This is the second nearly new hotels I have ever stayed. First impression - excellent! As many have said, it's clean, well maintained, contemporary decor, natural color tone, prompt and friendly staff. The room is well lit and the bathroom shows quality work and care, meaning no mildew appearance and sloppy caulking, no loose faucet or clogged drain, adequate and thoughtful lighting through out. We stayed at a suite style room with two beds. Room is deep with a living area including couch, table... Read more

The appearance of the hotel, lobby and room are very nice. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was adequate, but not stellar. My biggest complaint was that the room was not very quiet. You could hear other guests talking, hear them walking, hear every door closing (no weather stripping and spring loaded- so they tend to slam)- it was like the walls were made of paper. This might have been OK, but it was Memorial Day weekend and kids were running around and making noise until midnight. On... Read more

After a long search for a location to hold an event, I found that this hotel leases their large conference room The Sales Coordinator was very helpful and courteous. The staff was great to work with.Very accommodating. The room worked out great for our event. Would highly recommend this location.

Our extended family booked four rooms for 3 to 5 nights. All parties were very impressed with this hotel. We were in town for a memorial service and family reunion in nearby small towns. Over the 5 days we stayed there, the manager and all the staff we encountered were super-friendly and always asked if we needed anything! The beds are absolutely the best - as comfortable as our carefully chosen bed at home. Room layout is convenient and includes an excellent desk chair, fridge and microwave. Th... Read more

I was greeted by Trina at the front desk after having to make sudden changes to my hotel plans for the week. The hotel staff were very good. The breakfast food was good , the staff ensured everything was well stocked.

Such a great stay. I really like all the furniture because it is functional and smart. Love the smarter lighting fixtures and how there are USB outlets built into almost every wall. It's incredibly clean due to it being so new and it is in a great location up on a hill overlooking the city. Nice and quiet. No complaints here. Plan on staying here over and over again when I'm in town on business.

From the moment of check in with Kori, she treated us royally. Meeting our need for quiet, she found a room that more than met our needs. The room amenities were outstanding, especially the room darkening mechanism. In the evening Kori helped us find a good dinner spot. Then, of course, there were the beds. Heavenly! ! Thank you Kori and Holiday Inn Express.

Nice location. The water in the pool burned our eyes and I had trouble with depth perception the day after we went swimming. We swam in other pools the following 7 days with no similar effects, so I think the problem is with their pool water, which also smelled odd. Room was nice: contemporary decor. Good breakfast buffet. Poor housekeeping.

We had a blow out on I-70 and ended up in Price. We stayed here and the Staff, Larry Trina, Barbie, Taylor, Chris, Tom and an amazing Sales Manager whose name I failed to get treated us amazingly. We had to keep adjusting our stay and being hauled all over the city because the bike couldn't be fixed until Tuesday. The place was super clean and a good breakfast, w a DQ to boot.

This is a great hotel right off the highway. We stopped for a one night stay on the way to Arches. There was a nice, big pool and spa. They also have a big breakfast selection. The staff were all friends and accommodating. Clean, comfy and modern rooms.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room--actually, I had a suite--was great. I had a reservation for a room with a king bed. They accidentally gave that away before I arrived, but made up for it with an upgrade to a queen suite with no additional charge. The included breakfast was top notch as well.

This place was a nice place to stay on our trip from Oklahoma to Northern California. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly as well. Nice neighborhood. We drove for 16 hours and were beyond ready for a good nights sleep.

I normally don't get excited about staying in a Holiday Inn Express but this hotel was exceptional. It's a new building and the rooms are tastefully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. Most people reading this will never travel to Price, UT but if you do, this is the place to stay.

We stopped here on our way to St.George just before the 4th of July Weekend. This place is reasonable priced and looks pretty modern with its minimalist look, they even have Tesla charging stations. Aaron was the first person we were met by at check in who got us checked in and sent us on our way. he mentioned all the amenities and pointed out the elevator, most places usually have you go on a maze hunt. The room we had was on the 3rd floor facing towards the town which made for a nice view in ... Read more

Overall I would recommend this if you plan to stay in Price. It is a little oddly furnished, but some of the features like the built in long luggage rack was really very functional and the fact that there were lights over the area was way better than many hotels. I don't think the sound insulation was the best, but the a/c masked most other noises including the train. They had lots of places to plug in devices and internet was good. We were there on a Saturday night and found it inconvenien... Read more

Very simple IKEA-type of décor. Clean room. Nice employees. Complementary breakfast with lots of gluten-type of items to choose from. Yogurt and fresh fruit for those who have to watch their diet. We ate dinner at the Ramada's restaurant across the street. Very sweet waitress helped us. $144/night for a room with one comfortable king bed.

