This Hilton property is managed by a great staff professionals who takes pleasure in serving their customer. I have been staying in this property for more than a year now and I always felt at home. The way the management and the staff take effort in every simple task that will make a big difference to the customers is simply phenomenal. Since we pay and is not free, we ask for better service, no hiding prices, change of employees attitude, better parking spaces. Guests do not suppose to have surprises after the hotel made the charge. Parking suppose to be available at no cost, or available at any designated palce on the streets.

The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and serviced every day without interruption to our family. Geographically, the location was good. About 10 to 15 minutes from DC. Local restaurants were great right across the street. Local shopping was nice. Parking was convenient. Disappointed there was no swimming pool and that we had to pay to park at the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and a convenient walk to the Crystal City Metro and restaurants. Very short shuttle ride to Reagan National. Only catch is you have to call the hotel or desk to arrange a shuttle ride. They don't have regularly scheduled shuttles like the Hyatt does. Really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and pillows. The executive lounge is reserved for certain HHonors members but they may grant access upon request. The service in the lounge is excellent and the breakfast and happy hour f... Read more

We were close to airport and many tourist attractions were easily accessible by taxi or Metro. Staff at this hotel is excellent. This is a busy busy hotel with lots of activities. Not a place for a quiet stay if that's what you're looking for.

Staff was great, location great, but the rooms are old, beat-up and shabby. Not worth the price. The place needs to be flipped. Ceilings had visible evidence of water leaks, popcorn ceilings that had been poorly patched and then furniture was old and beat-up.

This hotel is located near everything. The neighborhood is walkable and you can access restaurants and shopping. The metro is very close as well as the bike share program. The staff is friendly and professional. The beds (queen sized) and pillows are soft and comfy. The bathrooms are small but the shower is hot and has very good water pressure. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff, they were beyond amazing and helpful. My room was clean and beautiful. I used uber for my trips over the bridge to D.C and they were super short and cheap. I recommend using uber pool for regular transportation, it's a great alternative to the metro and super cheap. Overall it was a great stay!

Convienent to DC and the Metro. Ideally located by the airport without the airport noise. Hotel is close to a strip of restaurant, expect to walk though. Take the metro by walking through Crystal City versus walking through the streets.

Had an excellent stay for a work trip the middle of June. Staff was pleasant and the hotel amenities were nice. Enjoyed its location and surrounding restaurants. Easy metro to DC and hotel does a free shuttle to DCA. Only downside. The marketplace cafe is overpriced and the staff are not real experienced as coffee baristas. Go to Starbucks around the corner.

There are insights gained when one stays at the same hotel over years. In my case since 1975. This hotel is well maintained & its staff at all levels is remarkable. They really care about their guests. In many ways staying at the Hilton Crystal City year after year is like coming home to a familiar caring staff in well maintainedfacility & also with the peace of mind of knowing that you're staying in a safe comfortable place. From my standpoint, it doesn't get better than this!

I normally stay at the Hyatt down the street. Compared to the Hyatt, this Hilton was just below. Hallways were very humid. Potato wedges, from dining area, were too hard. Refrigerator in the room was a joke sizewise and barely big enough to put sodas in it.

I have stayed here before and genuinely like the room, the service and the fitness center. I was fortunate on this visit because it was the manager's reception night. My checkin experience was not good. The staff clearly had a computer problem and completely ignored the fact there were guests to attend too. I stood in what appeared to be the Honors line and completely blanked by the staff. They made no attempt to inform guests as to what was going on and when they finally returned to their duties there was no apology for the wait, pushing 15 minutes! Our organization hosted a week-long event at the Crystal City Hilton. We have never had a better experience. The staff stood out to us; they were gracious, unobtrusive, friendly, and endlessly helpful. We had a trainer who was ill and they offered to bring medication, heated up soup for her, and brought lunches for our team members who were too busy to eat during the group lunch time. We have never been treated so well.

Many of these large chains have frequent stay programs and the advantage of that is you can tell them how you like things - like a high floor, away from the elevator and a room with one bed - unfortunately I got none of those things here.
