We stayed here as we traveled through Waco. It is surprising close to the I-35 yet you did not hear the traffic in your room. The room had everything you need for the night. The only complaint we had was our bathroom floor flooded when we had a shower. But on a positive note the shower was great. The breakfast was basic. The waffle machine was in the shape of Texas. So you had waffles the shape of Texas which were cute.

Hotel room was clean and reasonably priced. Good location. Speedy check in and check out. The only complaint would be that we could hear quite a bit of noise at night from the surrounding rooms/stairs.

Great value for the money. Centrally located. Close to sports stadium, downtown and Magnolia market. We would stay here again. Eat Cajun nearby at Buzzard Billy's. Free breakfast just average. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean.

I booked this room for my wife as she returned from the Gulf Coast. She was very impressed with the friendliness and help that she received from Jessica at the front desk. The rooms were reportedly fine considering the normal wear and tear, and everything was clean. All in all, her stay was pleasant for quick night's stay.

Stayed one night in this little hotel last week. It was located well, right off the interstate. Close to sports venues and downtown, as well. The place was a little worn, but adequate. A nice breakfast was served the next morning. Little bit noisy due to the closeness of the interstate and doors being outside. Nice place for a quick night, though. Friendly staff throughout.

This "Inn" is decent. You get what you pay for. We only needed a spot for a few hours of sleep. It isn't somewhere I would recommend for more than that. It is a lot better than some others in the area, but it's definitely basic. I did not see any sign of bugs which is a major factor for me, but it did have an odd mildew/cigarette smell even though we were booked in a non smoking room. The night help were fantastic, though. He brought spray that helped the smell a lot!

Quite nice and cost effective room. King bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for our purpose there was no pool so if that is important to you, skip. The free breakfast was not impressive to us, but we dont do processed.

Very cute exterior! Nice, clean, comfortable rooms! Excellent breakfast including sausage and biscuits, breakfast burritos, waffles, muffins, etc. Great price! Only negatives was some dust in the room and the door locks were functional, but looked like they needed to be repaired. It might have just been our room. This is our 2nd stay here and would definitely return!

The room cost more than I expected. However, the architecture and interior design had flair to it. The separate little alcove for the bathroom was cute. Breakfast was good, but there was no juice. Just coffee and tea.

Rooms were basic for a Red Roof Inn. Hotel is right off highway, and there were many hotel patrons utilizing the grill in the parking lot. Door did not seal well, so flies came in occasionally. Property offers small, travel size packs of Kleenex, not the box you normally see. Room had a slight smell of smoke when first arrived. The breakfast was above average. Everything was microwavable with the exception of the waffle machine. Very nice selection: Burritos, sausage biscuits, and such... Read more
