My husband and I decided to stop and stay in bristol on our way back from Washington DC to memphis and I'm so glad we did! It was one of my favorite hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious, the beds were nice and comfy, and the bathroom was big and shower was good. All the things I look for in a hotel room! Loved the kurig and fridge too! Def will be staying here again in the future!

Great hotel with awesome amenities. The pool was clean and our kids enjoyed it. The staff was courteous and answered all questions that we had and made our experience enjoyable. I will definitely be staying here again, you should too!

The service was outstanding. Rooms had very fluffy sheets and the rooms very clean and I loved coffee pot. Everyone there had a big smile, made you feel welcome and at home. They came around during meals to make sure you you stay was injoyable. Will be back. You might think about offering the continental breakfast as part of the room rate. Christmas decorations were wonderful as well!

We had to take an additional day traveling with 2 infants & we had a really good stay. The bar/restaurant was very good, the bar tender Jason C was super with our children & went out of his way to keep them & us entertained. We would definitely recommend

We came to stay in late November, and as anyone knows, November is the month that champions are made. Many contenders, but only one champion...and that champion was the Hilton Garden Inn Bristol for me and my family. Overall just a solid experience from start to finish. Price was reasonable, rooms were exactly as advertised (no trick plays, no switch-and-bait that I see other hotels have done). Just straight-ahead grinding it out with great management service, customer control skills. Three-yar... Read more

The staff was very accommodating and friendly The location was a very short walk through the parking lot to the Parkway, the main street through town. We had a quiet and restful stay as well as their breakfast was excellent. The internet was troublesome but the staff told us to buy their daily internet package and they removed it from our bill at check out. Over all is was more expensive that most of the other lodging but it was worth the extra cost.

I found this hotel on line while traveling from Virginia to Tennessee. The room was nice but the drapes don't close so I did not sleep well as the light shown in all night. I would stay there again if the drapes closed

What a wonderful place to relax! We were tired from the road and were delighted to find this great hotel The d├ęcor is very attractive. It is conveniently located right near the interstate but is nonetheless quiet and elegant in the rooms.
