This Hampton Inn hit all the high notes: it was excellent and a welcome change after a not-so-comfortable stay at a different Hampton Inn the night before. The desk chair here was of a leatherette material and oh-so-comfortable; my room was cheery and bright; and the bed was the usual high-quality comfort that one can count on with the Hampton chain. The bedside reading lamp was perfect. There was even a complimentary set of ear plugs for peaceful rest. My only negative comment is that the... Read more

We booked the large, two Queen bed room for the very popular Strolling of the Heifers weekend in Brattleboro. I have to admit being puzzled by other reviews and their descriptions. The hotel must have moved or rebuilt. Certainly there is nothing, no restaurant,,blocking it. The room was huge and incredibly comfortable. Only drawbacks were larking lot and air conditioner noise, but I won't complain because on a hot weekend the room was well regulated and we slept like rocks. The free breakfast... Read more

From check in to check out this hotel didn't miss a thing. I was thanked for being an honors member, check in was quick and efficient, the room was spotless (although the AC was loud), front desk was helpful with referring a place to go to dinner. Late check out was accommodated without issue, and breakfast was hot, free, and delicious!

Is it too much to ask for a clean room? Disgusting stains on the chair and they can't even move the chair to vacuum under it!! Half eaten tums laying on the floor. Hamptons are typically decent for business travel, short trips, etc. Every time I stay at this location, it's dirty, neglected, and just gross. If it's not stains, it's hair in the shower and/or rooms that smell like convalescence homes. C'mon people, get your act together! Guests are paying you hard earned money for a serv... Read more
