We had a great stay. We went for a drive and didn't have to go far from the hotel to see the beautiful mountains. The room was clean and quite. The breakfast was very good. There was a great selection. Next time we are going to try the pool.

Stayed there for one night on cross country drive. While the location is set among a lot of box malls, there was an extensive hiking trail (Millenial) right outside the door to get out and stretch your legs and to get up into the nearby hills. Check in went well, room was quiet and clean, and breakfast was good and included fresh berries. Good value for the price ($112).

Judging by the reviews, I was hesitant to book more than one night...we were just up there exploring and we basically saw Park City (off season) in one day. We came up in the dark the first night and left the next afternoon. The check-in at the hotel was fast and friendly. We were put on the 3rd floor. As mentioned in past reviews, this hotel is older and needs to be updated to be current with Hampton Inn standards. We could hear others walking in the room above us...very annoying as it sou... We stayed at the Hampton inn on our way home from visiting family. I was very disappointed in the Hampton inn at park city . It was in bad need of an upgrade. The towels were dingy and the furniture was scratched and broken. The breakfast was not very good. The eggs were burnt and the sausage was cold. Will not be back.

When we got here we were checked Right in, no hassle. We had a room on the top floor and it was as good as any we have had at any Hampton in. The breakfast looks to be also just as good as we have ever had. The folks at the front desk could not have been more helpful. I have no complaints as we got the room and experience we were expecting.

We stayed at the Hampton inn for a weekend. I was very disappointed in the Hampton inn at Park City when we arrived. The building itself is in poor repair. There were a lot of dead plants in containers outside the front door. High weeds all over throughout the dead grass. Also most the letters of the sign didn't even light up. This was not a very inviting welcome. When we got to our room, it was much better than out first impression. I was satisfied with the room and the cleanliness. The breakfa... Read more

We stayed for three nights over Memorial Day weekend and were disappointed with this hotel. We used to stay here a lot, but the quality and customer service have degraded. The front desk staff/management treated me like my requests were a bother to them. This hotel does not live up to Hampton standards. The room had blood stains on the floor of the bathroom. The staff had no respect for customers but blocked hallways with their cleaning carts, refusing to move when asked, barged through customers in the breakfast area when refilling coffee, and were just plain rude and unprofessional.

Love this hotel staff for their friendliness to my kids while dad had to work. The rooms were nice, very clean, but our toilets decided to "run" after midnight until we checked out. Would have been nice if they'd offer some (minor) level of compensation for the noise...but overall a nice hotel.

This Hampton is in need of renovation. The sofa in our room was pretty dirty, the linen was old and worn, the pillows were extremely thin, nothing was as good as it should be. We had a 1 bedroom with kitchen. We did not try to cook anything but there were not enough utensils in our kitchen if we had wanted to. We found the front desk staff to be not-so-friendly. We assumed a Hampton Inn would be at a much higher standard than this hotel. We were wrong. The suites are huge and the hotel is well located but the place is rundown and everything looks dated and unattractive and not very clean. The carpets and furniture are just awful .
