This is the typical Hampton Inn. I was there from a Wednesday to Saturday and the Hotel was full the entire time. It is popular with traveling youth sports teams. The front desk was very friendly, room clean, no issues durning the stay. The hotel servers the typical free breakfast. Busy place, with clean rooms. I would stay there again.

Once again, during our semi annual trip back from the States to Canada for the summer (yes we are snowbirds, lol), my husband, myself and our 2 dogs stayed at the Hampton Inn in Provo, and once again it was a great experience. They give you fresh cookies on arrival, coffee and tea is always on, and they love their furry guests. Great areas around the hotel to walk the dogs and a very reasonable room rate.

Its a typical Hampton Inn with decent size rooms with comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but clean. Was pleased and had no complaints !!!

Our stay in May-June got off to a good start with Jennifer checking us in early after a long flight to Salt Lake City followed by an hour's drive to Provo. The complimentary breakfast was varied daily, delicious, and made even better by Valarie who efficiently ran the kitchen, replenished the buffet, cleaned tables, and greeted each guest. Both Valarie and Jennifer expressed interest in us and offered helpful suggestions on catching the FrontRunner and Trax trains, and other activities that we... Read more

I wrote a previous review stating that the hotel had too many technical issues with the TV service and wireless internet access. I decided to give them a second chance and was happy with my decision. The wireless internet service worked fine. There was one little issue with the TV signal which was resolved right away after notifying the front desk. The facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll be staying there again on my next business trip to Provo.

We have had numerous trips to Provo and various hotels. The Hampton Inn was hands down the best of our Provo hotels and of many stays in these types of hotels in any location. Their success is all about their incredible staff who treat guests with warmth, kindness and integrity. From Valarie who runs the breakfast as if you were a guest in her home to the friendly and helpful front desk staff and the housekeeping staff such as Amber who clean and serve with integrity, you will enjoy your stay.

Unfortunatley if you are an Honors member, your choices are very limited in Provo. There are many things about this place that do not live up to the Hilton name. I have stayed all over the country and this is located firmly in the bottom choices. What was good? Stayed here one night on our way through town. The hotel is in a busy area and we stayed on a Saturday night, but it was plenty quiet for us. We were even on the first floor and didn't hear anything. Room was clean and spacious. Parking lot is a little tight in space, but we still didn't have any trouble finding any parking. Breakfast is good, but it's not homemade. I'm sure this is because there's not a big kitchen back there, buts it's still good and there's plenty of choices for what it is. ... Read more

very average in nearly every regard. I usually really like Hampton but this one is not of the same standard as most that I have stayed in. This Hampton Inn needs to break down and install some real toilets for people who are more than 5-ft. tall. Their toilets, which are some 12-in tall or thereabouts, are very uncomfortable and awkward for an old person like myself with artificial hips and arthritic knees to squat down and stand up when going potty. And the doorknob is the only available Grab Bar to assist in standing up.
