I am so happy with my experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Salt Lake City! From the accommodations to the staff, service is outstanding. The lobby is set up like a beautiful home and the guest rooms are like bedrooms in the home. It is very quiet while you are in your room and the cleaning staff is outstanding too. The restaurant is wonderful too! Love this place and will always stay here while visiting Salt Lake City!

Our room was clean and comfortable and up-to-date. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A bonus is how easy it is to find off the interstate while traveling. It is also close to downtown and a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this location was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was more than sufficient with a very nice eating area off the main lobby area. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We were looking for a hotel close to the airport after a stressful day and stumbled up this one. We were very lucky we did! The staff was fantastic and arranged for an airport shuttle for us, pointed us to the complementary cookies in the lobby, and got us a great room at a fair price without a reservation. If ever in SLC again, I will certainly return.

Very nice hotel. Excellent front desk service and spacious rooms. We had a suite which was great but the mattress on the pull out couch was awful and needs replacing. Aside from that I would recommend this hotel. This hotel was a great value.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice swimming pool and exercise room. The restaurant didn't seem to very good, buy a nearby Indian restaurant, Copper Bowl, has good food and service. No complimentary breakfast, but the in-hotel restaurant breakfast was reasonable. The hotel is just a few minutes driving time to the Morman Temple Square and the state Capitol and related buildings.

I travel to Salt Lake for work and have stayed at the Hilton downtown as well as Doubletree before staying here. The Hilton Garden Inn has become like a home away from home for me. The staff are always so nice and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and inviting. The pantry by the front desk always has everything I need. Room service is highly recommended, especially the BBQ Chicken Flatbread. Stay here you won't be disappointed.

Great experience when we arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle did not take long to pick us up. The check in was a breeze with a very pleasant young lady. Our room was clean as was the bathroom, good job. We did find a cheaper price than the Hilton site, so we put in one of there price guarantee forms, did not take them long to get back to us comfirming our price, which they gave us plus when we got home from our vacation a $50. All was good. Right off the highway, so easy access. It was only a 10 min walk to downtown, so that was convenient. Several good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, I went to R&R Barbecue (across from hotel) and Green PIg which were both good.

To me wasn't worth the money the breakfast was over priced, a 12.00 cost seemed a little much. Because of the price I chose to not eat lunch or dinner. My mattress seemed worn and was not comfortable. My coffee maker only worked half the time

We stayed here twice in the span of 8 days on our way in and out of Jackson Hole (flew into SLC). The first time we got in at 11:40 PM MT and they sent the shuttle right away. We tried to use the shuttle to the airport twice (once to pickup a rental car and the next trip to fly out) and both times they didn't have enough room for us so the hotel picked up our cab fare on two occasions. Always love staying at your Hotels.Always so clean and cozy and never noisy. We slept so well. They did not have Continental breakfast which was new for us, usually they always offer it. They wanted us to pay an additional 13$ per person for breakfast.

This hotel deserve 5 stars for everything! I am always happy with Hilton hotels, and the Garden Inn is always a favorite. This Garden Inn was especially wonderful (food & room). Very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We will be back next year and would love to stay if it works out! We stayed at the Marriott City Creek for a convention for 3 nights because of convenience, but the whole time there we wish we could have stayed at this hotel. MUCH NICER!!!

The Garden Inn is a great place to stay while in Salt Lake City. The rooms are large and comfortable. Decor is modern and unoffensive. Hotel amenities are many and about what you would expect in a hotel in this price range. If you have business downtown then this is the place to stay.

We are choosing Hilton Garden Inns in our travel because they are generally clean, newer facilities and have excellent breakfasts. This hotel was no exception. The staff was very helpful from pickup at the airport, to suggestions as to renting a car and visiting Park City (we loved it) and the Olympic Village, breakfast staff were excellent and front desk was personable and helpful.

