Great suite! Delicious breakfast! The made to order breakfast was amazing. The staff was very helpful. Our room was perfect except the AC didn't seem to get cold enough for what we were use to. Overall I would stay here again

The 1 bedroom suite separated by a door from desk, tv, sleeper sofa and wet bar areas are well maintained as my husband and I have come to expect at Embassy suites. The hot and cold breakfast selections topped with a chef's made to order eggs or omelette are the best addition for the price. The staff is very attentive and nice. We were able to communicate with the front desk via text massage. This came in very handy when we discovered the mattress in the sleeper sofa was bent and not comfort... Read more

The Embassy Suites has a lot going for it - nice two-room suites, the evening drinks reception, plenty of parking ($30 a day), and a nice pool. The location is pretty good too - easy to get to from Dulles or National airports, close to the metro and downtown Washington. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast was great.

Many, many things to like about this hotel. Great location near the metro and a short walk to other restaurants. Donâ??t want to walk? The hotel offers a free â??on-demandâ?? shuttle to area restaurants and, with a phone call, will pick you up when you are done. They will also run you to local shopping malls and the nearby Metro stop for free. The complementary airport shuttle runs twice every hour â?? itâ??s about 10-15 minutes to the terminal. These services are just great -- giving you free a... Read more

The staff were super friendly from beginning to end. The rooms are super clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good, so it's nice that it was included. When we were leaving the person at the front desk gave my toddler a goody bag which was really cool--totally made her day and topped off an already great stay. I will definitely return.

Best part of the hotel is the proximity to the Reagan Airport in Washington DC. Other than that, it is like other Embassy Suites in that the rooms surround a large open area up from which the noise from the ground floor floats. You can hear it in the front room but the bedroom always is secluded and soundproof from the crowd noise. The quality of the service was exemplary and the restaurant food was of good quality and affordably priced.

The staff's attention to detail and focus on customer service is exemplary. The location is convenient to airport and metro with plenty of quality dining options in the area. The only negative is the size of the gym - it is TINY. Even at 530am there was a 20+ minute wait for a cardio machine and barely enough room for the scant free weights on the rack.

Like all Embassy Suites, the room is spacious and comfortable. This building is old and needs a little touch up. The bathroom fixtures were old and the shower head not adjustable. Water pressure was low. The only true negative was the breakfast. Breakfast staff was subpar for an Embassy Suites. Omelet was a scrambled egg with veggies mixed in. Cook didn't know what she was doing. Staff supervisors lorded over the other staff in a way that put them all off their game.

We've stayed at many hotels and decided to try Embassy Suites. Not at all what I expected. The hotel does not have a smoking area for smokers away from the front door which is offensive to nonsmokers and children. We had to walk through a fog of smoke to get into the hotel. We enjoyed staying eight nights at the Crystal City Embassy Suites. We considered saving $300 for the week by staying at the Georgetown Embassy Suites, but decided that the convenience of the airport shuttle and the shuttle to the metro were worth the extra price. The front of house team at this hotel is OUTSTANDING. I absolutely love the text communication. Used online check in and room selection. Received a different room but the front desk made it right in minutes. Was on the premium floor, well worth it, snack machine was continually stocked and restocked. I will say the pool is way to small for an Embassy Suites full of families. Being an indoor pool makes the cholrine smell overwhelmingly strong.

This is an eleven story hotel with an open interior court. Four elevators but one is only used for the underground garage. $30 self parking in my opinion is ridiculous but I am not sure what other options are available. Very old and poor quality rooms for the amount of money spent on this hotel. Suites overall could use some major upgrading, particularly the bedroom. I was not comfortable with even taking my shoes off. Room smelled terrible and was not fresh upon arrival so I ended up being switched to a room that was nearly the exact same on the "premium" floor. Upon first glance, I thought this was going to be a typical hotel visit and to some reading this...you may say it was a typical visit. First off...Ari was the most amazing person we met. Her willingness to do what was not asked of her blew us out of the water. She was 10 steps ahead, making sure all our needs were met. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Then there was Sophi...i swear she knew everyone. Made us feel at home as well. To sum it up...the entire staff was great, but those 2 l... Read more

The Embassy Suites in Crystal City is a full-service hotel, located in the Crystal City section of Arlington, Virginia. It's usually frequented by families with LOTS of children because, let's admit it, it is a great bargain. We have stayed at this property before and I didn't expect the hotel to be full because of the holiday, but it was. The room was adequate, but will soon be in need of an update - maybe in the off season, whenever that is. Maintenance is lacking - there were a few lig... Read more

Spent the weekend with the family and we had an average stay. Location is convenient, walking distance to the Pentagon Malls and Metro Stations. The hotel itself looks modern, breakfast was great, and having drinks on the house in the evening is a nice plus even with the bird flying around inside. Was very pleased with our stay. The hotel is so convenient whether you want to walk or take advantage of the shuttles....close to Metro, Mall, etc. The accommodations and breakfast are wonderful and work great for our family of 5!

I routinely stay at this hotel when visiting DC. It has all the amenities you would expect at an Embassy Suites: beautiful atrium, friendly and helpful staff, cook to order breakfasts, and a nice happy hour to relax after walking the national mall. Parking is underground, secure and convenient. The hotel is only a few blocks from both the Pentagon City Metro stop and the PC mall. If you are visiting or have business at the Pentagon, you can simply walk there easily. I travel a good deal, a... Read more

The rooms with 2 double beds are advertised as 'handicap accessible'. My son is in a wheel chair and we require that all facilities be accessible for him. The door to the bathroom was not wide enough for his standard size manual wheel chair. We had to be switched to a room with King bed and get a roll away bed. Not ideal for us, but we made it work. Hotel comp'd my parking for their error. That said, this hotel serves the BEST breakfast I have ever had from a hotel. It was a legitimate br... Read more

I booked two rooms here for our family over Thanksgiving. We stayed for four nights and were very happy with the rooms, service and complimentary breakfast. Hotel is very convenient to the metro and Washington DC.
