I had to stay in the area for over a week and there isn't one thing I can say negative about my stay. Most definitely recommend to anyone that stays in the area or even surrounding areas for business or pleasure. Easy access to Galveston or Houston with it being a block off the freeway. Lots of eateries in walking distance with the Mall across the freeway. Perfect location.

We stayed one night on route to a cruise from Galveston and loved this hotel. Clean, quiet, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Everything went very well. We even got a late check out. Breakfast wasn't very good, but it was free.

Traveled here for meeting. Meeting space & staff were amazing!! I also needed a room for 2 nights at the last minute. Staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was great, was able to get much needed rest. Customer service was Amazing!! Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Sandra for all the help. You are the best!!

Staff was great. Beds were way too soft for me. AC in the rooms was either refrigerator cold or sauna hot-- no in between. The hot breakfast was actually some microwaved egg substitute stuff and sausage patties. If you just want a continental type breakfast, then great, but take my advise: don't try the eggs!

I've stayed here a couple of times now and it's hard to find a fault with. The location is good with lots of retaurants nearby. The fitness room and pool are a little small but everything works well. Nice breakfast bar with a good range - and has real milk (a big plus for a Brit abroad)???

Although my stay was short, only one night and I arrived late and left early, I was very pleased with the quality of the Hampton Inn in Houston/Clear Lake. My room was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient to NASA/JSC, and the staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was awful. We usually like Hampton Inn for family travel because the breakfast is so well done. This missed the mark. We stayed for three days and the breakfast tanked on both days. On the first day, we showed up for breakfast at 830 - a full hour and a half before breakfast stopped being served. They were out of eggs, bacon, yogurt and juice. There were plenty of pastries and waffles, which would have been awesome if I didn't eat gluten free. There was no juice for my kids. Reall... Read more

Hotel was great. Front desk staff was amazing :) Loved beds. Breakfast was amazing. Will defiantly stay again if we are back in the area. Plenty of food places in walking distance. We got loud and the lady was nice when she kicked us out of the hallway twice.

The Hampton is always a great place to stay wherever you go, good clean rooms and the beds are great. They have quality evening snacks and excellent breakfast. On business or pleasure I always try to stay at Hampton Inn, good value, service, and accommodations. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn for your next overnight trip.

I was extremely happy to stay here. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and spacious. The only small concern I had - it was a little hard to find the entrance. I could see the sign and the hotel, but I basically had to drive through a restaurant parking lot to find the door. It was a small thing, though, compared to the hotel and staff. All in all, I had a very nice time and would stay again.

I really liked staying here recently for 3 nights. It was a last minute reservation and I was surprised and very glad when unexpectedly the front desk staff upgraded my room to a suite. As a woman traveling alone I always take note of how I'm treated and Hampton Inn seems to go the extra mile to make my stay feel safe and enjoyable. The breakfast does tend to be pretty ordinary but the breakfast staff in the morning are always asking if there is anything else one needs and cheerful.

We always choose to stay at this Hampton Inn when visiting this area of Houston. It is convenient to get to and we've always appreciated the great customer service. This stay was no exception. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. We really enjoy the weekday evening reception that is not typical of other Hampton Inns.

This is a good location for both the Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk. The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that had 2 queen beds, sofa and a kitchen area. There was a lot of space for 3 adults. The staff was friendly. I was impressed with the food they offered at the happy hour and at breakfast. The food was very good and there were plenty of options. It was a little hard to find the hotel due to all the road construction on the highway.

I took a group of 15 students to the 2016 International MATE competition in June. I chose the Hampton Inn & Suites in Webster because of its great location to all the amenities in the area. I booked this hotel based on its rating and reviews from this sight, so I'll point out the positives first. The room was clean and laid out well. We couldn't have asked for better room placement. We were on the top floor at the end of the hall to ourselves. Everyone I talked to at the hotel was very friendly. That's where the positives end though I'm afraid. Hampton Inn is one of our go-to places to stay when visiting the Webster area. This hotel has great rooms, decent amenities, and some friendly staff. However, like any other hotel, scheduled periodic maintenance is a necessity. On this occasion, we had some uninvited guest that would appear several times....a range of insects. The last thing I want on a vacation is for my 2 year old son to be bitten by bugs. However, I brought this to the housekeeping team and they got on it.

Hampton Inn in Webster is one of my go to stay hotels in the area. Great location, decent amenities, and friendly staff. However and understandably over time, hotels rooms need frequent inspections and maintenance performed. Having found insects in our room is the result of the latter not being performed. I informed housekeeping and they got someone on it immediately.

There was a noise that sounded like an out-of-balance ceiling fan with a squeaky bearing coming through the wall all night. I didn't get a wink of sleep. For breakfast, we only wanted a glass of orange juice and a bannana. But neither were available. I settled for some scrambled eggs (all that was available except for dry cereal), but they were bland and cold. We went elsewhere for breakfast.
