Not a great location and really expensive for what it is. I am for the Inauguration and I was surprised by the poor service and lack of attention. The Manager at the Reception gave me a serious attitude when I asked for access to the Executive Floor which I typically always receive. The restaurant food was decent for the price, I liked their onion soup and wedge salad but the service was really slow. Will not come back for another stay.

We stayed at this hotel over New Years eve and would highly recommend it based on elegance, location and friendliness of the staff. We were greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist, which is alway welcomed when first arriving to any hotel. The room was nicely appointed, but did not keep up with the elegance of the lobby and public areas. We found the room to be slightly plain and lacking storage space for the two of us, staying over a weekend. The room could definitely do with... Read more

I'm a Marriott fan, and have not stayed at a property that wasn't fantastic. This property is lovely, but my hotel room was a little disappointing, with the exception of the huge flat screen TV in the room. The hotel room missed the details. I stayed on the 16 floor concierge level. I noticed the room was designed ackward. The TV was positioned to the left of the bed, so you were required to either lay on your side or sit on the side of the bed to watch TV. There was a small couch in the r... Read more

Stayed here since it was in walking distance to a work-related function that I had. I wasn't really surprised as I haven't had great experiences with Marriott's in the past. The room seemed cramped and the separation of the toilet and tub from the bathroom sink seemed odd. There was a dead bug in the room and not enough toiletries on the sink. When we asked the front desk for silverware, we were told to go to the bar. When we went to the bar, we were told by the bartender that they don't give an... Read more

The stay was very nice, and aided in no small part due to the staff, whether at the front desk, housekeeping, and the concierge lounge. I stayed in one of the corner rooms which had a balcony, which I didn't use due to the cold temperatures. But the room is spacious, and the decor is up to date and stylish. The bedding was very comfortable and contributed to restful sleep. The hotel rooms seem to be well insulated as it felt quiet when I was there. The abundance of USB ports both desks and ... Read more

I stayed at this hotel before. But this time, we booked a room for a good rate due to my husband's holiday party being held at this hotel. The room we had was a nice size for the two of us. The front desk service was great. We didn't really need anything during our one-night stay but it was good overall.

Another successful D.C. weekend. I chose this location for travel reasons. normally I fly in for this event from BOS but since I was driving this time around staying closer to the airport was a no brainer. That being said. This location is very peaceful nestled in an office park right off the interchange where I495, Route 50 and Route 66 all connect. Free parking inside or out. Very clean, modern property. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and friendly. They do provide a fre... Read more

Second stay in this property. We got a great rate on the Marriott website. Quick check in and headed for our room which was very nice. Good size room and bathroom with good counter space. Room had a fridge and safe which was a bonus. Comfortable bed too and quiet. No restaurants around the hotel so ordered dinner at the bar. Sandwiches were ok but the menu in the room stated that it came with a pickle and chips but they actually came with fries which looked like they had been sitting around for ... Read more

This Marriott should be listed as a 5 star hotel. The hotel is spotless, the staff is very friendly, the food for lunch and dinner is not like your typical hotel food, it's actually very enjoyable moderately priced and the staff in the restaurant is top notch. The hotel room is your standard Marriott room, comfortable beds, very clean, and a nice size. My only complaint with the hotel is the breakfast buffet is absolutely inedible, one more the only thing I ate was fruit because the eggs wer... Read more