This is a modern, nicely appointed three-story hotel about 20 minutes from Temple Square, the Utah capital and the city center by free Trax light rail or bus. It is about a four block walk to the Trax Courthouse stop. The hotel has a pool and exercise room. During a three night stay, we had a large attractive nicely-appointed room. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, flatscreen tv, clock radio, Keurig coffee maker, and hairdryer. Bathroom was clean and modern. Bedroom and bath linen... Read more

This property consistently delivers excellent benefits. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is excellent, they acknowledge my status as a diamond member and have a number of little "extras" that make staying here great. The Manager remembers people from past stays and is not only welcoming but extremely accommodating. If you are staying in Salt Lake City, this is an excellent choice

Spent 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn- Downtown. Hotel is very clean and offers a restaurant, small gym and pool. Hotel staff were very courteous. Stayed in the King Bed Jr Suite which provided ample room. Convenient to the downtown area and a relatively short walk to the train that will take you to Temple Square area and other downtown attractions. Would recommend if you are visiting SLC

I stayed in a 2 room king corner suite. The room was large. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was quiet and the inner atrium was beautiful. There is covered parking for nine dollars and the staff went out of their way to help me print some documents that I needed.

We enjoyed our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Salt Lake City (downtown). It was the perfect place to stay for a nearby conference. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and all of the amenities met our expectations. We would definitely stay there again. We appreciated the free parking and free wifi. You should know that there is no free breakfast at the hotel. No matter what you get for breakfast, it costs 12.99. The breakfast has many choices for hot and cold foods, and the food... Read more

This hotel is very close to downtown, quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff. Service in the restaurant is slow at times but not terrible. I would recommend this hotel with no problem. The only problem with this location is that it is a very busy parking lot with a Starbucks right next door and the parking lot is a bit small for the size of the hotel.

We stayed here for one night to catch an early flight home next day. It's a standard Hilton garden, albeit on the newer side. Our room was clean and modern with spacious bathroom. The location is convenient. Overall it was a good one night stay.

We have stayed in Hilton garden inn twice mow and loved how nice it is for a modest price. There is ample parking, and the lobby is very welcoming with nice space to have casual conversations with friends who may be in town. The room is large, the bed nice, and the shower was hot and had good flow. They have shampoo conditioner and body lotion. There is a refrigerator and morning coffee maker. The hotel is much better than the sister hotel Hilton further down the road which is busier and more hectic. Here from the start, help yourself with some lemon water in the lobby. Parking is a breeze. Reception efficient and rooms are great. The cafe downstairs is cosy and the staff very welcoming. Food is good and the whole atmosphère is relax. Good choice close to the airport.

The family thought that the hotel printed well. The staff was courteous and considerate and the rooms clean. Maps and fliers were displayed and cookies and lemonade were set out.the rooms could be a little more spacious. The water got hot fast for the shower and remote worked and the thermostat, so, overall a good experience.

i have spent many nights at this property and have never been disappointed. This hotel has the friendliest staff and you can tell the employees really like their jobs. Probably the overall cleanest hotel too and I have been to lots of them. They also have a great restaurant with awesome Eggs Benedict.

To me the bed makes the experience great or bad. These beds were super comfortable. Do not sleep in Ogden! Pillows were good too, they could use alittle more softness to them. And maybe another blanket, for heaviness.

I have stayed at hotels that run $1000 a night, and I can honestly tell you that this hotel tops all. Management, front desk, amazing. The restaurant staff are very attentive, and the housekeepers are top notch. I walked into my room to find a woman on her hands and knees scrubbing the bathroom floor, unbelievable. I don't fill out reviews as a rule, but this place is off the charts incredible.

We are from a rural community and love going on weekend getaways to the city. This hotel is our "go-to" in Salt Lake City. The staff is the absolute best, always kind and friendly. From the General manager to the maintenance personnel. All are friendly, professional, and most important caring. I will always stay here whenever possible.

The hotel was ok. The lobby was good. The rooms were clean. And... We slept comfortably! BUT, Where's the Breakfast? We went on a road trip of just under 3000 miles. We stayed at hotels in Arizona, Moab Utah, Aspen, and Cody Wyoming. Every hotel we stayed at had even the minimal breakfast for us. Some had a huge display of eatery in the morning. Here, we would have had to pay.
