Our experience was great. The rooms were nice and the price was right. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was a curtain rod that was in need of repair (only a minor flaw.) A special thank-you to Morgan at the front desk, she went above and beyond in accommodating us.

The hotel looks great from the outside Buber our room was at best average. Carpet had red stain on it,looked like either red juice, wine or whatever. The breakfast was so-so, even when you consider it is free. Other Comfort Inn's we have stayed did much better. The fruit selection was very poor and so was the hot breakfast selection.

We checked into a top floor quiet side, king bed non- smoking room. All I can say is the bed, pillows and bedding are just great and that's what counts!!! Room is large. Quiet place. Good for resting and chilling

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy (firm but not hard). The pillows were great. Windows could be opened. We had a great nights sleep. Rates were reasonable and there was a warm breakfast. The staff was friendly.

To be honest, the Comfort Inn is not my first choice in hotels nor is it a place where I anticipate creature comfort. However, this stop next to the I-15 in Ogden was at the end of a long day's drive. The room had been updated and the bathroom nicely appointed. Bed was extremely comfortable and there was zero noise from the highway which made for a pretty good night's sleep. The breakfast room was bright and spotless. The offerings were varied and tasty. Well worth the very reasonable price - r... Read more

We arrived after driving for over 12 hours with our small dogs. We found the room to be clean and spacious. Bed was so comfortable and we had our best nights sleep so far. They supply a generous amounts of towels which we have found other hotels supply the normal 2 bath towels per room. What a treat we had. There is plenty of "green" spaces for the dogs. (Some people need to take their poop collection bags with them. Sad when such a wonderful area is offered). We used the business center f... Read more

We use this hotel on a regular basis after visiting our youngest daughter's family in Washington state. It has become our "home away from home." The staff is wonderful, the room is comfortable, and the hotel is an easy on/off the freeway. There are several options for dinner with the Comfort Inn offering a great breakfast before we head out the next day.

I used to work here and let me just lay the fact out here that the owner HANDS OUT THE EMERGENCY KEY THAT UNLOCKS ALL ROOMS TO GUESTS WHO RENT A CERTIAN ROOM WITH A DEFECTIVE CARD READER. Also the maids are lazy and dont like to change the sheets you sleep on. We had a customer change rooms twice due to hair on her bed and on a different occasion bloody sheets. Something interesting about the sheets is when we fold them they're so long they skim across the dirty floor. If i could explain the own... Read more

When we first arrived after 11 straight hours of driving the hotel desk guy was great; joking with us, telling us about his 5 grown children's favorite restaurant and suggesting a couple more places to eat. Since our room wasn't ready we went to lunch/dinner-great recommendation. Upon our return to finish checking in and getting our room key, a different gentleman seemed rather put out that we were disturbing him (I think he was training a lady). He wasn't friendly at all but the first guy cam... Read more

The Comfort Inn had an especially nice room. The registration person was helpful and attentive. The breakfast was hearty with nice staff person. Easy off the interstate 15 with knowledgeable info as to best driving tips to next destination.

By far the worst customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Both the owner and the GM are incredibly rude to guests. They made the stay very uncomfortable, asking for towels or extra shampoo was treated as if asking for a free nights stay. All I can say is stay anywhere else, not here.

I stayed here a couple of times. Rooms were ok and clean enough. Night crew was excellent but the manager in the morning was a first class jerk. I complained to corporate and the GM. Turns out the guy who treated me so poorly was the owner. I was truly shocked at how confrontational this guy was. Over the top. He was so bad I've gone out of my way to warn other travelers.
