We took a short Spring Break/Easter trip to DC. We were lucky enough to time it right as the Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom. We normally stay downtown but the price of hotels were ridiculous so I checked out Arlington. The reviews were good for this hotel and I do have to agree. Upon check-in the staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The pool/patio area needed updated/cleaned but that was the only eye sore. The lifeguard wasn't very friendly but we let our kids swim and kept to our... Read more

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting the sights of DC and Arlington. It was close to public transport, restaurants and was a safe and pretty area to stay. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. They offer a free shuttle to any where within a mile. Limited menu but fine for breakfast.

Our room was a standard room, king bed, sofa, and was quite spacious. Walking distance to two metro stops and numerous great restaurants. We were able to walk to some of the sites in the area as well. There is a little restaurant in the lobby which allowed us to grab a quite bite to eat before heading out for the day, at a very reasonable price. The location is great and the staff were all very friendly.

My company HQ is located in Arlington (Rosslyn). I usually stay at the Hyatt but it was sold out so I tried the Courtyard, which is a 3 minute walk to my office. The rate was expensive for the this type of property. Check in was smooth. Room was ok, a little dated. AC functions but is loud when cycling on. The rooms really need a refresh at this point. Bought a light snack downstairs in the evening and breakfast options were basic. Wifi didn't work right away but figured it out. Front desk charg... Read more

This hotel has a good location, it is a 3 stat hotel, so don't expect a lot, but the most important thing is that this hotel is very clean, great service, and wonderful location. It has a swimming pool and a hut tub. the parking is $15 per day which is good compering to the area. Over all I enjoyed my time in this hotel.

First off, we accidentally booked the Residence Inn down the street for our family thinking it had a pool. After realizing it did not my wife called this Courtyard, and without mentioning we were Platinum members, Zack at the front desk welcomed us to their hotel to use the pool for our excited young boys on a rainy day. He could have easily said we are full and declined. When we came up he walked my kids to the pool and told us to have a great time. I'd recommend this hotel, as it's a standard ... Read more

Located close to the Rosslyn sub-way station, this place is just a ride away from important landmarks in Washington DC including the White House and other historic places. The vicinity has a few restaurants and convenience stores too. The Front desk staff and the pool lifeguard were exceptional in service and proactive. Very impressed.

Great hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The staff is great! They answered all of our many questions. They were VERY nice and accommodating. We loved the hotel shuttle. They dropped us off and picked us up at the Metro station. The pick up was very welcomed after a full day of walking around the museums and monuments. I would recommend this hotel for families wanting a safe and quiet place to stay.

My visit was great! Zack and Erika at the front desk made sure my party was informed and comfortable when we checked in they were great. There are several eatery's near and the hotel has a shuttle to them. Also the Metro is a block away, there is a small Target around the corner. We ate somewhere different every night. I just wished they had a game room for the kids.

This hotel is very nice and super clean. The airy lobby had various areas to gather with good noise control. Zak at the front desk acknowledged us the moment we arrived. He was extremely professional and helpful. There was good security for parking and parking access. The bed was super comfortable and the draperies blocked out light completely. All was quiet in the hall and outside and we had a great night's sleep. The location was very good and easy to find with many businesses nearby.

I have stayed at different Marriott properties but I had the worst experience at this particular hotel, with both room cleanliness and staff services.  The night I checked in,  I found 5-6 ants on the bathroom floor.  It was already 11pm and I was tired after a long day of traveling, especially I had to get ready for the conference in the morning, so I took care of them and hoped it was only a coincidence.  The next night when I returned to the room, there were ants in the bathroom again.  ... This hotel has an excellent location in the Rosslyn area, with the lots of shopping, food and the Metro station within walking distance. The location and the very friendly front desk staff are what made my stay a good one. The building itself seems pretty dated and could use some attention. I got a great deal through a third-party site, but I think if I had paid full price I would have been disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rosslyn Metro, a quick walk to Georgetown, and within walking distance to fun Arlington neighborhoods like Clarendon and Ballston. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decent sized with Paul Mitchell toiletries. It wasn't a fancy hotel, but I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place for business travelers. For families, there is a pool and lots of green space nearby. ... Read more

As a seasoned traveler, I've learned to generally avoid this brand. They nickel and dime a guest in every conceivable way. Their employees are generally rude. But we were stranded by the airline and they housed us here and we were armed with coupons to cover breakfast. And my gold status at Marriott got us free WIFI. Room was a bit tired (like the hotel) but OK. Got a good night's sleep. Breakfast staff was fun and nice. I should have mentioned late night check-in which was fine. Great clerk... Read more

Right off the bat I will admit - I am a typically a Hilton guest but this was a family reunion of sorts, so I had no choice. I am not a fan of Courtyards, in general. This was no exception. The room was VERY basic (10th floor). Two queens. Separate vanity / fridge area was very small. Not really much to say. It was a very basic room. No balcony (which was disappointing as we were with guests who were on the 2nd and 4th floors - all with balconies) I have 2 very big complaints.First - for the l... Read more

The front desk upon checkin was decently friendly but could have more of a smile on there face. Thought it was kind of weird they didn't confirm rate or require signature upon checkin. We tried this location as we needed to be near Georgetown U for one night. It was a bit disappointing due to noise of other guests on our floor. Great location-Only 7 minute walk to Rosslyn station metro lines into DC. Loved the underground garage for our car as it wasn't crowded and at $16 per day very reasonable. This hotel is easily accessible by metro as well as by car. Closely located to the White House and the Washington Mall. The rooms are clean and facilities includes indoor pool, exercise room and free wi-fi. It could be even better if it had free breakfast and free parking. Another downside is that it does not have shuttle service to Reagan National Airport which many of the hotels in the vicinity do offer. The shuttle only goes to the Rosslyn metro station which is only a few minutes by walking.

They acted like they really didn't want to be there and that guests were an annoyance. The rooms were clean and the furnishings were of OK quality.
