Great staff, many items in the hotel were broken (refrigerator, heated chairs in spa, fireplace on balcony). Was very disappointing. We had to change rooms twice d/t things not being up to our expectations. Staff was very kind, and tried to accommodate as best they could.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was gorgeous. I had a junior suite that had to be close to 1000 sq feet. The room had a full kitchen with Viking professional appliances and also a whirlpool jacuzzi tub and huge shower in the bathroom. There was a very large balcony with incredible view for sunsets with wine. Also, one of the only dog friendly properties in Park City with only a $100 for the entire week of my stay. My only complaint was the level of the music that was played at... Read more

The hotel is located may be three miles or so out of the center of town and within a mile or so of the New Park shopping center where there is a generous supply of restaurants. The Waldorf Astoria has a stunning lobby accented by dark wood, marble and granite along with a large central fireplace and a generous supply of comfortable couches. Check-in was a sit-down affair which is unusual but yields a touch of extra attention. Parking is valet only ( included in the obligatory "resort fee" ) a... Read more

For our overnight stay we chose the 2 level, 2 bedroom suite. It was fabulous! Huge bedrooms, huge bathrooms, full kitchen, spacious living area, and a private balcony spoiled our family of 4! We had a beautiful view of the pool and the ski slopes just beyond the resort. Staff members were beyond friendly. Room service the next morning was prompt and offered a very convenient breakfast option. My kids loved staying here!

First, the staff is extremely friendly, the property is nicely appointed, rooms are large, the spa is beautiful, the fitness facility had something I had never seen before -- Technogym Kinesis, strength-training equipment -- which is amazing. Dining at the resort was quiet because of the time of year, plus there are well over one hundred restaurants in the area. There is also a free shuttle to Main Street. The hotel is beautiful. It is close enough to town to be convenient, yet far enough from town to help you feel like you are "away from it all". A great location for hiking and biking, (it is clearly excellently placed for skiing as well) and a quick drive (or in our case, long, uphill walk) to the Olympic Center. The shuttle provides easy access to Park City. The breakfast was a tad expensive but the food and service was very good. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. I wou... Read more

Loved the SPA, one of the most esthetically pleasing I have ever been too. Really liked the warming chairs after my very good massage. For the GOOD. Beds very comfortable. Team very helpful, servers attentive. Food excellent and plentiful For the AVERAGE Coffee makers: I was moved during my stay due to noise, (good) but coffee pots in each room had troubles (bad). Idea for hotel, get a better maker, you are a luxury hotel. Small rooms for luxury property. No privacy on balconies Ice machine 2 fl... Read more

Our stay was wonderful. The S'mores are very nice touch. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable. We loved the robes and slippers. The bell staff as so helpful, friendly,, and quick. The staff at Powder was amazing! Especially the hosts in the front, they were so friendly and accommodating everytime we saw them, they really exemplified hotel service. Thanks to them we were able to try out the Tasting Menu even though they don't technically offer it on the weekends. The food a... Read more

Stayed here for our 5 year anniversary. They made us feel very special. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Upon check in, everyone had said happy anniversary. This included the valet. Upon returning to our room from horseback riding, they had a charcuterie and cheese board waiting for us with champagne. Will definitely return to this hotel!

I went in for the Hydrafacial at this spa and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed! Both with the treatment itself, and the staff at the spa. Amy was very helpful and although it was my first time at this spa, she made me feel very welcome. The valet service was very prompt, and the gentlemen were very nice. The Hydrafacial technician, Angel, was absolutely wonderful! My face is glowing and I feel completely renewed. I really enjoyed the relaxing tea bar; it is was very nice touch to my a... Read more

Went during the summer around labor day weekend. Was amazing weather and perfect for outdoor activities. Wish I could have hiked more! Check out silver lake! Park city is wonderful and salt lake city was fun too. Make sure you have a car with you. Public transportation is limited.

My husband and I spent a long weekend in Park City. The Waldorf was perfect for us! The staff was extremely helpful especially the concierge and the valet service. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. The hotel provides shuttle service to Main Street, which was great. We rented a car to get everywhere else. Easy driving. We hope to visit this hotel again!

My family and I had a great experience at the Waldorf Astoria. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We encountered an awkward situation with another guest, which the staff had no control over. The staff handled the situation very professionally and the issue was taken care of. Our room, a supreme suite, was fantastic with views of the mountains. Our children, and admittedly their parents too, enjoyed the s'mores every evening. All and all a great experience. Whenever we hav... Read more

Planned on using points from our Hilton Credit card. Had a chat person help set it up. only to find out that they did it wrong, and were charged the entire bill of $329.00 and now being told, sorry, we can't do anything about it. Be aware when or trying to use points!

While the staff was excellent, and the spa was tip top, the rooms and common areas could use an update or perhaps a renovation. My room was lacking a chair, which was odd, and some type of work surface would've been appreciated.

I visited the Waldorf Astoria Park City this Summer for a family reunion, wherein the hotel accommodated around 40+ of us. The facilities were as beautiful as expected, and the staff were immensely helpful, courteous and kind. From the valet, to the bellhops, room service, housekeeping, concierge, and the host/hostesses in the restaurant, every single person was friendly and willing to go out of their way to accommodate us (and there were a lot of us!). I'd been slightly apprehensive after re... Read more

Our room was exquisite. We got an upgraded room with kitchen. Wow. Huge area. Very comfortable. Could have stayed in the room the whole time. The Powder restaurant is one of the best in Utah (we are from Utah). Great gym, pool, spa. Very attractive and homey common areas. Really great staff. We went in October, just returned and the place had little traffic. We went walking, area is beautiful and the immediate mountains were full of color. The Montage has a much prettier view because it's locate... Read more
