Nice but not to the level of quality I expect from Hilton. Rooms seem dated and there was an odd smell in the elevators and third floor hallway. Probably an off night and wouldn't avoid but I'd travel to another Hilton location first if I was traveling to the area again

First time in States for a business trip, and this hotel is really a great place! Rooms and service are perfect, breakfasts too, the pool seemed good too, unfortunately I could not enjoy it! Perhaps a next time? Vermont is a sweet area to visit :-)

While on a business trip, I stay for 2 nights. The hotel was not only very clean, but also smelled good too. The staff was friendly and I had no issue checking in or out. There was not cell service at the hotel due to the location, however the Wifi worked great, so I was able to facetime my family. I am not a breakfast eater, but others said the breakfast was good.

Stayed 2 night while riding my motorcycle through the green mountains. Friendly staff gave great restaurant recommendations and called a cab for us. Hotel was very clean and modern. Mobile check in allowed me to select a room day before checking in. I chose a room on the first floor for easy access and away from elevator and other common areas to ensure a quiet night.

For a relaxing overnight, this hotel is the best. The exercise room and heated swimming pool so very nice. Complimentary breakfast is so good. The pillow top mattress and pillows felt like a luxury hotel. A real overnight stay where you get 100% plus value for your dollar.

Our two-night stay at the Hampton Inn in Bennington, Vermont, fully met our expectations. The motel is very well maintained, the room was clean, comfortable, and well served by the housekeeping staff. Plenty of parking, good "welcome" cookies ... not a thing that even a chronic complainer could complain about. Well done, Hampton Inn.

The hotel is located in lovely Bennington Vt. About a 5 minute drive to downtown and historical sites.Very nice hotel. Rooms seem new and are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Like all Hampton Inns there is a complimentary breakfast, but this one was particularly good with omelets, breakfast meats, and waffles as well as the regular pastries cereals and fruit. Also they have coffee and tea available in lobby 24/7 which is a great extra.

The Hampton Inn is a pleasant, clean hotel. The staff was helpful and very friendly at all times. The rooms were clean and always had plenty of towels and bath items. The breakfast included hot and cold items with the hot items changing each day. Coffee was available, with cookies, in the lobby at all times. There also were breakfast in bags to take with you available. The location is just 5 minutes from downtown with many restaurants and cafes. Manchester is just 30 minutes away which is a nic... This is the best hotel in the area. It is ideally located with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. My only concern would be that it doesn't have a bar. This forces you out in the weather to walk across to chilis bar. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was in the room that you need including an excellent little coffee maker for making proper coffee. It is a nice touch and shows they are thinking about the customer. Breakfast good. Eggs and a variety of bacon, sausage and potatoes eac... Read more

Nice and Clean great location right off exit. Only thing I would add is places to eat nearby. Always like the free breakfast in the mornings. Additionally would like to add that I did find a good local restaurant only about 1 mile away.

Too many negatives. The room was clean, and the pool area was very nice; however the pillows were cheap. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The air conditioner was noisy, and the coffee maker was not adequate. In addition, there was no TV channel guide in the room, nor was there any guide with information about the hotel or the surrounding area including important telephone numbers and other useful information. Real glasses instead of paper cups would have been nice. Not wo... Read more

Very nice hotel. Great location, clean, warm pool, jacuzzi, sauna, complimentary breakfast (wish we knew..we missed it) & free wifi. We had a great weekend stay...took a drive to Manchester to visit Lincoln's Home & we checked out the battlefield monument in Bennington. A great history trip with the kids.

This was a very nice hotel. The room and hotel (in general) were very clean. The hotel is kind of set back and we found the location to be very quiet. For photo ops, two covered bridges were located just minutes away. The breakfast was well presented and very good. The only negative is that the rate was a bit pricey, probably due to the lack of competition in the area.

I have stayed in many Hamptons all over the USA and this one was pretty typical although our room was quite large - perhaps upgraded to a suite. The bathroom was also typically small and would be great if Hilton made larger bathrooms. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Diamond in the rough! You wouldn't expect to find a hotel of this caliber in Bennington Vermont but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are not the newest but they have all of the amenities you expect in a nice Hampton Inn. I like the fact that after I was checked into my room for about 20 minutes I got a call from the front desk, they were checking on me to make sure my room was up to my expectations. I... Read more

Very well maintained and efficiently-run property. Room was large and all furnishings were in A-1 condition. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Quality of breakfast items, presentation, and variety was excellent; hot items were switched daily. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Everyone there was very pleasant and nice to work with. The complementary breakfast was good. My only complaint/request would be that they served Green Mountain Coffee. I am from VT and that is all I drink.

Bennington is conveniently located. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. They know a lot about the area and are more than willing to suggest restaurants also help with your travel plans.

The facility was nice, bed was comfortable, amenities were good and great location with friendly service. Guest rooms were outdated, dirty towl left in room prior to my arrival. Smears and stains on the walls. Price too high for quality of rooms.

To take advantage of Small Business Saturday, we opted to do quite a bit of our Christmas shopping at Bennington Pottery. We had just recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton in New Hampshire & Maine, was relieved to find there was a Hampton by Hilton right in Bennington! Very pleased with this location.

I thought after a night's stay that this Hampton was less than a year old. I found out that it was much older. You would never know it by it's looks. It is a Hampton and if you have stayed in one before then you know what to expect. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was standard. I only wish this place was closer to old town Bennington. The hotel is a few miles out from city center in a newer shopping district. Overall a great stay.

Everything is great about this hotel esp the pool. Temp is greAt. However, hot tub has no whirl, it's been that way for a while. Sausage links always bad tasting. I think it's the brand. Otherwise nicest place to stay in Bennington
