Very clean, great prices and friendly people!!! The car crew of Jessie, Steve and others were informative and polite. Friendly as well. The front desk answered all my questions and helped me with all my needs. Excellent snack bar, well-kept pool, and free coffee upfront. Plus conveniently located in between church Street and the downtown waterfront. You can't go wrong here. Great job!!!

This hotel is a great find. Pricing is within the realm of the hotels near it. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat, within walking distance of the lake and the many, many bars and restaurants in the area. It is suitable for families and couples. We would certainly recommend it

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The pillows are not great so if you are traveling by car, bring your own. Otherwise it's a great hotel in a perfect location. You are within walking distance to many places. We will stay here if we return. Lake Champlain is beautiful.

We stayed here for the Vermont city marathon. It was located close enough to the race start and finish lines that it made it very convenient. In face the bus stop for the relay teams was only a block away from the hotel making that extra convenient. The hotel was modern and updated. Also nice was the valet onsite parking. That made it a breeze for us as well. Church at market was also only a short walk.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Burlington while in town for my college reunion. I come up to BVT about 3-4 times a year but this was my first stay at this hotel. I loved the modern feel of the hotel, comfortable beds and incredibly warm staff! Valet attendants were especially helpful. Move over Courtyard Marriott, this is my new go-to when in Burlington!

We have stayed at this hotel the last two times we have visited Burlington. It is in a perfect location for walking everywhere and getting to everything downtown, from church street to the bike path. We have always stayed on the 4th floor where you get a beautiful view of the lake which can't be beat.

I was traveling on business to Burlington and was fortunate that the conference hotel (the main Hilton) was fully booked. This property is a great Garden Inn. It is less than a year old and has a great lobby, nice work out facility, a comedy club located within the Hotel, standard Hilton level rooms, decent internet, and best of all is located within walking distance of Church Street. Burlington doesn't have a whole lot going on and this was the perfect location - 3 blocks from the conference ... Read more

We have stayed at many different places in Burlington, however this hotel wins Best in Class for location. A couple blocks to Church Street and a A few blocks to the waterfront. I was skeptical of the valet parking, however the service is very fast and you will not need to use it very much. I would have given 5 stars if the walls weren't so thin. We were on the third floor and we could hear some noise above us and one night our neighbor's woke us up with their return at 1 am. Overall, the locati... Read more

The hotel is in the perfect spot for dining, shopping, running and enjoying the beautiful views of the city. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean. The valets were so efficient - we saw them running to get cars! The mattresses were the perfect place to rest after our fun days.

The hotel is cool looking, seems relatively new and the decor is nice. The staff was friendly. We found the bed to be uncomfortable and the noise level at night to be pretty high. The location is top notch- short walk to church street and tons of restaurants, but also very close to the waterfront. Parking is valet only, which is a little annoying but luckily you can avoid driving if you'd like.

The "lake view" room looked straight out onto a building, you could see a lake only if you walked up to the window and looked to your far right. All the lake views are right next to elevators - but the woman at the front was very nice about switching us to a room away from the elevators as we requested in the reservation. They were out of many snacks in the lobby for our entire three nights and said they had been ordered and would arrive by beginning of month. I was charged for a full buffet f... Read more

The main advantage to this hotel is itâ??s proximity to the Burlington pedestrian area. One can easily walk to the lake shore and to shopping and restaurants. The view of the lake is nice, even though we looked over a lower part of the hotel that had numerous air conditioner condensers on it â?¦ not very scenic, but at least we had the lake. We stayed here just for one night on a mini road trip towards Montreal. We love Burlington and the location is perfect. We checked in quite late but the valet guys were friendly and quick. Being from Ireland, we spent our 1 year wedding anniversary here. It's a very nice hotel, comfortable bed and we had a great view of lake Champlain. My one criticism is maybe lack of facilities in the room for the price, no bottled water, the coffee machine did not work and even if it did, there was only one cup (for a suite), no bath... This hotel is very nicely appointed, clean and in great location to restaurants and the waterfront. They only had valet parking which is a bit frustrating but no biggie. The staff we dealt with at checkin was not great. Maybe new but wasn't helpful. I forgot my Hilton honors card and didn't have number. She couldn't locate which was odd. I love the location of this hotel near Church Street. However, the noises from the neighboring room kept us up for several hours. It sounded like people were jumping on the floor and slamming doors which shook the walls in our room for two hours. This happened despite two complaint calls to the front desk. While the view was pretty from our lake view suite room, the quality of sleep was terrible. I'm sure we can find a better night's sleep for the price.

I had a difficult decision choosing a hotel to call home for a few days while in Burlington. The choices are not exactly numerous. After getting over the initial sticker shock of the room rate per night, realizing that all downtown Burlington hotels include a higher price tag, I settled on this Hilton Garden Inn. Check in was a breeze, as was the valet parking. Important to note that valet parking was an additional $16/day, which was my least favorite part about the stay. The lobby and resta... Read more

The hotel is situated in a perfect location right near church street which is a pedestrian Avenue and the lake Champlain bike and walking path. The Hotel looks new. We stayed in room 303 which had a view of Lake Champlain. As is typically the case when not on the top floor, it seemed a circus came to town and they were keeping the elephants above us - not the hotel's fault but people, come on, be aware that there are people below you. - I digress - The distance between the front desk and the rooms is farther than usual and the way a bit convoluted but not a problem after it is done once or twice.
