Serenity Spa was great. It was a relaxed atmosphere, easy to make appointments. McKenzie gave me the best massage. I was so relaxed. Strong hands, hit every sore muscle. She was great!! Wished I would have booked a longer service with her.

The layout is a bit odd but the floors are clearly marked as to what is on the floor. We have been here during ski season and early summer. Summer you have great views from the patios and hiking right out the door towards ski area. Pool areas for relaxing and the adult pool is our favorite in the evening. Make sure to ask about the free BQ if you are an owner here. We were not informed during our check in and they offer them on Saturday and Monday during the summer. Head to PC for good dinning ... My husband and I booked this place for a romantic get-a-way. We picked it specifically because of the sauna, steam room, and multiple pools hoping to be able to find one that wasn't packed with kids. Unfortunately only "members" have access to the indoor pools, sauna, or spa unless you book a service at the spa. So this left us at the over packed noisy pool full of children. Not relaxing or romantic. It seemed like a bait-and-switch sort of set-up where you have to pay extra for all of the ameni... Read more

The staff here is great. They were all very friendly and helpful. JT Vircelli was awesome at helping us get moved to a handicap unit which made for a much better experience for my husband as there was much more room for him to move about. Erin Hesser made his day when she sent a complimentary plate of chips and dips and thanked him for his service. The entire resort is clean and beautiful. You will not be disappointed. You may have to figure your way around the inside as it can get confusing ... Read more

We have been here several times before with family. This time it's "Adults Only". We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Super accommodations. Lots to do like: Swimming, games, Tennis, dining, marketplace for necessities, hiking, biking, Wasatch Back RagnarRace, and the best- The Tanger Outlets etc. Beds are great! Rooms are spacious depending what unit you choose. Kitchen with all you need for cooking. You supply the food. Lots of food shopping areas. Even Whole Foods, Smith's, and Walmart. Great res... Hotel is very nice to relax by the pool in the summer months. We are owners in TN and received a very nice room as part of the exchange program in Park City. The room I believe was larger than TN. We found the hotel very hard to get around and the maps where not much help. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Pool's where nice. Dinner at Drafts HIGHLY recommended. Prices comparable to downtown PC and the food was amazing. Where slightly disappointed that we couldn't get late check out ... Read more

This is my second time here as a guest. The children always have a blast. I love how there are daily arts and crafts by the pool ($5 per kid). The pool is indoor/outdoor and nicely heated. Expect for kids to want to be poolside most of the time. The rooms are beautiful and have a kitchen/washer/dryer & you are supplied with laundry detergent

I find Christiana Horlescu in the hall down from our room and asked for salt and pepper. She was speedy in finding what I needed and delivering it quickly. She even brought us a very generous portion. Thanks so much

Our family of 5 spent 3 nights here in late June 2016. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit rented through a private owner. Our room number was penthouse #4914 A & B in the Bison Building. The unit overall was for the most part spacious enough for our family. The "A" side of the unit consisted of a living room with sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with a king bed. The "B" side of the unit was small; it was a small kitchenette area with a sofa bed, and a bedroom attached to it with a kin... Read more

I loved my stay at this amazing hotel, but the biggest thing that stood out was one amazing housekeeper: Agata Drobiszewska! She came in and ended up doing all the dishes for us, made all of our beds, folded all of our clothes, organized our bathroom, and probably even more we just didn't realize! She went so above and beyond what she had to do! She was so nice and friendly also when I accidentally walked in while she was cleaning. Even if we didn't have a time share here, I would come back to t... Read more

The resort is beautiful and has great amenities. I agree with other reviews that navigating it can be difficult at first. The staff are very accommodating. The housekeeping is amazing. We've never been taken care of so well. The resort is close to lots of activities for the whole family. We didn't want to leave!

