The layout was a little confusing and the hallway leading to front desk had carpet that was ruffled up and is a tripping hazard. They had a nice hot tub but due to all the smokers standing right there smoking we could not use it. The other thing was the breakfast lady had a tip jar out......never seen that at holiday inn express before and we have stayed at many thought it was a little odd. The temp in the room was not constant either but thats not uncommon for HI express. The staff were friendl... Read more

This is a great choice in Moab. Rooms are clean and nice and breakfast is very good. We stayed an extra night since we suspected our next hotel down the road would not compare favorably. We loved the pool and hot tub area and used it every night. It is pricier than most Holiday Inn Express hotels because it is in Moab which is very busy even in October. I think it was worth the extra money to enjoy our stay.

Spent a quick night while traveling through Moab. Very nice and clean room, well designed. Very quiet, despite being close to the highway. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub available, which we didn't use. I would certainly stay there again.

This HIX feels clean and new. We have a casual stay of one night and was assigned a roomy suite. The staff is very professional and helpful. The only downside is their breakfast is closed a little early

The hotel is located between the town of Moab and the Arches NP entrance. It its probably not the best choice if you want to be in walking distance form the town but the advantage is being in a really quiet location. The whole structure seemed to be quite new (or really well maintained) and the room we got was large and clean. The staff was friendly and there is a free breackfast included in the room rate

I'd say a pretty big step above standard Holiday Inn Expresses, even the breakfast. The usual play-doh looking food items are there, but as are fresh fruits, good coffee, and cereal/milks. The rooms are also bigger than most, with a sitting area making it a studio suite of sorts. Right outside of town about about 3 miles from the Arches NP entrance. Great pool and huge jacuzzi as well as a fire pit lounging area and a smaller more private jacuzzi. The location outside of town is nice as w... Read more

I enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn express because I keep things simple. Everything was new and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. This hotel doesn't really have any type of view. There wasn't a restaurant or bar or else I would have rated it higher. Great stay though and close to everything.

In a nutshell I was charged for a night I didn't stay. I thought I had edited my date on line but it didn't go through. Hoping they would understand, I called management to reschedule but hey would not do it! This never has ever happened to me before. most hotels are more concerned with customer service but this one was definitely all about the momey. I called several times, manager was always "busy " I emailed corporate and so the manager finally sent me an email just to say no refund. ... Read more

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Moab whilst driving between Las Vegas and Denver. It is in a convenient location to the Arches National Park, but we did find it a bit of a drive into town for dinner - however my perception may be a little skewed as we had been driving all day by the time we reached the hotel, so it would have been nicer if there were some restaurants within walking distance. The laundry was really useful and efficient, and the staff were very handy with providing washing powd... Read more

The hotel was situated close to the entrance of Arches national Park. The welcome was good and friendly, reception looks nice and safe, hotel inside standard, bed was good, internet was extremely bad slow 5 up, 1 down. I think this is not acceptable for the price. Breakfast was standard but good service.
