We stayed here for our Wedding Night prior to flying out from the SLC Airport for our honeymoon. The staff were great, and made sure our stay was special. The suite was clean, with great furniture and the bed was very comfortable. We left early, so we didn't get to enjoy the complimentary hot breakfast, but the staff had To-Go breakfast bags ready for us. The shuttle service to the airport was prompt and much appreciated.

When we arrived to our room, there was laundry left on the floor, so housekeeping had obviously not finished cleaning. We complained and were given another room that had been cleaned but the hair dryer was falling off the wall in the bathroom and water continually ran from the faucet in the shower. We did not request a third room, were just very disappointed.

The hotel room was a suite at very good price. The room was very clean and excellent, and the breakfast was very decent. The person at the reception was very courteous and professional. We stayed the night before we left for New York, and we did not go out of the hotel. So we don't know how is it convenient to go to the city center but from our past experience, it should not take long to go to the city center. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed in 2 rooms during this stay. The staff wrnt out of their way to accommodate our needs while traveling with a disabled adult. The bed was the most comfortable of all the many many many beds we have stayed in on this long trip. The breakfast was nice, but they need to offer gluten free options. Even in their little store their was little that didn't have gluten. I was informed that they are about to remodel and all the rooms will then have microwaves. That will make this hotel go ... My flight was delayed and finally at 11:30pm the airlines canceled the flight. I lucked out and found a room at the Hampton. The staff on the phone were so gracious and thorough. The shuttle driver made an extra trip to the airport at midnight to ensure I got to the facility. Greeted by staff with an offer of toothpaste, water, food -anything this tired traveler needed. Room was great -comfortable bed, fabulous sheets, very clean and cared for. Complimentary breakfast had more choices than typic... Read more

There are no restaurants nearby other than a Holiday Inn, and several fast foods. Even an Applebees would be welcome. When you have been travelling for 11 hours the last thing you want to do is get in your car and drive 5 miles to find a restaurant.

I was impressed with the two tvs microwave frig with freezer and wet bar desk sofa etc Large and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful with local info and help with getting an Uber ride. There is a restaurant at the hotel if you don't feel like going out. Restaurant prices are reasonable. Breakfast is served at 6:00. My wife and I stayed here while passing through Reno. Staff was friendly and the room was in excellent shape, clean and nice decor. The hotel appeared to be fairly new. Our room was right over the swimming pool and had a little noise in the morning (after 8). Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, hot, and a fair selection. Coffee was the same hot and plentiful. We will most definitely stay again.

We came in just for the night on our way to visit family. We would go back to SLC again just to stay here! The staff was friendly from the airport pickup -where we only waited about 10 minutes, to the check in, to the breakfast service, to a literal 1 minute check out. Was a great experience.

The Utah BCI uses this hotel for the Concealed Carry Instructor class, The Hampton Inn works well for those of us coming from out of town for the class. I wish there were more restaurants closer. It is very convenient to the major highways and it does provide shuttle to airport.

The individual a/c units do not have a wall thermostat so setting and maintaining the room temperature is definitely not good. The owner needs go spend the money to catch up to everyone else. No frill clean spacious accommodation with reasonable price. It is a very pracical airport hotel. We arrived after 22pm. Hotel Restaurant was closed. But we had a choice of ordering Takeaway delivery or buy the food, i.e. Piazza or Tuna melt from front dask and warm it up in our room. The Room had microwave oven and kitchennette. After a few Yellowstone Hotels, I am very pleased with the service, the space and the price.

Did not get the conference rate. I was overcharged. Hotel staff does not listen to problems and makes excuses. Shuttle wait in 95 degree weather was over an hour. We made reservations 10 months in advance. When we went to check in after a long flight at 10PM they could not find our reservation. After 45 minutes we just took a room at the current rate, higher then our quoted rate. We had printed email confirmation of the reservation and price. This was not used. Upon check out we were assured all was straightened out. To date I have been charged 4 times for this room. They cannot seem to straighten it out. Nice people but not capable.

You can get a clean Super 8 and get McDonald's breakfast and have a better value than the Hampton Inn. $249 a night with less amenities. The breakfast is all frozen and heated up. The fruit taste like it is out of can. Coffee was cold. Room was dusty. One room had a refrigerator out side the room for 3 days. Poor parking but at least it is free. I want to start by saying, all of my other stays at Hampton Inn have been exceptional. However, this one failed to meet my expectations.
