The room was just okay, I didn't like the fact that I had red spots on my comforters so I requested new blankets, the staff informed that something was spilled when washing but to me it look disgusting, the hotel was just okay but for 154.00 it wasn't worth it to me. I have stayed in better hotels and bigger for less than 154.00

Located just off the Bay Area Blvd. exit of Interstate 45, this is a spic-and-span spotlessly-clean hotel. I thought it was just built brand new (but it's not); that's how nice it looks. The service is stellar as well. The rooms have special mattresses with adjustable knobs, where you may adjust to your liking the softness or firmness of the mattress. You have to peel back the mattress sheet, and pull off the velcro-enclosure to reveal the knob on each front-side of the bed. Pretty innovative. ... Read more

The rooms and the hotel were very clean, classy and comfortable during our stay. The front desk attendant on duty, Joseph Martello, was very professional and helpful with a couple requests we had, even very late at night.

The staff is great. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved the lobby area and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. However, beware of the beds. If you don't enjoy sleeping on a rock, this might not be the hotel for you.

Hilton supposedly offers mobile checking but in this case I guess it didn't work !!! Got to the hotel I was giving a specific room that I picked via mobile checking, got the keys and when I try to open the door there seemed to be few people already occupying the room!! walked on people basically, Hotel staff seemed clueless about what maybe have happened and there was no other room available for at 10:00 pm they finally found some dingy room next to the Laudatory very loud not exactly top floor... I started staying in Hilton hotels about 18 months ago as my company utilizes them. I certainly have a choice when I travel for pleasure --- I'm drawn to them because the service is always impeccable. This time was no different. The staff was attentive --- at times I felt like I was their only guest. I'll keep coming back.

Very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The location is really nice because it has great access to I45. Be aware that Bay Area Blvd is under construction (June 11th) at the I45 interchange. The alternate routes are easy to maneuver. The lobby is very well maintained and the breakfast was excellent.

The five days I spent at this Hilton Garden Inn was pleasureable. Everything was pretty close to the hotel. I recommended this hotel to my colleagues and they loved it. The d Food in the restaurant was good and the prices were right on. All the hotel staff were very nice and friendly, and this made my stay more pleasurable to say the least.

Facility is clean and attractive. Breakfast area appears to be typical complimentary breakfast. You serve and seat yourself. But after you eat you are asked to pay 9.95 per person. Breakfast was mediocre. At checkout we told the clerk the hotel need to make it clear breakfast is not complimentary. Clerk did not acknowledge our concern or care we were dissatisfied.

A family cruise with 4 rooms at this hotel for 1 night. Convenient location avoiding excessively high hotel rates at Galveston; good value. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Most members of our group ate breakfast prior to heading to the ship and everyone liked it.

As a Hilton employee I expect a lot out of a property. This one wasn't bad, but was less than mediocre. The ladies at the front desk aren't the nicest, seem not to care. My fridge was broken upon arrival, had to be replaced within the first hour of being there. The replacement didn't work very well either. The power went out(DUE TO A STORM) but my room was the only one where my ac wouldn't come back on for over 2 hours it was over 100 degrees outside and humid. Then it happened again, told the d... This hotel is well located if you intend to visit the Nasa center of Houston. Hotel is clean and staff is nice. One thing we didn't enjoy is the breakfast as a large group was there at the same time with lot of kids and staff was very limited to handle it. However I believe it's not always the case and I will go again if I had to come again in the area.

I recently stayed at Hilton Gardens July 1-4. The beds were terrible I tried to adjust the knob on side of mattress still felt like a brick. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and no way for air to circulate in bathroom. My wife almost passed out after taking a shower. No AC in hall way felt like heater was on. I stayed on second floor as you walk down hot hall way boards are squeaking like I am in old house. Had to take painkiller to make 6 hour drive home because of beds. Al... Read more

Decided to spend a few extra bucks and "live large" for a change. On-line deal including a buffet breakfast was a only a little more than our usual mid range hotel rooms so we went for it. It was only two nights. Just walking in we were impressed. Clean, professional lay out, cookies and flavored water open for guests. Hotel needs attention. Lobby had foul odor that was apparent as soon as you walked in the door, one of two of elevators broken, second broke the first night but repaired by next morning, hallway air conditioning broken, hallways was hot while waiting for one elevator to service all floors and beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Controls don't provide any useful adjustment and could have slept on floor for same hardness,

This hotel is pretty over all. We had a big room which was very comfortable. I didn't enjoy the terrible chemical smell when we walked through the lobby the first day. Only one elevator working at at one point both were down. Though the hotel was pretty, I felt like their staff was snooty and dismissive. We were there for three days and only one desk staff member was genuinely pleasant. One male desk clerk was dismissive and would only direct his attention to my older son.

We got to the Hilton, only be told we were booked at the Hilton Garden Inn, "on the other side of the tracks". Already a bad start. If you want to get any sleep, get a room on the top floor!! This is a upscale hotel without the expensive price. The rooms are new and so clean. We were there for the July 4th parade in Friendswood and loved the location. After a truly dismal first night in the Homewood Suites down the road (see my earlier review for the tip on where NOT to stay in the area!) our family moved to the Hilton Garden. The room was large and bright with a fridge and microwave. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and cooked-to-order, and was convenient and tasty. I wish we had stayed here from the start, but we were happy to finish up our visit on a high note!
