There was no elevator from the garage to the hotel. I know the receptionist says that is not your problem; that it is the city's. Nevertheless, I am a 73-year-old man who finds it difficult to ascend two or three flights of stairs to get to my hotel. Please use your influence with the powers that be to correct this situation. On another matter, I love your lake-view rooms.

Checking in was easy and efficient and the staff were nice/personable. The room unfortunately was tired and did not smell fresh or clean; carpet unvacuumed and the mini fridge was dirty and smelled bad. The tub/faucet leaked and the little wood table used for towels looked like a beat up piece of furniture from s garage sale. Very disappointed in the accommodations especially for a Hilton.

I guess that the lack of options in central Burlington creates an inflated price that is unjustified if compared with the quality you are receiving. So positives first: The location itself is good and the beds are super comfy. Now, on to the negatives: How hotels still charge guests for Internet (especially in that price range) is a mystery to me nowadays when even taxis offer free wifi. We are not fussy and have stayed in different ranges of hotel categories from backpackers to luxury hotels... Read more

1st rm - no heat. 2nd rm - clogged toilet. 3rd rm - moved to another hotel. Hilton lobby/hallways smelled of cleaning solution. Excellent view of lake from room but couldn't stay. On-site (night) staff unable to resolve issues. Manager was top notch in crediting our stay next day and covered the cost of our first night in the other hotel. Restaurant only serves breakfast. Dinners served in cold lounge area.

I love all the renovations they made a few years ago especially the outdoor fire area. We came up for graduation weekend expecting it to be very crazy and although busy the staff had it under control. The beds are so comfortable and we slept great each night without hearing a sound from other guests. We were going for a drink one night and even though they were doing l... Read more

For a Hilton property this hotel disappoints. I have stayed in several hotels in Burlington and at the Burlington Hilton three times. Every time I have been disappointed with the service. I was on a business trip this week, and had a tight schedule in the morning so I ordered breakfast to the room. They took my order, but my breakfast never showed up. Can't beat the views of Lake Champlain. Easy access to waterfront walking paths and city center. Good food to be found in all directions. Friendly front desk staff, very accommodating. Room clean and comfy. Decor a bit tired. Bathrooms small, but good sized bedrooms and windows capitalize on lake view. Could hear muffled noise in hallway and room next door. Easy parking (costs extra) in adjoining city garage. Did I mention great views of Lake?

The hotel has a friendly and efficient front desk. The rooms are clean comfortable and stylish. You are so close to the church st. marketplace as well as the waterfront. The view however is what sets this hotel above the rest. There is no reason to not get a lake view room. They are breath taking, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The Hilton was clean, quiet and convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and my husband and I got an excellent night's sleep. Customer service was superb. We stayed in a city view guest room and the person in the next room was playing loud music. We went to the front desk, and the manager moved us to a lake view room free of charge and offered assistance with moving our luggage. I am a fairly loyal Hilton Brands customer and I was very disappointed with this hotel. From the start, the welcome was horrible due to the parking ramp having the elevators broken. And, from the looks of it, the elevators to the hotel had been out of service for a while. Upon dragging our luggage to the lobby, we were informed that the parking facility is not actually owned by the Hilton, but rather the city. However, as this is a significant inconvenience for all Hilton guests, one would think... Read more

I've just checked into the Hilton Burlington for a 3-night stay and felt compelled enough to write my review immediately. First off, I'm here for business and attending an event at the hotel, so had little choice to stay any place else. My stay with tax is just about $700 exactly, booked direct through Hilton. As I reported upon check-out, house keeping failed to take dirty washcloths, dirty glasses, and never emptied the water in the ice bucket. We had a lovely stay at the Hilton by the Burlington waterfront, a bigger splurge than we usually take because we didn't want to drive after a concert on the waterfront. For $15 per overnight, you can park in their garage with unlimited ins and outs, and can leave the car there after check out if you wish to enjoy the area longer on the day of checkout. I suspect the same out be true on the day of check-in - that you could leave your car there in the AM, even if your room wasn't ready until l... Read more

I'll call this 2.5 -3 stars, because overall our stay was enjoyable. I paid a little extra to stay here the night before an early morning flight back home. The views and location are great, but for the premium price, I expected a little better. Our morning flight departed BTV at 6:30AM, so I asked about the shuttle to the airport. I was told that the shuttle didn't start until 6:00 AM. Now I recognize that this isn't an "airport hotel", however I sort of expected that the airport shuttle might a... Read more

Our accommodations were in a tiny room that one would expect from a NYC or LA hotel, not in Burlington. The hotel has a confusing layout of hallways and elevators. The management seemed more inclined to answer the phone and talk to potential customers than work with the existing customer standing in front of them. Great hotel for a Burlington summer weekend. Location is Excellent - path to walk to Church Street - right across from Lake Champlain - access to everything. There are share bikes to use and a bike path across the street. Bar area with fire pit - and the kids in our group loved the indoor pool. Vibe is a little cooler than typical Hilton - I would definitely recommend it for a 'be in the thick of it' Burlington weekend.
