Great, quiet location. Had a 3 bedroom unit, lots of room for everyone. Nice pool and gym. Had movie night with fresh popcorn for us. Friendly and informative. Grounds were well maintained while we were there in December.

I came to The Maple Kitchen tonight to get together with some friends and listen to the local band. Place was clean and cozy. Food was spectacular!! The chef Hafid came twice by our table to check how was our service as I noticed he did with every table in the room. The candy bacon appetizer was amazing, never tasted something so delicious, moreover the Vermont salad with the candy popcorn, apple, and the apple cider vinagrete dressing was also amazing. I had the grilled chicken breast with some... Read more

When we first walked in to the unit, we wondered how we'd manage to use the space we were given in the 1 bedroom unit - it had a full kitchen, living/dining area as well as the bedroom and small bath. It was clean, and well stocked in terms of needs for the kitchen. The wifi worked well, and one of us was able to work from the unit as needed. We were there off season, at a great rate, but I can see how this would be a place a small family could come and enjoy with lots of activities and a resta... Read more

The hotel staff was great! Not knowing the area, there isn't much to do. The rooms were very nice although the water going through the radiator was quite loud. I had it checked out twice because I thought something was leaking. I do recommend the Harpoon brewery and the stores that surround it. It's actually about 7 miles from the resort. A lot of back roads and s curves. I would not recommend going alone either, there weren't many people staying there when I was there either. Interesting weeke... Read more

We booked 2 large units to accommodate our family side by side and had an absolutely wonderful week. The units were very spacious, decorated beautifully and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. From the minute we checked in everyone was great. We'd read the reviews about the restaurant having limited hours so we made sure we brought many snacks, breakfast food and dinner. Some had lunch at Okemo while skiing, others while visiting area attractions. Had read about noise & thin walls, ... Read more

Dear friends. I do not recommend this hotel. It isn't really a hotel or a resort. It is apartment building, not very clean, very noisy, you can hear people in apartments near you or walking "on your head". The front desk was unhelpful, and couldn't care less, even though we did not receive the room we reserved. I saw that there were a few guests that really loved this place, so it is probably a matter of taste. If cleanliness isn't important, and you don't care about service, just the beaut... Read more

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit in the main building that had elevator access (had called HI requesting this amenity and they were able to accommodate - thank you). We took advantage of the indoor swimming pool (temp of 85 degrees), weight room and raquetball court. Great location if you ski (Okemo and killington nearby) with close proximity to Woodstock and Queeche. Would certainly like to come back during the warmer seasons. Staff were friendly and helpful in all respects.

This is our second trip here and both trips were relaxing and better than we expected. Both trips Michael at the front desk was incredibly respectful, personable and helpful. He went out of his way to answer our questions and make us laugh. The resort is beautiful and clean and all of the staff so far has been wonderful.

This hotel is the place to stay in Central Vermont. The villas are excellent and well equipped. We chose to stay in a one bedroom loft unit. It was very roomy and comfortable. Large screen TV over the fireplace, and a smaller screen in the bedroom. The property is located on the lower side of Ascutney mountain, surrounded by pine trees and as peaceful as one would want. (True Vermont). The health club has large indoor and outdoor pools, squash courts, exercise equipment, and basket ball facilit... Read more
