Rooms were recently renovated. The mattress was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff does a good job at keeping the rooms clean.Red roof has invested well in upgrading properties like this. The breakfast was good. They even had Texas shaped waffles. Dog friendly policy a big plus.

Great location for Baylor activities. Mattresses need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Room has an old musty smell. In need of new carpet. Floors looked like that had not been swept in awhile. TV wouldn't work. On a positive note...AC worked well, fridge/freezer worked great. Customer service was good.

The microwave hadn't been cleaned, a long dark hair was found on the wall of the shower, and the carpet needed vacuuming. We couldn'... Read more

The hotel was very convenient to all the places we wanted to see in Waco. Everything was very clean. Love the pillows! Everyone we dealt with on the staff was friendly and helpful; lots of smiles all around.
