. However, the quality of stay is great.

Checkin was timely and easy. Staff was friendly. When I called for more washcloths, the lady that delivered them was friendly and offered to take away any used linens. The checkout was very timely and the hallway was quite during the night. The main and only problem was the beds. My room was clean and comfortable but the people are what made our stay so wonderful. My daughter forgot an item in her room when she checked out and the front desk contacted me before she even remembered. Every time we went out we saw smiling faces and helpful people. We stayed one night while traveling from Va to NC. The hotel is new or close to it in appearance. Everything was clean and worked. No signs of wear on the hallway carpet and all fixtures sparkled. The beds are very soft and have a pillow top. Towels are clean and very soft. I was impressed. There is a railroad track right behind the hotel. I stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending a work conference. You are supposed to be able to adjust the firmnes of the beds, but both beds in my room were hard as bricks even on the softness setting. It was uncomfortable and left my back extremely sore. Usually Hilton hotels have good accommodations, so this was quite disappointing.

The overall stay was fine. We always find Hilton beds comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast experience was sadly lacking. Out of everything hot and when they do bring more it is quickly gone after about ten people. Need to have larger holding trays and make more at once.

I would give the staff regarding resolution to a customer service concern a rating of excellent. They turned my experience around and made my trip pleasant and favorable. The staff was receptive and approachable and willing to see how they could assist you.

No complaints or concerns.. staff was friendly and helpful... i only stayed 1 night... so I didn't really use or check out any of the hotels ammenties... I needed need, but I'd recommend this HGI, it's nice :)
