The hotel was very convenient to all the places we wanted to see in Waco. Everything was very clean. Love the pillows! Everyone we dealt with on the staff was friendly and helpful; lots of smiles all around.

Ok first the pros: Large screen tv, friendly front desk, good location, pretty clean. Now the cons: the room was extremely small, the air worked but the room was extremely humid, noise from the highway, breakfast was just ok, room was old looking, toilet and shower in same room and very small with very little room to move, shower small and ceiling height was short. We stayed for 3 nights and 1 of them was double the rate because of an event that was going on at the college. Thought that was ... Read more

The room was very clean, they were very friendly at the front desk, close to downtown and the hotel was easy to find. I also like that it was located at the corner so there was an easy way to avoid heavy traffic. I would stay there again!

There were 4 of us traveling together and we reserved 2 rooms. Rooms are old and need upgrades to the bathrooms. Mold in the caulk, the vent was filthy and unless you are 5'6" or shorter plan on bending to wash your hair. To top it off we had to leave early and could not get breakfast until 7am we asked for just a cup of coffee and we told "owners said not till 7" Never again is my evaluation.

Even thou my room was paid for, I was told nothing to expensive- but, also not a hole in the wall.. They chose The Red Roof INN, since having to do meetings all weekend at Baylor University for fall semester this hotel was just a hop, skip, and a jump across the street- Over the last 3 days I have been able to come across I believe almost everyone that work the front desk, ALL where polite, a couple very helpful on local stores and restaurants The room comes with a 60' inch flat screen TV... We've stayed here several times on trips to Waco. The price is always reasonable. When you are on a budget this place works. The rooms are clean & have the conveniences people want/need. The welcoming staff are always polite even when you check in really late!

Rooms were basic for a Red Roof Inn. Hotel is right off highway, and there were many hotel patrons utilizing the grill in the parking lot. Door did not seal well, so flies came in occasionally. Property offers small, travel size packs of Kleenex, not the box you normally see. Room had a slight smell of smoke when first arrived. The breakfast was above average. Everything was microwavable with the exception of the waffle machine. Very nice selection: Burritos, sausage biscuits, and such... Read more

The room cost more than I expected. However, the architecture and interior design had flair to it. The separate little alcove for the bathroom was cute. Breakfast was good, but there was no juice. Just coffee and tea.
