The front desk staff goes out of their way to make visitors feel welcome. And when I had a special request regarding my room and the best room location as I had a dog with me - Kelly at the front desk was very accommodating. My room was very clean and quiet. I have stayed at the Quality Shelburne before and will always stay there when in Shelburne.

This our third stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are quite comfortable with immaculate bathrooms. Very nice breakfast selections as well as coffee and chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Great place to stay to drop off and pick up our UVM college student. So glad we found it!

This a great hotel for the practical traveler. Our room was clean. The hotel offered a breakfast that included pancakes eggs bacon and juice. In addition the hotel had a pool and exercise room. I was traveling with my daughter to see local attractions to include Vermont teddy bear. The hotels best assets are its staff. Jennifer and Dana made us feel like we were home. I visited last weekend (May 22,2016) When I attempted to book the regular place I stay, they were fully booked. On top of that they were charging the rack room rate which ended up being 70$ more than the Quality Inn. It turned out to be graduation weekend at the University so that's why everywhere was booked solid. I had a problem with the lock on the adjoining door, so let the front desk know. He was there in minutes with a smile and a solution. On to the hotel: Super Clean Great amenitie... Read more

The moment we walked into the Quality Inn in Shelburne, Vermont we felt like family. Dana, welcomed us like a family member coming to her house. The room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The pool was HUGE!. The hot tub was hot and not warm so it was wonderful. The breakfast was super good. It even had a pancake maker. And that is something to see! (although the pancakes were not gluten free). Dana went from table to table making sure everyone had what they needed. Dana also made ... Read more

This was my third time staying at this hotel and it has consistently met my expectations. Clean, comfortable, spacious room with very comfortable bedding, a microwave and fridge. Even though the hotel appears to be a motel design on the outside, e.g. exterior corridor with direct door entry into the bed area of room, the room is laid out internally that the door opens in a large foyer/closet-like area outside the bathroom with the bedding area on the opposite side of the room with a counter mi... My husband and i live in Vermont but didn't want to travel after seeing a show at the Flynn Theater in Burlington, so i booked at the Quality Inn. We were checked in by a very gracious and informative lady, the room was large, clean and had everything you could want in a motel room. It was quiet, the bed, sheets, pillows were good quality, breakfast was included, with many things to chose from. I would stay there again any time.

Booked this hotel because of the great reviews, and when I read those again I think perhaps I got assigned a bad room. The carpet was stained and damp, the furnishings were cheap, the pillows were poor quality, the bathroom was very small and old. The only good thing I can say about the room was the generous size. The room was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel, so if booking here, avoid that area. You've been forewarned.

Staff was friendly but hotel in rough shape. Best part of the hotel was the breakfast and the pool. The rooms were run down and old and if you do have to stay there get a room with a balcony not one that is on ground level. The housekeeping staff does not do a very good job at cleaning either.

We were surprised by how expensive all of the hotels in Burlington are, so we opted to stay south of the city in Shelburne. This is a large Quality Inn. The woman at the front desk was very warm and friendly. We wanted a room away from the busy highway and she accommodated us. The rooms, though clean, are showing wear. The whole hotel is a bit worn. The free breakfast was typical Quality Inn fare.

This hotel is a great value. Our room was in the main building and it was very quiet. The room was very clean and smelled nice. Mini fridge and microwave in the room . Breakfast was on par with what you usually get in a chain hotel. The staff was friendly. Can't ask for much more than that for $91 a night.

For the price, best value accommodations in the area. The room was clean and gym and pool are huge. Hotel also has a nice sundeck area. I would recommend booking a room on the top floor as we heard the ceiling creaking as people walked above us for a majority of the night.

My trip was planned much differently but after 90 minutes of motorcycling in cold rain a stop became necessary. This place was chosen primarily because it was on the right side of a divided highway. Expectations were low. Then magnificently exceeded. A warm greeting and hot coffee were wonderful. Early check-in was not an issue at all. The room was excellent! My husband and I were on a road trip throughout New England. After spending several nights at various Airbnbs we chose this hotel due to the ratings on here/it's close proximity to the Shelburne Museum. It was an excellent choice. Here's why: 1.