I traveled to the property in mid-July, which may account for my experience. The resort gives an initial impression of being quite upscale and attentive. Staff is quite friendly and they continually emphasize their facilities as you check in. Reality is a bit different. The rooms are very small. My suite had a bedroom and an outer area with a small kitchen. The queen bed in my room basically took up the entire space, with virtually no room for walking around, storing suitcases, etc. There was a w... Read more

What a wonderful place for our annual family reunion, close to 30 people this year and a special 50th wedding anniversary for our parents! Kudos to Front Desk staff, David Darby for the great room assignments in the Moose tower, Bonnie Davila for the special gift basket, housekeeping for keeping the rooms clean and making sure our large group had towels and other extras, engineering for finally fixing the outdoor hot tub! Our group stayed at Westgate for a softball tournament and the entire group raved about their stay. The girls loved the pools and the free shuttle service to various locations around Park City. The staff was friendly and a call out to Chuck who helped take care of our room. Highly recommended!

We visited for our 20 year anniversary and the trip was perfect! As we checked with JT we mentioned we were there to celebrate. Within 30 mins we got a phone call offering a complementary upgrade to a suite. As if that wasn't nice enough, when we arrived the suite had been prepared with rose petals leading to the master, swans made from towels and rose petals all over the bed AND a chilled bottle of sparkling wine with a box of chocolates. Beside it was a hand written card wishing us a happy an... Read more

We stayed here with our team for a 16U softball tournament over the week of July 11-16. We loved our room and the resort. The swimming pools weren't deep but the girls had fun playing and hanging out. They also had fun playing in the game room and with the ping pong tables. The adults loved having a place to go back to after being g outside in the hot sun to relax, cook a meal, and enjoy each other's company. On our last morning of a week's visit, we were in desperate need for a box to package a large item up to check in to the airline. Erwin Avelino at the front desk went out of his way to check with staff behind the scenes to find a box large enough. In a very short period of time he called us back and indicated that he had a couple of options. When I arrived downstairs he immediately brought me to the area with the boxes and assisted me, along with Antonio Silvester, in packaging up our large sou... Read more

On first appearance the rooms seem to be made of higher quality and that everything is clean. Upon further inspection throughout our stay we found the following: - various old trash items (old newspapers, food bits, hair) under the couches in the living room area as we were picking up a toy our daughter dropped that rolled under the couch. - annoying loudness through the paper thin walls between units and from hallway noise (I've never been able to hear someone so clear in the bathroom adjace... We enjoyed our stay at Westgate resort. Our first time to Park City and enjoyed leaving Florida's heat. The rooms were comfortable and dining table had plenty of room for 5. Fireplace, jacuzzi in master bath, friendly staff but had a few issues with a leak in 2nd bedroom by the window. They did send someone that evening to dry it out but still inconvenient. The way the resort is setup is a little confusing as you can't always get where you want without changing floors. The restaurant was g... Read more

We stayed at the westgate after we purchased a special 2 night stay for only $99. The hotel was good, a little dated and worn but it was nice. The catch for a discounted rate was that we needed to go to a time share presentation while we were there. Upon our arrival we found out that the presentation was scheduled for 9am the next morning. They told us it usually takes about 90 minutes, no problem I thought. So the next morning we arrived early and were greeted and instructed to wait for a sales... Read more

For a family of four, the Westgate Resort was perfect. We did get two rooms, which gave us two large beds, two showers, two kitchen areas. It was absolutely ideal. Kitchen has everything you can imagine. Table is large enough for everyone to have a meal together. We loved the location. Easy to get to Park City. Enjoyed the hiking and biking right behind the hotel at the Canyons as well as PC. Very quite in the summer, but perfect. While it was a bit confusing to figure out where our room was, it... I booked a room here for my Niece and her husband and I babysat their 5 kids at my house in Park City so they could have a grown-up night out. I own timeshares with a different group than Westgate (okay Marriott) and I'm very pleased with them. However, I see that Westgate is on a whole other level and I love the special treatment and friendliness I've received at Westgate Park City. What an absolutely terrible experience. Mostly foreign workers that do lot speak English well. First on arrival, we had a pressure time sell "VIP" talk, under the guise of we want to give you a welcome gift. My spouse and I went for our anniversary and the so called "Studio" room is really small. You feel cramped the whole time. We ended up moving rooms because at 10 pm there were kids running up and down the hall. We called security but they didn't arrive. Our new room was great and the staff was accommodating. I wish this hotel offered free breakfast. Most hotels do so I was surprised that this one didn't.
