Crystal was amazing, very kind and helpful she is the customer service I love to see coming into places. It's rare to find these days. I come here quite a bit and she told me about the free night, which I was never informed about previous. Very clean and awesome staff Thanks again.

Dirty room, we found old french fries, used food containers & bottle cap under the bed skirt. Also a few ants. When mentioned to the front desk the gal told me that the manager would be calling us that day - never happened. As for the service, we asked for some sheets as our family needed some extra for our son who was sleeping on a cot. We felt we were really putting the night staff off with how he responded - "not sure we have any", when my wife responded that he really needs something to sl... Read more

The hotel is hard to get to but close to local restaurants and shopping. Stayed at Layton for our visit to Salt Lake City which was around 20+ miles away but the room rate was worth the drive for our 2 day stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average but okay. Would stay there again if in the area.

My wife and I stayed one night. Our room was clean, comfortable and inviting. The king bed gave us a restful night. The amenities included all of the usual and the breakfast was adequate. Easy to find off the interstate but a bit tricky departing back to the interstate. You cannot exit the same way but there are small signs directing you.

When I stay at a Comfort Inn I don't expect the Ritz, but I do expect cleanliness, courtesy and efficiency. Because none of the above were present, I have to suspect the 5 star reviews are either from a better time or just plain fraudulent. The desk staff ranged from indifferent to unpleasant. The room was never clean and when the maid staff congregated with their carts in the halls, we were all expected to move out of their way because they certainly were much more important than the guests. After almost falling twice on the asphalt parking lot upon arrival, I was greeted by a most uninviting lobby. I should have moved on to another hotel but it was late at night. The room was even worse. The TV did not work. The toilet would not stop running. The breakfast buffet was simply not appealing at all. There was really nothing about this hotel to like. Definitely will not return. Plus it was difficult to get to due to road construction.

I've stayed at $5 hostels cleaner than this. I'm going to pretend that's soda on the chair. I specifically paid $40 more over days Inn because of the awful experiences I've had there and I expect more for that. From the freeway it looks like walking distance to some restaurants but the construction and weird u turn stop lights prevent the convenience of that.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The pillows were very good. The beds were okay. It would be nicer with a memory foam topper. Breakfast was okay. The sausage was a bit cold. It was in a quiet neighborhood.

Kathy and Tiffany were amazing. It started when I called to book our trip. Tiffany made things so easy and fun. Once we arrived, Kathy and Tiffany were there to greet us with open arms. The rooms were amazing! Not only super clean but very comfortable and cozy! Breakfast was great! There was a huge, hot selection of my favorite breakfast foods. Met Kathy in the hall as we were comming back to our room from breakfast, there she was again, smiling, and making sure things wew just right. I would co... Read more

Stayed while waiting for our house to close. Small room but clean. Average breakfast with waffles, sausage and breads. Pool was clean but could use some air circulation as it feels like a sauna which might be good if it weren't 95 degrees outside. Not cool and refreshing like you works expect a pool to be. Also, the pool is very weird depth. It goes from 3 ft to 4 ft to 5 ft then back to 4 and then 3. Unless your young kids know how to swim really well it is too deep to let them play without yo... I had chosen the Layton Comfort Inn off the internet, basically because of its approximate eight miles from Lagoon Amusement Park and cost. Wanted something that was going to be comfortable for my granddaughter age 9, grandson age 6, and myself. I wasn't disappointed. We got a room on the third floor, at my granddaughter's request, which the desk people were happy to oblige. I noted right away that parking was very convenient to the room, as well as hidden from the street and shaded by a line... Read more

Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds online. Somehow they put us in a handicapped accessible room, which has little floor space, is quite cramped, and no luggage rack available. The blower for the A/C was layered with dust, hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. While setting down our things, a spider crawled out from under the foot blanket! Other than that, the sheets were clean. Tub had not been thoroughly cleaned, had loads of soap scum around the edges. Breakfast had lots of choices, includ... Read more

The room was fine and the location was okay with the except for all of the road construction in the area but this is not the fault of the hotel. Make sure when you arrive at this Hotel it is after the assign check-in time. I arrived at around 2:15 pm and I was told I could not check in until 3:00 pm (not that my room wasn't ready but check-in was at 3:00 pm) so I was asked to come back at that time but I was told that there was a mall across the street (didn't really feel all that welcomed). every thing about this hotel was great except the pool. You could not see the bottom. it was cloudy. I stepped on some debris. I mentioned it the first day and was told maintenance would look at it. It was the same the next day. You should see the bottom and your feet in a 4 foot pool.
