I was surprised when I pulled up to the hotel. It looks like a motel 6 on the outside. I wouldn't expect for something like this to be in Park City. I got to my room and it had horrible lighting which made me depressed immediately and the bed was uncomfortable. I decided to try to suck it up for the rest of the week until I saw a big roach looking bug in my bed on the second night. I packed all of my things in the middle of the night and had to switch hotels. I wouldn't even recommend that my wo... Read more

Check-in was quick and easy. It is closer to the Main St. shops and restaurants, than the outlets. The hallways were on the dark side and could do with better lighting. The room was small, with 2 queen beds. The bathroom was also small. You could sit down to urinate and also have 1 foot in the tub if you wanted. The refrigerator is also very small and was too narrow to fit a plastic carry-out container from a restaurant. No microwave. The walls are thin. From about 9:30-10 pm, I could h... Read more

We ate breakfast one morning while staying there. The food was not good at the buffet and for $17 per person you would expect better quality than we received. Also, we went to this hotel specifically for the outdoor heated pool for our kids. They were very excited to swim. I even called ahead twice to verify it was open, warm, and fully operating. We were assured it was. We were able to swim the first night, but the next two days the pool ended up being closed for maintenance. It was a very disa... Read more

The Yarrow seams to have a bit of history to it and has the feeling of an older property. The room was clean and fresh and the bed was comfy. Overall it also had an older feel to it. Nothing to do with furnishings or housekeeping... just older. The location is outside the "downtown" area and is adjacent to a large supermarket and other retail businesses and fast food. Our room was large, clean, and had the basic toiletries and coffee/tea and a fridge. The building is large and has a courtyard with the pool and hot tub. The location is just south of the tourist area. We took the free bus to wander around the area. There is a supermarket next door- so the location is not in the old town or mountains but it was a good value and very comfortable. If noise bothers you, ask for a room away from the supermarket. (There was no noise at night.)

Also the Rite-Aid was located there so we could pick up a few things we forgot to pack. The staff was accommodating and realized our situation quickly and took great care to be sure that we were comfortable. The bartender in the restaurant understood our delimna and stay open a tad bit longer so we could get some refreshments.

I might have rated this hotel higher, but we had so many problems! At check-in, they mixed up our room with someone else's, necessitating us and this other couple all having to go down to the front desk again. Chose this location for a one night stay just to see Park City on our trip West. You would need to drive to Main Street, but this location is EZ for one night. There is a grocery store next door for added convenience. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and liked hanging out in the lobby - lots of comfy lounge areas. Only disappointment is the crazy Utah alcohol laws - couldn't take a drink out of the bar to hang with my teens in the lounge areas. Love the chocolate chip cookies upon check in!

I stayed here back in January and I came again with my fiance for a little weekend getaway. It is half the price of any other hotel in Park City and right in the middle of the town. We started off on a really wrong foot, but eventually had most concerns addressed. Still, this motel does not fit in with the portfolio of Doubletree hotels we've stayed at. I was sure we had the wrong hotel when we drove up. The pictures show a great-looking hotel, but we found a run-down, shabby, brown building. My biggest complaint about this hotel was that the double room barely accommodated two single people. Granted that it was the skiing season and we both had winter clothes, but it was almost impossible to hang two ski jackets in the shallow, shallow closet, let alone pants and tops. One of the desk staff referred to our room level as the penthouse level as it was on the top floor. The hotel was only two stories. â?ș Our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend the Doubletree in Park City. Restaurant on site, pool/spa/exercise facilities. Great space for meetings as well. The new remodel looks awesome. Location of course cannot be beat. You can walk to the lift in 10 or 15mins or just take the free bus outside the door.

The reviews on TripAdvisor were a little off compared to what I experienced. Although the outside of the building is a little rough the inside was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was exceptionally clean and the water was WARM which was nice because it was cool when we were there.

