A very nice, comfortable accommodation. Staff attentive and very pleasant. Parking under the building is very convenient. Nice indoor pool and sauna. Stay here and enjoy. The location is wonderful with several restaurants nearby, in fact, right across the street. Good housekeeping staff and front deck wonderful.

We just checked out of the park plaza. It was our second stay and just as nice as the first one. Lovely indoor pool perfect for small children. Some sort of evening welcoming party every night. Breakfast on the weekends. The only problem that we had on this visit is that one of the two gates to the indoor pool did not automatically close or latch. Since we had our non-swimming grandsons with us and our room was located right next to the pool this was a great concern. I reported the problem to ... Read more

This place is not a place to go in the summer unless you have children. The pool is filled with screaming kids. They are in the hot tub even 4 year olds. The kids are hanging on doors leading to the BBQ area. Also, climbing the walls outside near the lounge chairs. One one bedroom had at least 12 people (mainly kids) and those children were out of control!!!! Adults can forget using the pool. Nice place, but not for adults in the summer. We will not return. Wish I took pictures of the ... Read more

We stayed at the Resort while in town for the Park City Film Festival. Making our reservation was somewhat complicated but we were able to complete the process on line with assistance of desk persons. When we arrived we were a little early but after a short wait the desk person accommodated us. We found the room to be similar to a studio apartment but fairly small. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a balcony/patio that made up for the small size. The facility had various act... Read more

We take several trips per year to Park City, for a short get away and great food. We have never been disapointed with our stay at Park Plaza, we usually book the suite and they are quite spacious. On our last visit, in August found F.D. Clerk "Damir" extra helpful on several occations.

I haven't been to Park City much so I called to make sure this was close to Deer Valley. As we were headed to a summer concert at Snow Park. The front desk told me it was very close, in walking distance. NOPE! Thank goodness they still had the bus running for the summer! The bed was nice and comfy and the rooms were very clean. Its nice to have the kitchenette but you will have to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink and ours didn't drain very well.

First visit to Park City and stayed at Park Plaza through an Interval Exchange. We were extremely happy with our one bedroom accomodations. It was clean and very comfortable with a king bed, two full bathrooms, and a nice sized kitchen and dining area. The location is convenient to downtown and traveling around the outskirts of PC for hiking. They have a very nice complimentary wine & cheese event plus margaritas with salsa/quacamole and chips on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which was a nice touch at... Read more

We stayed here for a week in a junior suite. The room was spacious with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, and firm, comfortable beds. It had a small deck to sit outside. We were only about one and a half miles from Main Street in Park City. The indoor pool was wonderful and comfortably warm. There is wonderful grocery shopping and many good restaurants nearby. The Rail Trail, a beautiful running/walking path is right nearby. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful, and professional. The reso... Read more

A comfortable condo-style resort conveniently located close to Park City's main attractions and ski facilities. Some restaurants are very close within walking distance, and, for those who don't want to go out, there is a wide range of restaurants who deliver. This resort has a fully indoor pool and hot tub spa which is very convenient on cold days. We stayed through Interval International and did not expect to pay an additional fee at check-in.

We decided to go to this resort, because: we have previously vacationed in many "beach areas", (which we usually always go to). We stayed here, the last week of September, wanting "Quiet", in which we did indeed received. This Resort is approx. a 45 min. drive from Salt Lake City (airport), 'winding your way' thru mountains--which continually get higher. Good restaurants nearby (steaks, & BBQ / sight-seeing (on the ski lifts) / Heber Valley Railroad/NUMBEROUS Museums in the area--featuring: di... Read more

Great place to stay. Front desk staff provided smooth check-in and amenities of this relatively small resort. We had nice unit with full kitchen equipped with necessary items including salt and pepper! We had gas fireplace but did not use it as it as the room did run warm even though we tried to set the temp at 68. Great size indoor pool, hot tub and sauna plus exercise room. Location is convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants and visiting historic Park City. We took day trips on many of th... Read more

Ok, so it's not hung off the side of a mountain, but it's central location makes things convenient. Ask for Michael Lopez, the Guest Services Manager; the guy can't do enough for you. Plus: hot tub, sauna and indoor pool. Neg: no changing rooms or shower.

I arrived early and Rebecca and Gamil made it a priority to have my room ready a bit early. That was so wonderful. Michael was always so helpful and professional. Gabriela was informative with ideas of restaurants and so polite. Kwadwo was also helpful. I just cant say enough wonderful things about this staff and the house keeping staff as well. They are the most amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting at any of the locations I have stayed at so far. I will definitely be going back to ... Read more

We had 4 rooms reserved this past weekend, we had stayed at this hotel in the past and it was great, But this past weekend the management decided to turn off the Air for the entire hotel, this left rooms at 86 degrees! We had 2 rooms that the windows did not open, so we had zero cool air flowing through the room. Trying to sleep with the temperature at 86 degrees is impossible, some of their quests resorted to leaving their front doors open just to get some air into the rooms, that is very dange... Read more

My husband and I just spent a wonderful overnight at the Park Plaza. It was a last minute decision. We had never stayed here before. Rebecca and Michael were very helpful. Because our reservation hadn't come over yet, it took Rebecca about 15-20 minutes to get us set-up. She up-graded our room which we didn't expect. The room was fabulous - a mini suite. The fireplace was the best part. We had trouble getting into the parking garage, so Michael took time when it happened to be very busy ... Read more

It's been a while since I visited the property, but even though the weather was chilly, the indoor heated pool was a great respite from outdoors. Seems this time of year there is also more room for dining, recreation, without the crowds. Snow is being made on the mountains and at the Canyons, you can see the trails starting to take shape. It's going to be a good winter ski season!

My new wife and I had the best experience at the Park Plaza Resort! Michael the manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. The resort is pretty close to Main Street and the ski slopes as well. Park City also offers a convenient free bus system so we didn't need to rent a car! So after the experience we had we will definitely be back!
