Really enjoy staying at this hotel, this is my second time here. It's very very clean in the common areas, very inviting to just sit and read a paper. I noticed how nice my room was set up, giving it a guest room feel, every thing looked so fresh and clean. Easy to make a reservation with, made a room location request and was happy to see they listened to what I asked for. The front desk staff member LaNeal helped me, he was friendly and very professional. He was very busy yet right away he... Read more

Good place to stay. It's dated and out of style, but it's really clean so for the price it's worth it. The Norman-Bates-front-desk-night-manager who checked me in was interesting. Bed was comfortable. Place was quiet. And they have a free breakfast in the morning and it actually was yummy. I still want to know how I got to Richfield? lol

Have lodged here several times on business and have always enjoyed my stays. The hotel is very clean, well taken care of, and has many amenities. Very helpful and attentive staff, friendly and personable. Good location. I give it a positive recommendation with high marks.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. We did not have a reservation, we just walked in and were welcomed by a genuinely pleasant and cheerful lady at the reception. We were checked in promptly. The hotel looked brand new, even though it's been there for about 7 years, as we were told. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom adequate. The wi-fi was working fine. The breakfast presented plenty of choices.

This was a pleasant surprise after having a really bad experience at another hotel in the area. Got to the front desk and was greeted with a smile and was checked in very quickly. This room wasn't updated but it was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly.

Stayed here after a long day of crossing the dessert in very high heat. Stopped a few miles before arrival and made a call to see if rooms available. Clerk said come on plenty. When we got there, he said all full. Magically found us a suite. The room was wonderful. Clean, nice sized, and above all, great air conditioning. We had a good night. Breakfast was ok. The bad side... orange juice looked like water. In other words, I really didn't have anything to complain about. 4 star... Read more

We drove here from Wendover it was a really nice place to stay, we were early but they were very obliging and let us in our room early. Very pleasant staff, sorry I cannot name names, lost my bit of paper. We asked for a good place to eat and Steves Restaurant was suggested - we had a very nice meal. There is plenty to do in Richfield, we went bowling really good time in this lovely place

I really enjoy this hotel. Not only is this an ideal location for work or play but the staff is fantastic. The General Manager Buffy was having employee recognition days for her staff. Rachelle was putting out a sign festooned with balloons so the guests would know why the staff were wearing PJs, Rachelle, Kami, Laneal and Nicole were all fantastic at the desk. This hotel is a great option if you are looking for a comfortable, well-priced hotel for a stop-over when driving across Utah. If you have never driven the I-70 / I-15 route, be prepared to go long distances with no services and few options when you find a place to stop. But the drive is very scenic. If you are planning to drive between Southern California and Denver, Richfield is a roughly halfway and a good option for stopping. The Holiday Inn Express provides fairly standard but comfortable,... Read more

i stayed for a week in a pet friendly atmosphere. Had an issue with my car and Arneal at the front desk suggested I call Jim at Red Hill. Fabulous and had my mind and car put at ease. The front desk helped with things to see and directions to them. The housekeeping staff is excellent too. I can't find anything that was not great. The breakfast was GREAT TOO!!!!!

Richfield is a great place to stop and see Southern Utah. It's close to Capitol Reef, a great but sometimes under explored National Park, with is about 60 miles away. It's also within 100-150 miles of Bryce Canyon, Zions, and Cedar Breaks, all very beautiful parks. Finally, it's very close to Utah scenic highway 24 and on scenic highway US 89, both roads which lead past some of the most beautiful areas of the country. We stayed at this hotel after a long day in the car, followed by a visit to Arches National Park (which is about 3 hours away). We chose Richfield, due to its location, right off of I-70. The hotel is clean, pool is small but adequate. The hot tub and work out room were nice! I used the laundry facility there, which was also clean. We did not eat the free breakfast, as we checked out and hit the road at the ungodly hour of 5am!

This is a great motel with convenience to the freeway exit and Frontier Restaurant. I have stayed here several times in conjunction with a business conference. The stay has always been a 10. The breakfast is normal for hotels and the rooms have always been very nice and clean.

Stayed here last week after a long road trip. This is by far one of the nicest Holiday Inn's I have stayed in. (For quick travels I enjoy Holiday Inn for its many locations, but was really starting to become unhappy with them due to previous problems.) I booked the hotel last minute and was able to use my Rewards which is always a plus. Upon checking in the Front Desk Staff member upgraded by Standard King room to a Suite due to my Gold Status. What a nice way to continue our trip by staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Richfield! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Holiday Inn Expresses are consistently great for travelers. The beds are the best and the breakfast is yummy, for what it is. The evening lady front desk worker was really helpful. We used the pool and there were towels galore poolside. Easy access from the freeway. I'll be back.

We loved everything about this hotel! It is right by the freeway so it's easy to find and get to. Also close to a Arby's, gas station, and close to a place that serves home cooking kind of food. Check in was so easy and all of the employees were so kind and always said "Hi" when we walked by them. The hotel was super clean and we loved the way it is decorated. We booked a family room. The hotel was modern, well equipped. After 9 hours driving, the rooms were ample and well suited for a family of 5. Kids enjoyed the pool, the fitness center was well suited and breakfast was good. There are restaurantes close-by and a large supermarkets. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling through Utah.

We made reservations here on our way from Zion Canyon to Bryce Canyon. After a long day of touring and traveling, it was a sight for sore eyes. It is a rather new facility and we had a very spacious room. The front desk personnel was quite helpful. It was just one of those places "on our way" to our next destination, however, we would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

A little bit away from downtown on the north end of Richfield, but very nice. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom clean with updated fixtures. Art photography on the walls of the surrounding area. When we showed up for breakfast at 8:30, the only item left was biscuits and gravy. Unless you are into clogging your arteries, this was a disappointment. Even the fruit was gone. The hotel is immediately off the Interstate exit, so it's easy to find. Like most Holiday Inn Express operations, it was cherry and clean ... and the reception well-handled.

When traveling on the road, it is sometimes nice to be treated as a friend and that is what happened here. We were greeted by a warm friendly smile and checked in quickly. The staff was gracious to ensure our room was ready for an early check-in and even helped me get my stuff into the room. The laundry facilities were great, clean and in fine working order. The breakfast was well stocked and warm. I usually enjoy my Holiday Inn Express stays, and this Hotel was above my expextations.

This is a very nice property. An excellent 'stop off' point while traveling to the National Parks located in Utah. It's a good idea to book in advance because it sells out very quickly. The room was very nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable beds and large bathroom. The breakfast area is also very nice. I enjoyed the warm fresh pancakes. We like this HIE when we travel through Richfield. This time was no different and our check in experience was smooth and LaNeal was able to upgrade us to a suite. The next morning was a different experience, We arrived downstairs for coffee and breakfast and were completely disappointed. Stopped in while traveling through. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and well stocked and fresh breakfast. Some of the rooms are starting to show some wear due to age, ie, torn curtain, and the bottom pad of the desk chair had the corner ripped out of it, but over all, I would recommend this place. TV, fridge and internet all worked great.

It has been a number of years since we've stayed at a Holiday Inn Express because frankly, there are cheaper choices. However, this particular hotel has made us rethink that decision due to the cleanliness of the room, pillowtop mattresses, firm & soft pillows, large selection of breakfast items, friendly staff, etc. etc. If other hotels offered the same amenities as this particular Holiday Inn Express did for us, they would never have a problem renting their rooms.
