The hotel is conveniently located off the main road heading into Burlington, just across the street from Magic Hat brewery. There is a great view of Lake Champlain from the parking lot. The room was enormous and clean. Jason at the front desk was great and helped us out with extra shampoo and towels. The complementary breakfast was fresh and extensive (eggs, bacon, yogurt, granola, waffles, coffee, juice, tea, fruit, bread and cereals). I wish we had stayed longer!

Above average for a budget chain. Extremely comfortable bed and comforter (which was important since the heat did not work well). Rooms were spacious, but could have been maintained better. Full breakfast was typically meh but great for kids. Location in So. Burlington gives easy access to Shelburne; shirt hop in interstate to UVM. Price/value was very good.

I recently spent the night in this hotel. It was very enjoyable. The room was extremely large and very clean. The staff was very kind. The only reason the hotel gets 3 stars is the furnishings and curtains are fairly out of date. But, it was well worth the money paid.

Great location, everything is close, staff is great and place is spotless, would definitely stay here again, well worth the money, scenery is beautiful in the area, only thing I would do different is come up here a little later when all the ferries are open

Room was very spacious, clean . comfortable and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of selections for all. Walking distance to many restaurants and Magic Hat brewery. Great place to stay!

I never tend to sleep well in hotel beds. However, the bed and pillows at this hotel were wonderful and I ended up having a most restful night! The room air conditioning system was also consistent and quiet...not the annoyingly loud, humming noises that turns on/off throughout the night like many other hotels. The room was spacious and clean. All in all, one of the better places we have stayed while visiting Burlington.(And I will be looking online to purchase those pillows for my home.... tha... Read more

The hotel is fine and we would probably stay again if we needed to. Room was large and clean, bedding fresh and bathroom was sufficient. May have given four stars if the noise of a late night party didn't disrupt much of the night. We had to make two calls to front desk between 1 and 2 am and we know others on our floor were unhappy too. Breakfast was ok.

I stayed here Friday night unfortunately my reservations were for next month. The young woman at the reception desk was very helpful even with a line of people trying to check in. She got us into a king suite that was great. There are 3 sinks and basically 2 rooms. A sitting room and a bedroom all at a very good rate.

Ours was a clean, comfortable, spacious suite for the price of a "room". My wife's back wasn't hurt by a strange bed which made both of us happy. Plenty of pillows, nice view, helpful staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good, fresh ham. Yum.

We had a king size bed and a queen pull out for the three of us. Room was huge by hotel standards. Service was good. We did have to ask for bedding for the pull out but it came quickly. Parking was an issue. Lot was full when we arrived at 7pm but cleared out by morning. Good breakfast selections. Location is only a few miles to downtown.

This place was wonderful. We had a great view of Lake Champlain from our room. There was a wedding going on and it ended abruptly at 11:00pm. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a living room, pull out couch, refrigerator, and microwave. We had a giant jet tub and needed it after walking all day at Shelburne Farm.

Our room was huge with plenty of room to be comfortable. There was a full size table with fridge, a couch (pull out) and chair in addition to the two queen beds. Sink both in bathroom and outside of bathroom (and in 3rd by fridge and micro). For a family of 5 this room was perfect and at a great price. The hotel has no pool but you can use the one at the hotel next door that shares the parking lot (we went swimming at a beautiful beach on Lake Champlain!). The staff was helpful and friendly... We were looking for a place to stay while attending the Vermont Quilt Festival and Shelburne Museum. There were three of us sharing the suite. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and centrally located to both venues. The breakfast was adequate. The Internet signal in our room was poor, but not important to us, or I would have addressed it. I would definitely recommend these accommodations to anyone wanting a little bit more than a standard hotel room.

We stayed here 19 years ago after our wedding and decided to come back to where it all started for us on our annual trek home to Vermont. The kids couldn't believe that a 2 story hotel room even existed so they were especially psyched! Nice front desk staff, free breakfast every morning and their fridge is stocked with every Ben & Jerry's flavor you can imagine. I used the fitness facility and was pleased with the cardio equipment and weights available. There was plenty of free parking available... Read more

To find the hotel - the sign is out front but the hotel is set a ways back from the road - a bit tricky to find the first time. There is plenty of parking out front. The parking area is on a bit of a slant. If it is raining, there is no covered area for you to get your luggage out of the car without getting wet. Check in was quick. As there was room we were upgraded to a king suite rather than a queen for the same price. Thank you! The room upon entering smelled musty and not fresh ... Read more

