Went on a ski trip with my sister and her husband (4 in one room). Room was a decent size, clean, beds were comfortable. Expensive area so if you're on a budget this is definitely worth the money. Includes breakfast buffet which is a really good buffet with changes daily. Highly recommend this hotel. Not the Ritz but gets the job done.

I love Park City and always come up when people from out of town come in to visit. The hotel was comfortable, however I would have appreciated being told that the main entrance was being renovated. It looked like a building site. The garage where the cars were parked underground were a safety hazard. Wire hanging down and no area cordoned off appropriately. I would suggest calling before booking. Other than that the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

We love getting away to Park City and have always preferred Peaks because of the cool indoor/outdoor pool and the hot breakfast with a variety of foods to chose from. After booking the room, I received an email that the hotel was under construction and that the pool area was closed. It wasn't a huge inconvenience because they arranged another nearby hotel to accommodate our kids swimming needs, but they missed Peaks pool. Left notes at front desk: fan in bathroom runs but draws little air, room had trash from previous guest oon floor, ice machine across hall did not work, told management would contact us, but they did not. Web pictures lead us to believe we would have a jacuzzi in our room. Without swimming and hot tub, the jacuzzi would have been nice as we were on our anniversary trip. Overall, very disappointing. Was here at end of January with a ski group, so the hotel was part of the package. As it was during the Sun Dance Festival it was quite expensive even though it was not slope side. But there were plenty of buses, all free, quite frequent and convenient (bus stop right in front of the hotel) so getting to and from places - park city, deer valley or canyons, grocery stores or theaters - was not an issue at all, just a few minutes ride (buses come every 20 minutes). I really like The Peaks. The rooms are just the right size and are very comfortable. It is very close to Main Street and all the wonderful restaurants. There are other choices in the area, but this place is perfect! When I travel the most important things are CLEAN SHEETS AND A STRONG SHOWER. I would think that during skiing season, most people could not care about anything other that cleaning up after along day of skiing, sleeping and getting ready for another day!??

Under renovation and didn't know when I booked. No services at all. Forget workout room, bar, food, pool. Just a room and bed period and insane that they throw a $100 incidental charge to card when there are none available.

They should have closed for at least this most intense part of remodeling. Rooms too small. The windows were dirty and gave a dingy, dis-heartening appearance to indoors and outdoors. The office was moved into lobby, so thee was minimal community space. No laundry facilities,

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, yet run down. There were many areas of the hotel that were being renovated so there was a bit of inconvenience. The Top floor was closed. The ice machine was broken and the AC functioned poorly. We were gone most of the day which worked out since the AC was quite loud. The room also had a bit of a musky odor to it. Hopefully these issues will be resolved once the renovation is complete, otherwise I will have to rethink any future trip there.

The property is still being renovated, the main impact being that they scaled back the breakfast quite a bit. Very meager even for a "continental breakfast." Service was nice, room was good. There were very sketchy people hanging around the parking lot and entrances to this place. These people were smoking marijuana outside of the hotel and I know many of them were employed by the hotel. The front desk was very nice but I was nervous about someone breaking into my car and felt uncomfortable every time I went outside, as if I was being stared at.

We stayed knowing the remodeling was still underway. Apparently they will stop during the winter season. The pool area looks great! I am excited to see the new rooms and believe the growing pains will be well worth it! We stayed in an older suite and enjoyed the larger room. Apparently there will be kitchenettes in some of the new rooms. That is an exciting option for when you feel like staying in.

Unfortunately the Hotel was under a Remodel, so Amenities were Lacking/Limited. Also, upon getting settled in our Room, the Heater didn't work, so we had to pack-up everything, call down to the makeshift front desk, and they moved us to another room w/ a functioning heater. If I'm not too bold in saying, the Shower Head's... That was without question the Most PAINFUL Shower my Family and I have EVER Experienced. My 2-yr and 4-yr old were Screaming about how much it Hurt!

This visit was right in the middle of all the new construction going on, but everything seemed to run smoothly. As usual, our room was quiet, clean, and well maintained. The staff is always helpful and friendly. We will be anxious to see how the hotel looks after it's re-do. The location is good for services you may need.

Pool and hot tubs are not very warm for a cold winter's night. Even though it was a cold breakfast-due to the place being under construction, it was really cheap. I couldn't understand the person at the desk very well. She has a strong accent.
