Good location for my business needs. Room was clean, but decor is very dated. Air conditioner didn't work properly even after it was 'fixed'. Luckily the windows opened, but a screen was missing. Treadmill was out of service the whole week. I prefer Homewwod Suites when I travel, but this location is in need of an upgrade.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 3 times and have always had a good experience. Rooms are great, beds are comfortable and I love having the kitchen. My only complaints would be the the craziness at breakfast(the layout is bad), and the laundry is in the back half of the hotel. The TV picture is really bad!

The hotel could use some more modern updates, but the staff is excellent. The room fan was a little rickety above the bed which woke me up a few times, and I could not get the room to cool off very well even tho it said 69 degrees. It was still clean and I would stay again. These might not bother everyone. The staff was outstanding and I was very welcomed. The space in the rooms is nice and I had no issues.

I stayed here for three nights while my daughter and I looked for apartments, ahead of her move to Utah in July. We had dinner at the "social" on Thursday night and breakfast all three mornings. We also had a chance to use the pool and hot tub, both were very pleasant. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of fluffy towels and a nicely stocked kitchen. The best part was the staff. They were all so attentive and friendly. It may not have the most up to date decorating and co... Read more

The facility is outdated and in need of some repairs. The toilet seat in our room was broken and my husband fixed it. Attention to detail isn't something that happens, we had something on the curtains and our trash bins weren't always emptied. They do have a very helpful staff, especially Tammy in the evening.

The employees are extremely nice and accommodating. Specifically, the cleaning service and the dining staff work extremely hard and it shows. The food is varied and good, and everything is always properly stocked. The front desk has a great level of professionalism. I would say my only complaint is how thin the walls are so if there is noise outside, it can be difficult to fall asleep. But this common in any hotel you go to.

We have stayed at many Hilton brand hotels and Homewood Suites is usually one of our favorites. This one is definitely sub par. Hotel felt dirty on arrival. Looked worn and dated. Rooms (we had two adjoining suites) smelled VERY musty when we opened the doors. One of the rooms had several light bulbs out and had to have maintenance come to replace them so we could see. The staff was very nice at the hotel, but I noticed right away that the lobby was dirty and the carpets needed to be vacuumed. Not only did everything seem dirty, but things looked very poorly put together--poorly installed tile, caulking pulling away from doors and baseboards. When I went to open a window, the window frame had a layer of dust all around it. The elevator broke while we were there. The breakfast was surprising good. We were on a family vacation and as we had stayed here previously and had a wonderful experience, I made another reservation. We have a large family and the king size suites are a great value for us. It's a lot more fun than going back and forth between two rooms. My family liked the breakfast and more older kids really liked the basketball court. I liked the complimentary newspaper in the morning and the high quality details.
