I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent review but when I provide a review I always have the following traveller in mind and must be honest. We stayed here 2 weeks ago and our visit was all pre-paid in October last year. On our arrival however, we told the assistant that we were pre-paid...he nevertheless, asked for our card and took a further payment from our card. We disputed it at the time and were assured it would be dealt with. When we came to leave it was still not resolved so... Read more

We got a very good rate on Priceline so I shouldn't complain, but I need to be honest about my assessment for fellow travelers. This hotel is very clean, which is the most important thing to me. I found the bed to be too firm for my taste. The breakfast bar needed more healthy options like yogurt. The walls are not soundproof at all. My husband and I were both kept awake by a very loud snore from the room next door. But the weirdest thing of all was the way the whole building slants. We put a so... Read more

The General Manager Sunny was wonderful to work with and we would definitely go back and recommend it warmly to any fellow travelers. The pricing was fair and the place was clean from top to bottom. It's a great stop on the way to the beautiful national parks!

For the money, you can easily find a hotel actually in the city of Kanab. This place is about a mile out of town. Kanab is a very active oasis in the center of major tourist destinations, a great base for exploring many nearby options. Stay in the city! We also had problems with the surly front desk dude. Sorry we booked here.

Stayed one night, on eastern edge of town (small town so not a problem), easy access, hotel clean, rooms good size and furnishings, wifi good, breakfast usual quality inn fare, staff friendly, worth a stay if u are in Kanab or area.

Fairly new, very clean, roomy, great service. We had 22 rooms and everyone was satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Free Wi-Fi, meeting space, ample bus parking, as it is the jumping off place for Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Convenient to the parks and in our case, going on to Vegas.

This hotel was obviously built using every conceivable means of cutting corners to save a nickle. Missing trim, the bathroom tiles weren't even grouted, and some tiles were loose. The coffee pot was missing parts, there was no hot water in the evening, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. The room was apparently furnished with used and broken furniture from some other hotel's rummage sale. I have always been happy with Quality Inn---but not this one.

Stayed there 3 nights. Very nice clean big room with good furniture. Hotel features kind of sitting room, staff very friendly, breakfast good. Opposite the Hotel is a gas station combined with a fast food restaurant. Located at the town edge but only a few minutes drive into the Center. Kanab is a small lovely town where you can walk around easily and with a lot of nice Restaurants.

I was a bit disappointed with this spot especially for the price. Everything here seemed old and out-dated. We could easily hear everything going on both inside and outside the hotel. The whole family was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. I felt this hotel was a 65-70 dollar value not over double that.

Excellent Wi-Fi. Location is quiet and the mountain landscape behind the hotel really gives the feeling of where you are. Inside, hotel and rooms are clean. We liked the sink outside of the bathroom, which allows more efficient preparation requiring sink, bath and toilets in the same time by several people. Breakfast is included in the room price, starts at 06:30 which was ok for us, and was good and with choice. All of that for 113 usd all taxes included in July for 1 room and 3 guests : we enj... We checked in to the Quality Inn at 815 East Highway 89, Kanab, UT, 84741, US on June 29, 2016. We were given room #115. Around 8 pm the room next to us had very obnoxious people swearing and yelling. I went to the front desk and requested that he move us because of what was going on telling him that they may be fighting. He tried to put us in the room right above them. I declined the room directly above them and was given room #214. At 1:30 a.m. the smoke detector started audibly going of... Read more

Great and comfortable visit on the way to Zion National Park. Clean, well kept hotel on the edge of town. Quiet, good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Kanab is a beautiful, quaint town with lots of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed out evening there.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Arizona. The rooms were great, tv had cable, wi-fi worked well, and breakfast was good. The waffles were good and I loved the scrambled eggs. I'd stay here again.

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Kanab as a stop over on the way to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The location was perfect for anyone wanting to visit the North Rim, Zion, and/or Bryce Canyon. The rooms were fairly standard but were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

It was clean, well-maintained, and provided complimentary breakfast. Good experience. Great location nearby Zion National Park. We actually had spent the day at the Grand Canyon North Rim and, because of the busy summer season, had to drive up to Kanab, UT for accommodations (even when booking in advance).

The room itself was actually big but really old you could especially feel the age in the bathroom. Stayed for one night and it was more than enough! Comfy bed though! Breakfast, well its hard to say anything positive on the breakfast other than they actually offer something. I could not find anything i liked!

I had just visited the Grand Canyon and Horseshoe Bend and was headed to Zion National Park next. This hotel was a great stop, met some awesome people and had a great nights sleep. The staff was nice and the view was just beautiful.