I stayed at the Doubletree while on business and extended my stay for personal time. They made the process very easy. The entire stay was enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond what was expected to accomodate us.

Hotel was very comfortable. If you are a lite sleep, you might want to consider a room that is not on the first floor with a window next to the parking lot---too noisy. Overall, staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very comfortable.

Wonderful and helpful staff, great appearance of the lobby and grounds, comfortable and most important, quiet rooms! The only thing they could have done better was in the bathroom. It's almost like the placement of the toilet was an after thought.

It looks like the rooms were recently renovated but they are already rather worn. The shows area in our room wasn't great (oversight of renovation maybe). The fireplace in the room was a nice touch. Location near the bus is good. Staff at the hotel were really nice. I am just not sure if the hotel is up to compete with other resorts in the area. For Hilton standards it's average.

We stayed here on a drive from Grand Canyon to Yellowstone. We took four days to see Park City in the summer. This location is excellent. Just outside are shuttle stops. Shuttles run regularly to Main Street and Historic District, as well as out to Olympic Park and I-80 corridor area. Our check in was smooth. We wanted a room away from noise and were willing to wait. We were offered a special hospitality area, serving wine, as an area to wait. The lobby is very nicely decorated and modern. Ou... Read more

I enjoyed this hotel very much. They have a wonderful staff and a great product centrally located near downtown and Park City Ski. Dan the bellman is the man, he helped me so much with where to go and do. The front office team is great and is very easy to talk to, especially Michael. The rest of the staff was great as well.

I really appreciated a non-resort hotel in Park City, and the Double Tree is extremely easy to get in and out of. It's close to everything and has a While Foods right behind it, plus a refrigerator in the room.

My subject line pretty much sums up my thoughts. The rooms were clean and well furnished, the location is in walking distance to the ski resorts, and the price is pretty reasonable. It's a little older, the fitness room could be upgraded. It has a nice little coffee bar as well.

I'm a fan of the Hilton brand hotels, so it was an easy choice to stay here last weekend. I have never stayed at this hotel before, but I'm so glad I did. You walk into a very nice lobby and I enjoyed they had a fire going. Right out of the gate, everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional in their appearance and manner. Park City is a resort town and I found the rate to be lower than I expected for this type of hotel. Our room was clean and pleasing to the eye. The beds/pillows were ve... Read more

Beautiful time of year to see Park City! Great hotel, clean, rooms are a *little* dated but nothing terrible. Walking distance to uptown and Olympic village but it's basically all uphill so the free shuttle was a great option too. Service/staff was excellent. Nice bar and restaurant. (It's worth mentioning for those like me who don't travel to Utah much, there are pretty specific limitations around alcohol, just FYI. Don't ask for a 4 count or a double tall - you won't get it.) :) Would defin... Read more

Stayed here on a Friday night and got little to no sleep due to the extremely loud and drunk people in the surrounding rooms. I understand Friday is a weekend night, but our room was not far from the lobby and I'm certain we weren't the only ones who heard the ridiculously loud people nearby. They were fighting and yelling for most of the night, along with slamming doors and getting violently sick. Not a good experience as far as sleeping goes.

We planned on XC skiing in Park City after weeklong Supercomputer Conference in Salt Lake City. However, no snow but we enjoyed a couple days becoming familiar with the gorgeous area while staying at the Doubletree. We ventured up Deer Valley/to the highest point, Empire pass, stopping to explore Montage Resort, perhaps the most luxurious resort in Park City but costing 5x our fit class Doubletree accommodations. The location and hotel itself is great, and rooms are fantastic, but the quality of the hotel staff is below average. This is our families first visit to Park City and our boys first opportunity to see real snow (the 3" last night). The staff at the hotel had been very friendly and very helpful. I'd rate the staff top notch, from front desk to bell hop to maid service to restaurant personnel etc. The room we stayed in (an upgrade room, king size bed with separate living area) was very ample for our family of four.
