I have stayed at several different Hilton Brand hotels and this by far was the worst. I arrived to this hotel on a Friday evening. My stay was for 5 nights. On night one I spent a hour looking for the remote which was behind the nightstand. I also informed the guest service representative that the refrigerator wasn't in proper working condition. Location is perfect ro everything, fun, shopping and eats. Staff was very hospitable. Breakfast was scrumptious. King Suites was gorgeous and spacious. Pillows wasn't to my liking, so if you go and want a firm, plushed pillow, bring your own. I didn't get in the pool but the indoor pool is a nice size and the hot tub looked real cozy. If you are looking for a piece of heaven, stay here! It's worth the price. And besides, we all need to splurge every once in a while.

The rooms were very clean and my stay was peaceful. The pool and hot tub were both in good condition. The location was perfect and there are many things to do in the surrounding area. Complimentary breakfast was not very good.

Ok first let me say this was a very emotional trip but the front desk staff-Sotaria (evening staff) and Shannon (morning & afternoon staff) are great. I'll explain shortly. The staff is always nice and friendly. Great complimentary breakfast. The location is great as well. Room was clean with lots of towels. We only had decaf coffee in the room, so had to go downstairs to get regular coffee first thing in the morning.

The lobby and pool have been updated, but the rooms are very shabby and the beds are old and uncomfortable. The breakfasts are sort of OK, although the eggs taste powdered and the fruit is now highly processed fruit cups.

I walked into a awesome room. It was clean as can be. My nights felt so good on their beds. Every morning the staff would say good morning. If I needed anything they would stop what they were doing and accommodate me right away. They always say thank you and have smiles on their faces. The breakfast variety is vast. I could not resist the fresh waffles. I have stayed at many hotels and this one is top notch.

I made my reservation a few weeks ago, they were based on a visit to the eastern shore of Maryland to visit friends. We called our friends and they were in the Midwest, expecting us the following week. No problem, we'll just call e Hampton before 6 pm and cancel our reservation. But NO!!!!!!! they have families living in the hotel like their home. and they put families that would like to get rest on the same floor. But if I ever have to stay in Hampton inn ever again it wont be their. Having a fight from teenagers in the hallway at 4am and then the police showing up is just terrible.

The staff are rude and unprofessional. The staff/manager smoked in the front of the hotel in the main entry way when this is primarily a smoke free establishment. The cleanliness of the hotel is less than to be desired, and the accommodations are not like other Hilton Hotels. This is a sub-par hotel and needs new management and staff. As a Hilton Honors Member, I was not greeted as such. This location is not one of the nicer Hilton chains.

Walls did not supress music from the adjacent room which kept my family awake throughout the night. The hotel staff member did not resolve the issue after being notified. Additionally, I asked for a roll-away bed and informed extra beds were available. However, the front desk clerk stated she was the only person their and could not leave the desk to retrieve the bed. No additional staff members were onsite to assist.

Within a few minutes of a lot of restaurants and mall. Close to highway (that was our view from the window but no noise could be heard.) Breakfast was great and staff was nice! We stayed one night - internet was good and there was an indoor pool!

Upon arrival we were given a room with a non functioning toilet, after less than 30 minutes with no maintenance we were moved to another room and upgraded to a suite. It's great when staff can be proactive!!! We were also allowed a late check in as the appointment we had in the area was at 1. Breakfast was ok, not fabulous but what you'd expect for free breakfast.

Stayed two nights while playing in golf tournaments in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. Rooms are fresh and clean. Well furnished although TV is way off in a corner and too distant. Also TV is too small for the room. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Complimentary breakfast was good with some variety. Hotel conveniently located near restaurants a short drive away. Would return if in the area.

We stayed here when visiting the area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The parking lot has some great shady spots to park in when it is warm! We will definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, ours was a suite and was quite big, front desk was friendly and efficient. Complimentary breakfast had a vareity of items like eggs. , sausage, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and English muffins, it was clean and well attended too. The dining area was full of people and that was well maintained too.

Call a head to make sure your room will be ready, looks like the 3:00 pm check in is not true. If this happens to you the staff can't help. you in anyway, if its on the weekend the manager dosen't weekends!!!

I had a bug in my bed not sure what type of bug it was and front desk person had no idea either. But she was able move but not into the same accommodations that I already had. I was put into a king size bed with a pull out sofa which I had my mother with me so she slept on the bed I slept on the sofa. When I woke up my back was killing me and I had a crick in my neck.

This is an older style Hampton located minutes from the mall and right next to a Chuck E Cheese. Check in went well, room was okay, needs updates but it was clean. Breakfast was very good and had a good selection. Didn't use the pool but there is one. Laundry is on the second floor, very cheap laundry rate but the machines need updating. Very small gym on the second floor also. Wasn't anything superior but it was a pleasant stay and the staff does a good job including housekeeping.

We came to stay to visit family in the area - stayed for 6 days. Pros: Location - Located right off of I-664, close to the Chesapeake Square Mall. There are a lot of restaurants located close by. Pro: easy access to I664, diamond parking, friendly staff, who respond to issues well. Con: rooms are dated, pool was closed, small gym with broken dated machines and no sanitizer. No greeting as I am a diamond member. Very thin walls. Enjoyed the 5am trash truck making iOS early morning run... No need for an alarm clock. Stayed one night fortunately, as anymore than this would have resulted in madness.

