This place is new. It did not show up on our GPS or on-line maps. We were very happy to stay here. The staff was excellent. We had a great meal downstairs in the restaurant. We only stayed for the night in the middle of a road trip. This place was great to get a good nights sleep and continue on in the morning.

An enjoyable 3 nights. New hotel so very clean and staff very friendly. Pool quiet but did stay through the week. So not sure on the weekend. Restaurant and bar nice. Food good. Staff friendly. Bed very comfortable. We had breakfast included and was worth it as full cooked breakfast if wanted. This type of hotel only lacks stars as it doesn't have the ambience around the hotel that 4 or 5 star have. Eg gardens and bigger pools. But a fab hotel for the money.

Hotel has been open for less than a year, and it appears as clean as the day it opened. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Bed was good. Mirror was huge with built in light - honestly one of the greatest mirrors I've seen in a bathroom! I want one. It is kind of in the middle of no where, although I imagine you could walk around the back to some of the chain restaurants on the strip. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, but we did not eat there. There is also a well stocked pantry o... Read more

We spent the weekend to see a show at Tuacahn. It was great! Brand new nice rooms, great staff, and nice comfortable design. We ate dinner at Burger Theory in the hotel and it was delicious! The view of downtown Saint George was awesome from our 5th floor room!

What's not to like?! The check-in was super friendly and very fast. The hotel is brand new, modern, clean...just beautiful! The room was perfect, contemporary, spotless, comfortable. Everything about this place was just great. Granted, I was only in the hotel for about 14 hours but, it exceeded all my expectations. The only negative thing I could think to say is that when the front desk person asks you "do you want to be on the first floor?" and "are you a light sleeper?". Take his adv... Read more

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk person. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was clean and a nice respite from the heat. They were even willing to work with us for a late checkout. Our room didn't have the best noise insulation, but it would probably be better away from under elevator.

Upon arrive, the checkin didn't go very smoothly but the front desk apologised and we reached agreement. So that was set, and I'm not going complain about that any more. What worse was when I went in the first room and quickly revealed that the beds didn't look like properly made and there was hair in bed. I went back to the lobby and the front desk assigned me a smaller room instead. We hoped it would be OK this time. It turned out NO. There was still hair in sheets on both bed, chairs and to... We stayed here for a little couples retreat. We had a lovely time. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the pillows just right. We paid for the meal vouchers and enjoyed an enormous breakfast every morning. The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed in the morning but they were kind and accommodating. The food was really good and filling. We didn't have to eat until dinner most days. The meal vouchers do not cover room service, though it would have been nice. We didn'... Read more

Room looked clean and spacious since it's a brand new Hotel (opened in Feb 2016). I asked for a room with a nice view on a higher level & got a view of the rooftop & parking lot. Couldn't sleep due to the strong dog smell on the beds so every single time I would lay down, my asthma would kick in and I was unable to drive to Walgreens for an inhaler until 6am which is when they opened. So no sleep all night for me. I'm guessing someone snuck a dog in since there are no pets allowed per hotel poli... Read more

This hotel was an excellent choice. It's new, modern, clean, good service, good breakfast (not included), nice pool and gym. Maybe the bathroom was a litle too small, but other than that no complains. Make sure you get a room in the back side, with a view towards downtown St George, better than the view from the rooms in the front, in my opinion at least.

It's brand new and they have Huge rooms, huge bathrooms, nice pool/sitting area...they have a breakfast buffet in the morning or a menu, kids eat free as they do at all Holiday Inns! Ooh we love this Holiday Inn! St. George is a beautiful place, and this hotel has everything you need. There is a restaurant attached, we arrived there just before closing time, but the restaurant staff were still happy to take our orders. The pool is nice, they need a few trees there. Mid summer, it's HoT!!! Best hamburgers ever in the restaurant !!! Even if you don't stay there go have a hamburger!!! Interesting that Utah makes the bartender pour your beer behind a wall but you can drink it in front of your kids....

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while on vacation, I found out it has been opened for less then a year. So it was very clean and modern. Lots of space, my boys and I played hacky sack in the room ( a wonderful time) ;) The outdoor area was inviting and can accommodate an evening conversation with your hubby or a cooling party in the pool. The hotel is new and has a nice ambience. The room was clean and bathroom was quite spacious and they didnt use the cheap bath items. However, I am not a fan of coconut items. They have 2 types of pillows, firm and soft which is embroidered on the pilow itself. The only gripe i have is that for the price, it should include a free breakfast but you had to pay an add on to get the breakfast.

Nice place, only draw back is the have a restaurant in house so they don't offer the complimentary breakfast bar. I had breakfast in the restaurant one morning and they were slow on service and had mediocre food. You would think with a nice place like this they could afford to hire a decent breakfast chef. I also have the same comment for the dinner service. They have a lot of restaurant competition close by so the bar is set fairly high. I suggest you sleep here but eat somewhere else.

This is a new hotel, so the accommodations were fine. The room was clean and pretty standard. Having a fridge and microwave was nice. The service, however, was poor. I had even called the hotel the previous day to request the crib - so they had it in their notes already.