The property is only 18 months old and very modern. Since we are platinum members our room was extra spacious. However, the mid-week night we stayed we were one of a very few family guests. Our room was second from the top and whoever was above us trumped back and forth with heavy shoes all hours of the night (do ask for a top floor room). Also, at breakfast it was super crowded with people lined up 6 deep to get eggs, etc. The hotel ran out of milk, yogurt, and orange juice. All six coffee ... Read more

Approximately one hour southeast of SLC area. New, clean, comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful (they offered to take us to dinner in the shuttle). Room was quiet (couldn't hear elevator which was nearby), very comfortable beds and linens. Amenities: fitness center was the best equipped I have seen for this size hotel; on site guest laundry, indoor pool and jacuzzi. Complementary breakfast was very good; line items were promptly refilled. Would recommend and stay again. Suggest reservations ... Read more

We had booked at another location using my map app on my phone. We were simply passing through and needed a place to sleep. The place we had booked was super icky and we refused to stay there. SO HAPPY WE FOUND THIS HOLIDAY INN DOWN THE ROAD! It was just the kind of place we were looking for, clean, new and welcoming. Kori was the best and made us feel at ease after our creepy encounter at the previous locale. If you are looking for a place to stay in Price, this is the place!

I decided to write this review after I read some to the other reviews, maybe it will help improve the cleanliness of the rooms. We have family in Price and have stayed in the hotels there for several years, this time we decided to try the newest Holiday Inn Express. With it being just over a year old it should still be in excellent condition and clean. When we checked in the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed anything they were quick to assist. Decor was modern and colors were bold but very nice and comfortable. Beds were just ok for our taste but all tastes are different. Kelly in the breakfast area was very friendly and even cleaned up my mess right away when I spilled my juice, and I didn't even have to ask. She also greeted people as they walked in. Would stay here again if in the area again.

As we were pulling into the parking lot at 5 pm this evening, I got a call that there was an issue regarding our reservation (which was made the night before and confirmed). The desk person informed us that they had kicked out our reservation due to their "over booking" of rooms. No explanation was given. There is no telling how many other people they have done this to.

First, every staff member was amazing: helpful, friendly, they all seemed like they were part of a whole team with the sole goal of making sure our every need was met. From the breakfast room staff to the housekeeping staff to the front desk staff. All were absolutely stellar. The decor was the most modern I've ever seen. It started with a great reservation making experience. Every other hotel in town was pet-friendly and people I was traveling with have extreme allergies. They assured me they would put us in an area of the hotel where they don't put travelers with service animals and that they would do an allergy cleaning of the room before we arrived just in case. They also assured me that truck parking was not an issue and they had plenty of room to safely park our truck and trailer. Upon arrival, we easily fo... Read more

Newest hotel by far that we've stayed in. Contemporary room decor reminds us of Europe. Hot tub was nice except for the screaming kids. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. They recommended a restaurant in town but it was packed so opted for JB Restaurant. It was pretty good.

Last weekend (Oct 8-9) we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Price Utah. Beautiful hotel, lovely room and great staff. I'd like to mention someone in particular. On Sunday morning at breakfast (which was also excellent) a young lady named Jamie was tending to the breakfast room and the food. She was flying solo at a very busy time with lots of demands ( at times, she was being pulled in four different directions at once). In spite of some crabby, unreasonable customers, she kept her cool and d... Read more

Clean room. Bed was very firm, so if you like a softer bed take note. Also, the sheets were of the low thread count type - so not soft. Ample, large pillows. Towels are the cheap scratchy type. As you can see, there is a theme here of less quality linens and bedding. Which is ok at a sub $99 hotel, but not above this. Like many newer hotels there is a large gap under the door to the hallway which allows bright light from the hall into the room and also noise of everything happening in the hall.... Read more