We stayed here on our way to Avon, NC and love the location off the Interstate. The rooms are very clean, the bedding is great and the staff is better than friendly! We highly recommend this hotel. This was our 3rd time staying here and I will certainly stay here again.

When I called to let hotel know there were 3 handicapped people in my party they gave us a accessible room and at my request gave us a room right beside elevator which made it easy to go to breakfast and the pool. The vinyl arms of the desk chair had peeled away, the bathroom floor had loose creaky tiles with missing grout and the patch covering a two inch hole in the wall was peeling off. Checking in online was extremely convenient.

The hotel gets the job done as a stopover on a road trip. The lobby is new but everything else about the building is dated, or at least showing its age. Though completely clean, some wallpaper was peeling and a tile in the bathroom was loose. Breakfast wasn't great, they had no meat. The price was right, and it was clean and comfy, but other places would be better for more than a one night stay.

All weekend we were all going in different directions, meeting in elevators, at breakfast, even in the parking lot, but never had any problems getting there... A consistently lovely stay. This property was no less delightful than any and all of the other Hampton Inn properties we've enjoyed through the years. The room is spacious and comfy, with nice little touches throughout. There was even an exercise room on our floor! The breakfast offering was tasty! And the staff efficient, friendly and kind.

Floor in the room was sticky. Bed cover was gray and dirty. Shower floor needed to be sprayed with bleach before my wife would take a shower in it!! Four star rate? No. I would give it a two star. Hampton Inn's have disappointed us at least 50% of the time we have stayed in them. We have lost confidence in them.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Although the room was spacious, the coverlet was dingy, the rug was sticky and there was mold/mildew in the shower. We went to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to clean the shower and it was cleaner when we left. This is our third and last stay at this Hampton. We should have learned from last year's experience but the location is convenient. The check-in desk person seemed completely disengaged, the coverlet on our bed was dingy and the room overall seemed a little dirty. The area is becoming rather sketchy, which isn't the hotel's fault, but we have decided to stay elsewhere next year. I do want to note though, that the breakfast attendant was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a business trip to the Suffolk, VA area. My first choice (by location) was booked and the Hampton Inn was the only hotel available. It was a lucky find. Only a few more minutes up the road from my original choice, the impact on getting to the conference was minimal. The hotel was clean and quite. The staff well trained and friendly and the location was close to some dinning options. I had a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

Very nice big room with a great desk for work. Trash was left in my wastebasket - which is gross. Otherwise fine. Nice couch and sitting chair in the room. Coffee in room was nice. A small kitchen area made the room very comfortable. Room ion 5th floor was very quiet. Breakfast was free and adequate.

We usually always stay with Hampton Inn when we travel. We just spent 3 nights on the road and loved each hotel. The staff is always so courteous and helpful, the rooms are so clean and the beds are amazing. We did use the pool, which was wonderful to have onsite after travelling all day. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast at each hotel, each one offered a lot of the same items, but a great variety to choose from.

We stayed here for two nights and had three rooms with family as we were all there for a family funeral. The staff were all very nice and friendly, from the front desk to the housekeepers. Stayed here for one night. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was on third floor in the front on the hotel. Didn't have any problem with traffic noise. Room was clean and wifi worked fine. Breakfast was good.

I was able to book a room here through Expedia with a very reasonable price for the weekend. The room was pretty spacious with a King Size bed. I have a few quibbles with the room as it was very large, however, the tv was so far away and was small relative to the distance and size of the room. Nice hotel and very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. They even baked cookies and had them setting out in the afternoon. When we got back late a few nights there were no cookies left so the front desk person actually set back a few for us the next night so we could have some when we returned.

The manager checked daily to make sure our expectations actions were met during the daily breakfast. Daily breakfast very convenient. There were three people in our room and there was plenty of room. We decided to stop early during our southward bound trip to Florida. We were delighted with the price, friendly staff. cleanliness and the awesome breakfast. We weren't sure of a good parking spot for our car plus trailer, so we called ahead. The hotel desk receptionist went outside to check that there would be a space to accommodate us.

This was our first stay in a Hampton Inn. Our room was on the 5th floor. The room was very clean and roomy. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was good and hot. Only disappointment was the hot tub was down, but the pool was nice.

The hotel lobby is clean and nice looking but when you step into the room it takes you back to the mid-90s. I had to pull up to get into my room and the "fitness" center is small, the machines work poorly and doesn't offer a good overall expetience.

We opted to stay at Hampton Inn and Suites while visiting with family. We were drawn to the location of the hotel and the close proximity to shopping and restaurant. There was a Chuck E Cheese right behind the hotel that our kids spotted upon arrival. The staff upon arrival and during the day/night were phenomenal. I stayed at the Hampton Inn for 3 weeks for out of town work. My experience was awesome. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful!! I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in this area in the future.

I liked the location of this hotel being close to the mall, restaurants and interstate. The staff was friendly and my room was clean! Breakfast was good and I like the fresh cut fruits. The room was large and spacious with real tall ceiling. I was able to relax in the hot tub and I appreciate the free and fast internet. I appreciate the fact that there were breakfast bags to go as well. Great brand!