We recently spent 4 nights here. At first I was nervous to discover our room was the first off the elevator, thinking it may be noisy... My concerns went away after the first night, it was very quiet, even on the weekend nights. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fridge, microwave, and keurig. Bathroom was clean and kept full of clean towels, and bed made daily. Parking was only an issue one evening when there was a function at the hotel, but otherwise there is ample parking. Being abl... I was really impressed with the level of service for this price point. Everyone was friendly. The hotel has nice, not fancy rooms. They are clean and the bathroom has plenty of space. Comfortable mattress. Great location in South Burlington with a view of the lake out the front door. I highly recommend it.

Comfy and clean (!) two-story room worked well for a family of 4. That said, there was a sky light over the loft bed (queen) and a huge second story window over the king bed on the lower level. This means you need a sleep mask or you're up with the sun. There's no way to block the light on the spotlight Windows. Also, the room had a weird smell. My husband said it smelled like a previously smoking room had been 'cleaned' but frankly it smelled like masked BO to me. Either way, it wasn't nice. T... Read more

This hotel is right off the main road and behind the Lakeview Restaurant. Rooms were HUGE. Clean and comfortable, if slightly dated. There was some mildew in the bathroom, but nothing horrendous. Staff was friendly. We didn't get a chance to try their breakfast, so can't speak to that.

Great staff. Upgraded me from a noisy room to a wonderfully quite king bed room. It was awesome. Love the Keurig and was extremely clean. Only issue was I was cold and because it was August, could not get any heat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to beautiful Burlington.

Rooms are incredibly large and clean. Cannot find a complaint about them. I had plenty of room to stretch out and have a few people over to hang out. The breakfast is pretty far below average. Milk was sour and when I informed front desk, I never saw anyone come to change it out. On the second day, I just took the milk carafe to the front desk and told them it was pretty rude to allow guests to drink sour milk. I would not recommend the breakfast bar at all. Stayed during a very busy weekend in Burlington, actually got this place a fair bit cheaper than the other hotels it shares a parking lot with. Nice clean, LARGE room with a king sized bed and foldout were perfect for my family. Breakfasts go fast (as they do in all area hotels). Located within a 7-10 dollar cab ride to the downtown.

Traveling up to Burlington for a concert, with no hotels available downtown. We came across this hotel about 4 miles south. Well it was a pleasant surprise to find this hotel spacious, clean, well appointed and the front desk staff very helpful. Our room was a suite of living area and bedroom with a large bathroom, just perfect for our overnight stay and even better for a longer one if required. Any further trips to this area will definitely bring this hotel onto the list of choices.

In January, we booked 2 rooms for a wedding we were attending this weekend (Sept 24). I called a few times to request early check in and was told that they could not guarantee it but since we had 2 rooms booked, at least one should be ready well before the 3pm check in time. We arrived at the hotel at around 1:30 and our rooms were not ready. Because we needed to dress for a wedding, I asked the front desk to please call my cell when one of our rooms became available. We arrived here at about 8.45pm to a very full car parking lot. Check-in was simple & friendly. When we put the card in the slot to light up the room we were amazed by the size of it! I guess the clue is in the title "Suites" but we really were not expecting what we got. We recently stayed here when visiting Vermont for a few days. The hotel is very convenient to area restaurants as well as the major roads and interstates. We were impressed by how big the room was although I was disappointed that the room type I had reserved was on the second floor (prefer higher) and due to the design of the hotel it was at street level facing the parking lot which ended up with us hearing noise from the parking lot more than we would have higher up. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 - 15 minutes outside Burlington. The rooms are of good size, but need some updating, especially the carpeting and wallpaper. Wifi is available but service is just so, so, and if you're not sitting in the right spot in your room, forget it. The breakfast is a typical, free, included breakfast, but for the days we were there, we never saw anything being refilled, whether an hour before closing, or 15 minutes before. It was clean and very comfortable. There were a few minor things the show it wasn't a brand new hotel but nothing major or icky. The in room coffee maker was a single serve type. One night stay on a road trip - positive points are that the room was good size, bathroom very spacious, good selection of cable channels and nice continental breakfast. If you approaching from the north you have to make a U-Turn at the light then make an immediate right turn at the Holiday Inn Express - the Comfort Suites is up the hill a bit.
